The girl that got me was doing an amazing job besides the harsh combing of the hair that gave me a massive headache. When the director (Michael) came to help with the face framing, he cut off so much of my hair that I did not want cut. So I was like okay whatever. Then I ask for just the small strands of the front of my hair to be a little shorter and the other director (don’t know his name) did what the picture shows. I cried the whole car ride home. He chopped off so much more and made it blocky and harsh. And the directors never even asked for my input, it’s as if I was invisible and they would just talk to the student cutting my hair. I never want to go back again and I’ve been going there since I was in middle school. I’m so sad. :(

Absolutely amazing job!!! Students there definitely seem they are there for all the right reasons and the teachers are super stars 💖 🌟 🤩 !!! Had a blast getting my process done and working with everyone. Brought my nieces and mother in because of how amazing it was... If I had to give a negative it would be of the customers who walked in wanting a cheap haircut and or color at an experience of a high end salon. Great experience today. Had cut and color today at 1230. Very professional and friendly. Recommend! I just wish they were open on weekends... they are good enough to use a vacation day for! I had a wonderful experience visiting this beauty school with a Groupon and I was extremely satisfied with my results. Unlike most beauty schools that Ive had hair cuts done at before, the instructors at Paul Mitchell were actively engaged with what the students were doing to my hair and consistently provided them with useful feedback. I was surprised with how much I loved the final result and I will absolutely be coming back again in the future.

I absolutely love coming here... my hair color was fabulous... rose gold and pink color at the ends... So amazing, so many people commented on my color. My stylist is Stephanie... when I mentioned my idea.. she was so excited to make my vision come alive... best place EVER!!

The students there care for your hair along with the teachers that supervise and make sure you get the look that you want. You might become slight friends with the hairdressers because they make conversation and encourage you to make your future appointment with them. (Adriana is the best she recommends a look and improves every time Im gonna miss her when she grads)

I love my visit to the Paul Mitchell School in Phoenix. I dont like just anyone in my hair, but I got a great stylist who understood what I wanted done. My hair came out AMAZING I will be going back.

First time going to the Paul Mitchell school, so I wasnt sure what to expect, but what I did get was a really great staff and super helpful students. I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted, a haircut and a color job, but Maria Phillips who was my stylist helped me refined what I wanted. She was incredible and patient, with an open and friendly personality. I ended up getting copper-caramel highlights under my hair because I specified that I wanted something subtle and Maria was totally willing to work with me and offer suggestions. Her instructors and peers were also helpful because I had a lot of thick hair to dye, even if they were only highlights. Long story short, I loved my new hair. Would definitely recommend Maria to my friends and family. :)

The products and prices here are excellent. Students are supervised and Ive had good experiences. Its true that your stylist-student may not be quite so quick, confident or experienced as one in a high-end salon, but considering a savings of at least 50% over a fancy salon, its well worth it for me. What an opportunity to encourage someone who actually listens to what you want rather than doing what she thinks would be best!

I have gotten my hair done at a Paul Mitchell salon and tried the school while on business. There is every reason to get color and cut done at this school. Brianda is excellent in color and cut/style techniques and is sure to have a successful career! The atmosphere is professional and inviting, Mary Jo, team lead, is available to the students and also allows them to be confident on their own. The color system is outdated. If you compare their color to other systems, they are just one step up from sallys.95% of the time you will get a half botched hair cut....Future Student warning: the staff is extremely unprofessional and DOES pick favorites. The only positive about going to this school is the connections you acquire will going to this overpriced school. If you plan on quitting or transferring do it before youve 400hrs are done.Second expect lack on communication from financial aid and any staff member. Also expect attitude when you want something done or need to be informed of something.Third they try to sell you over priced stuff that you can get at cosmoprof for half the cost.BOTH CLIENT AND FUTURE PROFESSIONALS STAY CLEAR!

