Visited this store to buy a bead for broken rosary beads. The woman found a string of beads similar to our missing bead. When she realized we only needed one bead she went looking for single bead.Very courteous and helpful staff. Not only did they find bead but fixed the rosary that has been in family for over 100 years. Thank you fir the great service.Sandi and Pat

Really friendly place, love all of the sparkly beads and the sharing between crafters.

This is the first time for me in a bead shop, never been in one before. Carol an Linda made me feel like family. Everyone was so nice and it was interesting to see all the different things hey were making. Carol is such a great teacher and patient. I did a wire wrapped cab and I love it, my second wire project was wire weaving and wow it cam out so nice and I all be back to do more. But over all it is the feeling of you get when you walk in that makes me want to go back even if it is for just a visit, Thank you Carol and Linda see you soon.

Horrible experience and will never go back. I went there to support a local business. Upon entering the store, the lady working there came running to the door to tell us we needed to sanitize our hands, and proceeded to let us touch the dirty container they were in. Their website asks people to wear a mask in the store while NONE of the employees were wearing them. I have a terminal lung disease and Yet I still wore a mask to respect the laws & the store policy. The lady did NOT social distance & followed us around the store. They also do not carry Sterling Silver anything (Other than 4 little pieces), just cheap Chinese imported beads one can buy from Michaels. She stated that customers “whine over the prices” so they don’t carry sterling. They also said that the gems I bought were REAL precious stones and they actually were NOT. I had a feeling they weren’t but I had no way to test them in the store. I hate to break it you, but they aren’t real & you are telling your customers they are. They were dyed block plastic stones to look like turquoise. I was able to cut the ones I bought in half to see they were dyed Howlite. BOGUS & misrepresenting quality. Cheap and RUDE!!!!! Don’t let these people fool you. I don’t ever leave reviews but this lady was so rude... we will never be back. So much for buying local.

I stopped by the store to looking for 10mm Ganet beads. I spoke with the owner and she unfortunately she only had 8mm. Then I asked her does she teach classes in making semi precious stone bead bracelets. She told me I do. The next thing I know I was sitting at the back table with her learning this craft. I am glad I stopped by. This is a great store. The owner made me feel right at home. 5 stars.

The lady was very nice, and extremely helpful. My rating is based on the fact that I purchased a Malachite stone, small, but still paid 6$ for it (full price). When I got it home and peeled the price tag off I noticed the stone had been broken all the way around and glued back together and sold at full price. It is disappointing that a business would knowingly sell a flawed piece of merchandise at full price with no mention of the damage. Would you buy a dish at full price if it was glued back together?

Small store but good selection and friendly folks. Classes available and pricing is reasonable throughout. I would love to see a bit more inventory and selection. Easy to find on the NE corner facing 43rd Avenue (Frys plaza)

I love this store! They have a wonderful selection of both supplies and beautiful finished articles for purchase, and are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have classes and are happy to give advice on whatever youre working on. Its also a wonderful place to work on your projects and socialize. By far the best bead store Ive been to.

Was so happy to find a local bead shop, wow no more ordering on line or driving across the valley to find that the other places didnt have the beads in the right color or shape. This local bead shop is friendly and very accommodating to every one no matter age or handicap, if you are looking for the best shop in town to learn a new pattern or brush up on your skills you must try Raincharmer Beads you will not regret it. Best bead store in cental Arizona. Classes are free, just buy the beads. Carol and daughter are always finding new designs and its realy fun to go to the classes they offer. Great fun! Large assortment of beads and clasps.

The place is well laid out and very popular. Every time Ive been there, people are at the back table beading. The ladies are very helpful and friendly. Plus they know beads and beading.

The owner and her mom have created a welcoming place not only to shop for beads and finished jewelry, but they invite people to visit, make friends, and do open beading. They also teach classes at your pace, not theirs, and most classes cost materials only.

Wonderful bead shop where you can craft along side others and they teach you beading as well.

They have great verity of beads very friendly kind of pricey my granddaughter and I where actually outside when we saw a lady lighting candles on a bday cake for another lady in the store who was turning 82she asked if we wanted to help sing Happy birthday so we did and had a good look around while we where there
