As a purchasing agent of a multi family renovation company, we have been EXTREMELY satisfied with the quality of the service. Things were executed in a timely manner with full communication. The product quality was outstanding and the price was significantly lower than what we were paying with our previous supplier. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT WORK HERE! I was the Sales Administrator and I have worked in the professional field for 30 years. This is BY FAR the worst place I have worked at. The President, Ron W. laughs at you sarcastically if you did something wrong of which you had no idea because you were trained by the Bookkeeper, Corine. Corine controls the processes of the company and she is a Bookkeeper. The product they sell is from oversees and cheap. They treat their employees HORRIBLE and its a constant revolving door of good people needing a job. Save your time and effort because everyone there is toxic. The sales lady, Cassidy had me change orders and send more expensive appliances to a client one day and when I asked her if what we were changing was allowed and she said yes. I was almost fired over it of which Cassidy never stood up for me and said she told me to place the order. I have NEVER been let go from a company and Ron sent me a text on a Sunday that my position was eliminated. Could it be that I would tell the next Warehouse Manager exactly what goes on at that company because they had another Warehouse Manager walk out on them. Its a joke of how many people quit. I was only there 2 months and 4 people walked out because they couldnt take the harrassment anymore. Within 2 days of working there, I knew my time would be up soon. I would give them a minus to the umpteenth degree if I could.

I installed faucets in my new house and rental property. They look and function perfectly. It’s like getting a new Lexus with and 80% discount!

Very bad people treat employees poorly and do not like to pay for qhat is shipped to then the manager with arm tattoos is so disrespect never seen some one treat people the way she does should be fired, she down talk her employess i front of customers and threatens them, very bad place never again

It is the worst place to do your shopping. You are treated very badly by the managers of the place. their products are of very poor quality. I really dont recommend this place at all

We ordered three pendant lights from Builderz Warehouse back when we fist moved into our house two and a half months ago. At first the initial order was sent, but either due to poor packaging or handling, the glass from one of the lights was smashed in transit. We immediately called Builderz Warehouse to request an new piece of glass so we could hang the lights, and to this day (2.5 months later) they still have not rectified the issue. My wife and I have called and emailed probably 60 times. 90% of the time they don’t answer the phone, and when they do, they promise to get back to us with the solution, but are unresponsive. Terrible customer service, and I would highly recommend that you do not purchase anything from this company. If there is any problem, you are on your own to burden the cost of defective products.

Got a great vanity for my rental house very cheap. Glad I stumbled upon this place!