I have been very satisfied with the students cutting my hair. I have difficult short hair and I trust these students with styling my hair as I want it. I also feel having the instructor in assisting their students with any questions on how to cute my hair helps the students learn as they go. Knowing I am helping in some way with their career is very appreciative.

What I really enjoy about the Paul Mitchell School is its dedication to continuing their education with its staff and students. I can see that the school cares about giving each guest a wonderful experience and that the technical skills are constantly being pushed and improved. Besides just growing as a school in the technical skills though they teach how to improve your life on a personal level and how to touch the lives of the guests to help improve our world and make it a better place.

The cut was good, but the color did not turn out well as the low light bled into some of the other hair not in the foils. As the stylist said it was my fault she could fix the splotches for a charge. No thank you. 5 hour appointment for a cut and color for chin length hair. I will stick to the Tony & Guy school as they are more friendly and dont make me pay to fix their mistakes.

Went here not expecting more than a cheap cut and style, but what I received was a great stylish cut with the added bonus of some new products to use. I went for a cut and color, my stylist, Travis Redger was a pleasure and as a student was very knowledgeable, my cut was amazing, one of the best I have had, the color turned out to be great. I’m a student at PMTSPHX and I love it! I’m currently attending. I took a break as allowed in our contract for up to but no more then 6 months. I came back within that time period and it was a breeze to come back. I was really grateful to be able to have that break and pick up where I left off with out any issues. Everyone who is working there is just following a procedure to get you to where you need to be. My experience is that they are very accommodating and try their best to serve the students and guest coming in for service.

GO TO COST CUTTERS....CHEAPER AND WAY BETTER!!!I brought a picture with me as an example. Which was feathered in the front and layered in the back. Student argued with the teacher. He told her it should be cut wet...he was absolutely right!!! Doing it dry was just Stupid!! Said 3 times I wanted bangs so my hair is out of my face. Was finally told...that she liked it better the length she had cut them.... COMPLETELY IN MY EYES AND FACE!!! She missed the whole point....and didnt care!! What a joke...Mareen M. Should find a different career!!!!! Very Upset!!

I went in for a trim. Apt was at 8:45 a.m. didnt get called back until 9:15 maybe. The girl had a really bad runny nose which she said was allergies, but she kept sucking up a ton of boogers and sounded super gross, never went to blow her nose. It was taking her so long to cut the back part of my hair the teacher ended up cutting the sides. Finally moved on go blow dry. She straightened my hair w/blowdrier only and it was horrible. She did not know how to handle my hair, the dryer, and comb in her hands so she kept pulling little pieces of hair. She tangled the roll brush once and just pulled my whole head. I was there for about 3 hours for a simple trim and blow dry. I got home and husband asked what exactly was done to my hair, it looked bad. I put it in a pony tail put a baseball hat on and called it a day!Ill never go back.

Do not bother unless you are supporting the student who attends!!!!!!!!! Someone bought a groupon for me for a color & cut an gave it to me early so I could look good for the holidays. Paul Mitchell school argued with me about putting a blonde color in my hair because they need to do a test strand appt. None of this was explained while I made my appt. They refused to put anything but brown color in my hair which pulls fire hydrant RED which is not what I want in my hair. I know this from letting this happen other times Ive had any color in my hair. I cant say I have ever been this disappointed in any situation even when I have acted unkind to spending $300 & not getting the right outcome resulting in a few more appointments I had to pay for. I even was going to pay the additional $ paul Mitchell wanted to complying in what I needed & walked out with not even a trim.....In making my appt the receptionist was rude af. So that was my first bad feeling. Im glad I didnt let them do anything to my hair I would rather keep cutting it myself an take my chances foiling it myself with good products I can get my hands on. At least I know too much wont be cut off my hair Ive been growing for 9 years to get my length & I will get the right color in my hair so I dont have to look like a fire hydrant in my holiday pictures.Thanks for my Christmas present being absolutely ruined!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Your receptionist needs to loose the addittude, rolling your eyes at someone is really rude no matter what, especially when they do have anxiety through the heavens about getting their hair done from many many bad experiences being more frequent then good. The student was nice, friendly and gave me a nice haircut. However, per consultation w/ the instructor. I chose a caramel blonde color for all over color and my hair came out dark. I expressed my concern and was told by the instructor, itll lighten when dries. Wrong still dark. Not happy about it. The color shouldnt of my hair that dark. I had light blonde highlights in there prior.

