Brian did a great job embroidering some scrubs for my dental office. He was efficient, communicative, and turn around time was less than 2 weeks! I will definitely use them for future needs :)

Im hoping I dont get in trouble for giving away this information but... THEY ANSWER THE PHONE AND TURN JOBS AROUND ON THE WEEKENDS!! Yep! All other shops in the valley showed closed on a Saturday which I expected and then I saw North Mountains hours and thought it was a lie/glitch/gimmick that they were open 24 hours, well, to my surprise the phone was answered. Not only was the phone answered but my job was turned around so very quickly in time for me to do a television interview Monday morning at 7:30 am. On top of this elite customers service, the quality of printing and the quality of the apparel itself was completely unmatched. I will definitely be using North Mountain again, and again, and again.

Brought in a vector of some line art I wanted on some shirts and I was AMAZED!!! The intricacy of the line work that ended up on the shirts looked like it was out of a computer printer. As a new business owner it is very hard to find a fellow business that does quality work. I had shirts made through a different company and was very unhappy with the quality, customer service, and design. After searching the valley I found Az Screen Print & Embroidery. Brian has been so easy to work with and his designer Conrad is fabulous. I am a picky purchaser and they have worked hard to come up with perfect designs. I am now having them create business cards. Do not look anywhere else for your printing....this is the place!

We had a major mess up on our end on friday and had nearly 300 shirts and hoodies with us for our soccer tournament, but no heat transfers to apply (lost in UPS world). I called on friday at 630PM frantically seeking someone to print them for us. Brian went out of his way to meet us and pick up the shirts and had them printed for us to pick up the next morning 1030AM. Just amazing customer service and unbelievable turnaround. You saved us! Unfortunately we arent local or this would be our new go to screen printer