I saw Camille for a hair cut, and it was the best hair cut I have received in a long time. She was super sweet and professional. Id totally recommend the school over a salan to save some extra money. The training they get in school is superb!

This was the worst experience i have ever had! I had gone to Paul Mitchell School for a hair cut. I originally called the same day to make an appointment and was told there was availability i thought great! Right? (Need I remind you that I know this is a school and didnt have the highest expectations but i did think i would have the same good experience as always.) I took my sister there as well since the times i have gone i had good experiences. This was a completely different story. We waited about 20 minutes before we got called up. My sister had gone first and then a few minutes later they called my name. The girl had asked me what type of hair cut i wanted and let her know i wanted about 4 layers and the same length. I explained it several times and she said she knew what i wanted.Once she began cutting she seemed a bit lost thats were I began to panic. When she finished it looked decent but after a couple of minutes that it began to dry it was horrendous!!! I saw that she didnt add any layers to my hair and seemed to not care about me telling her I wanted layers and when we asked about it they said they had to cut it the way there assignment showed. I was in disbelief i knew this was a school but they did not even have the decency to apologize about what was done!!!! That was just the beginning. I had to wait 3 hours for my sister to finish 3 HOURS! Even though she had gone in before me. Her hair was horrible as well. We had to end up going to get it fixed making us spend double the money. When I asked about why it took so long the girl at the front said it depends on which student you have like it meant nothing to them!!! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY OR SUGGESTION TO FIX THE PROBLEM. ESPECIALLY NO REFUND!!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE THIS SCHOOL IS HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Recently moved from Missouri to Arizona. I had been going to Paul Mitchell the School St. Louis for three years and hoped to have the same level of service I received back home. They were able to match my color, which I was concerned about, and gave me a great cut. I hope to have a longstanding business relationship with Paul Mitchell the School here in Arizona.

Called and made an appointment one day prior to getting my hair “done”.The lady I spoke to when making my appointment, failed to mention they have to test a strand out. (Testing out how strong your hair is, if you’ve had any bleaching done to your hair in the past) I show up to my appointment about 15 minutes early notice how everyone that arrived after me were called immediately to the floor. I gave the ladies benefit of the doubt that it was just the way the students were scheduled with their clients. When I was finally called to the floor, I told the student I was very much interested in getting a rose gold balayage. (Note: I had highlights in my hair) She said she’d have to talk to the instructor because I already had some parts of my hair bleached. They proceeded to let me know about the test on my hair (for bleaching my hair more) then said they would not have time for the service I requested that very same day. That I’d have to set the appointment for another day. Hence I arrived shortly after they opened the school, so why would they make me wait till another day? Long story short I left. Called and spoke to the School Director and she said there was a miscommunication. She wanted me to go back. Maybe next year I’ll give Paul Mitchell school a chance again. Maybe I have to request something more easy for the student to work with. Seemed what I requested was to hard to do for me. (Appointment Time, 8:45 A.M called to floor after 9 A.M) P.S I went there over 5 years ago, and that last time I was very pleased with my new hair style. Feels like maybe they’ve lost their touch? Oh yeah and then before they started their school day they sang Happy Birthday to one of their classmates, no one was enthusiastic or excited when singing. They all sang with no excitement whatsoever. Hmmm 🤔

Paul Mitchells has been so pleasant there a dream come true when it comes to helping me get on the path of my career I would recommend this school to anybody and everybody to have somebody who stands behind you and have her name on your resume that puts you Above All Else whos apply for any job

Well I guess like they say you get what you pay fer.....went to the cutathon at Bethany home school...was sceptical but its only hair it grows back...first impression should of walked out.....then I get someone who is outta school fer 5 yeah 5 years my hair looks like they put a bowl on it....totally didnt listen to me....the whole crew looked like they just woke up...my mother and grandmother were and still are hair dressers they always looked professional at least....NOT impressed fer such a well know name

New to the area, and being a broke college kid, I was offered to come in the day I called! I had the best time with Malia and the staff at this salon! I’m already booked to come back. I would recommend if you don’t mind helping others learn!

I understand it’s a school, they’re students, therefore I don’t expect perfection. I was told I could get a more experienced student to cut my hair (which I requested) for an additional $5 and they would be under supervision for the haircut. Once I got there, I found out I was not getting my haircut by an experienced student. I reiterated to both the teacher and student multiple times that I wanted a minimal trim, ~1/4”. The teacher visually checked with me and showed the student how much I wanted off. After that, the teacher never came back. The student looked like a deer in the headlights and proceeded to cut off about 1 1/2” of hair. The entire process took 1.5 hours, I wasn’t asked if I was pleased, and the next day that I realized there is a 2” difference between the front and back of my hair. I’m highly and sadly disappointed. As I said, I didn’t expect perfection but I most certainly didn’t expect my hair to be butchered.

Great experience at the school! I have long extremely thick, dark hair and have wanted something different for awhile. I was always nervous about trying anything new. I made an appointment with Alex Ballard at the school. the front desk was very nice and polite, I only waited a few minutes before I was able to go back with Alex. She had to do a few processes on my hair (I have always been scared to lighten b/c of damage) but was able to give me the most gorgeous red/dark hombre with no damage, it even looks so much healthier. She took a lot of weight and bulk off by adding a ton of layers. I absolutely love my hair and will keep going to her, she is very talented. She was super sweet and knew I was nervous & told me what she was gonna do on every step & it came out amazing!!!

Went to Paul Mitchell about a month ago and was very pleased with my experience. The instructor, Shelby was knowledgeable and have my student stylist great advice in order to give my curly hair a great cut. My haircut gave my face a nice shape frame and I left very pleased.

I had a hair/scalp treatment by Suzy Sharpe and loved every minute of it. She always had a smile on her face, and recommended products to get my hair back healthy, and shinny again. Would highly recommend her for all her services.

Please if u are getting ready for a big event dont come here! My daughters hair looks nothing like what she wanted it is splotchy and looks horrible. Spent 140 to turn around and have to take her somewhere else to get it. Please save ur money and time not worth the headache go somewhere where they care about how it turns out.

I did attend Paul Mitchell for a few months, worst experience EVER. Now being out for a year, i have received my statements for what i owe (okay not a problem, i am the one that signed the contract) BUT when trying to get ahold of financial aid they never seem to be in, and when they are, they say they will forward me the information to my email. I never received an email, mind you this is something that if ran through collections can ruin my credit. So thank you Paul Mitchell, for not only being a waste of my time and money, but now putting my credit at risk. Unbelievable.

My stylist, Maria Phillips, had her work cut out for her with me and my experimental diy project. She was very professional, informative and fixed my train-wrecked hair. The student who colored my hair was taking the tiniest pieces Ive ever seen and coloring them. Since she was taking such small pieces my hair was getting tangled and she was pulling it really hard. She asked another student for help and the other girl colored my hair on the left side. The other girl who colored on the left side finished about 20 minutes before my actual stylist. Fortunately since it took so long one of the supervisors came to cut my hair. My head was extremely sore on the right side for the next 2 days.

Awful on two different occasions. The first was months ago, I came in and asked for my hair to be cut at one length and for fringe, but the girl doing my hair decided to do her own thing and cut an asymmetrical bob and side bangs. And not good ones either, take cut them half way down my face and just left them like that!! I went to Bishops to get it fixed, they did great. Cut my hair and bangs exactly how I wanted it. I went back today to trim my bangs and instead the stylist I saw decided to trim all of my hair and proceed to cut new bangs instead of trimming the ones I already have. She added to and made them heavy then called a teacher over to fix her mistake. The teacher cut the bangs way too short and way too blunt then called it a day. Now my friends think that I’m trying to channel my innner cleopatra. This is the worst haircut I’ve ever received and if I could give this place zero stars, I would. So awful, I will be shaving my head for the first time in three years.

Avoid this school at all cost. I took a brief leave of absence and when I reapplied, I was not accepted with no given reason- and charged full tuition without completion of my education. Do your research, dont make the same mistake as me.

Im not o e to write reviews but if I can save someone else six hours of their lives and the treatment I received today I will have done my Civic duty. To summarize, I shouldve know the green haired girl doing my hairw going to be disastrous. After her panica attack and leave I had six other girls working on my just below shoulder length hair six hours to lighten my hair. I left paying $75 and sopping wet hair to avoid arguing with the 7th girl to blow dry my hair. The incompetence is unparelled to even the worst Ive ever received anywhere. Scary, yes hair grows back but it takes a really long time. Beware!

Last night, I gave myself whiplash when I flipped my very long, thick, and heavy hair over my shoulder. After chopping off my ponytail this morning with a vengeance, I immediately went to the Paul Mitchell school to have my hair properly cut (for the first time in 5 years), lightened, and colored. Thank you to Stephanie for beautifully layering and framing my hair. Thank you to the very patient Arline, Malia, and Alys for simultaneously taking on the lightening process to make it as quick and painless for me as possible. Thank you to the lovely Leah for colouring my hair and styling it exactly how I wanted.My hair is so thick that it took 11 hours to achieve the look I wanted-- golden brown to a rosey silver, and I am not only Impressed that all of the women who worked on my hair today managed to make it look exactly like the picture I showed them but that they all made me feel welcome and cared for while I was there. Robert and JT provided fantastic guidance to these 5 women and the additional 2 women who also jumped in to help.My hair looks gorgeous and still feels very healthy.

Ive used other beauty schools for hair coloring needs; I would rate Paul Mitchell as being one of the best. The students are customer service oriented knowledgeable and the hair dye seems to be better quality than what is used at other schools.

Linda only cares about money. Scott is cool. The teachers show extreme favoritism. They do tend to somehow steal hours randomly so watch out. Pretty much if you want to succeed there, kiss their ass times 10. The old lady in financial aid is rude and has been ignoring me for months now. I’ve been trying to get my UNofficial transcripts from this school for a few months now and no luck. First her reason was “you owe a balance and we can’t give you your transcripts until it’s paid off”. I can’t get my OFFICIAL transcripts until the balance is paid off. I only asked for my UNOFFICIAL transcripts. I know my rights and also need that one document just to get approved for financial aid again and be able to go to school again. So now thanks to you guys I can’t start school because you want to be petty. I have a child and goals and you’re sitting there playing with my life. I don’t even write reviews, I’m just highly irritated and over it. I’m ready for them to shut down. This is ridiculous. That’s why the employees come and go the way they do. If th I’ve been there for a while, then they’re probably trifling and accustomed to the trifling-ness that goes on.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I took my son in for a simple hair cut WITH A PICTURE and was told no problem I can handle all kinds of hair types & styles. WRONG, the hair cut was absolutely wrong in so many ways, then a so called instructor finished up even WORST than the student. After I complained I was repeatedly told by management that its a hair school like I didnt realize that??? All I ask was for a fair price to be given seeing that I had to take my son to an actual barber to correct the disaster they created and not only pay twice but waste more time. These girls are not trained properly & have poor instructors, I left feeling like it was my fault that a my sons hair was a mess. I dont remember the name of my hair stylist as it was 2 months ago, but i cant forget my first time experience. I was very hesitant but my hair came out healthy, luscious, and I loved the environment.

I have to say that I had the best experience with Paul Mitchell The School Phoenix. My stylists name was Nitascha Mitchell and she was so adorable. Very Professional and she gave me the best shampoo of my life! she also gave me a hand massage that was out of this world. I went in to get my grey colored and a hair cut. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and that I was taken care of. I went home later to check to make sure the color took everywhere and I had not one grey hair showing not only was all my grey covered but there was no staining either YES!!! There was complete coverage. I am very happy with my experience at PMTSP. Working with Nitascha you would have never guessed it was a school she was totally professional in every way and then some. I highly recommend her. The other thing I was really excited about at the school was that the prices were so affordable. I never knew how inexpensive it was to get your hair done at a school. So glad that I went. I will definitely be returning and telling all of my friends.

1.0 star rating 7/25/2016This is by far the saddest institute of higher learning I have ever stepped foot in. From the outdated interior, to the quiet music and depressed students and staff, this is not a place I would ever work at no matter how high the salary. I went in for an interview on Friday and have never felt more defeated, disrespected, and insulted by a potential employer in my life. I was told on the phone to be there at 10:00 or so and to take my time. I arrived a few minutes after 10:00 with my model who just worked a 14 hour overnight shift in the E.R. I was scolded by Shirley for running behind and rushed to get started. That should have been my que to leave. However, I proceeded with my haircut and blowdry demonstration. Throughout the service my model noticed several glares and eye rolls from Shirley, as she watched at a close distance.Following my demo, I was brought into an office by Shirley and Linda. I was asked to take a seat and they gave me a small notebook to take notes. They thanked me for coming in then immediately began to tell my everything I did terribly. I was told my cut was boring and unimpressive and I should have done an edgy bob despite my client asking for a conservative one length cut for her upcoming wedding, my class was so boring students got up and walked away (the only student who took off was due to lunch and apologized- every single student thanked and complimented me at the end), I am not qualified to be an instructor and need to go back behind the chair to finesse my skillset and learn how to do hair, and I dont have enough experience in general. They even listed everyone who worked there and the years of experience and credentials they had compared to mine. Apparently I am also disgusting for holding the blow dryer between my elbow and torso when I paused to answer a question from a student and told I shoved it up my armpit. Several other insults continued for about 25 minutes until they told me I was not hired. My biggest regret was that I didnt walk out right away. I however felt backed into a corner, as the two of them were sitting by the exit.I am so disgusted and appalled by the level of disrespect I received from these ladies. They are not exemplary representations of the Paul Mitchell culture and I am horrified that students pay several thousands of dollars to receive an education at this school. I am more than qualified to instruct at any school as I have years of experience behind the chair, have received hands on training from celebrity stylists and colorists, have trained and certified in the world renowned Vidal Sassoon principles of cutting, taken more classes than I can count, and came with a glowing letter of recommendation from the Paul Mitchell** school I previously taught at.If you are considering pursuing a career in cosmetology, I urge you to please explore your other options. There are several other prestigious institutes in the Phoenix metropolitan area where Im sure you will be treated more fairly and have a positive, uplifting, and inspiring experience.

I was very skeptical about returning to Paul Mitchell because I had a horrible experience a couple years ago. I decided to give them another shot because a couple girls from my work still go there and have great experiences. Well, I am very glad I went back! This experience was amazing and that is all thanks to the wonderful student, Alex Ballard, that did my hair! Last time I had gone, I had wanted to get blonde in my hair and since I have tons of red tones in my hair it can be pretty difficult - well the last person wasnt able to get the blonde so I ended up with orange chunks in my hair. I decided to try again this time and Alex was able to get my hair blonde and it looks amazing! I couldnt be happier with the outcome and the whole experience. I will definitely be coming back to see Alex and see what other fun things we can do with my hair !

If your looking for a school to attend dont go here. School was a joke, Waste of money and financial office stole hours away from days we were actualy there. And when you try to go to finish theary after finishing hours they blow you off. They can careless if your trying to finish as long as they got there money. When sandra and terry were there it was amazing but then they started firing teachers left and right had new teachers every week. The hand clock never clocks you in correctly so it steals your hours. And even though you have tests and paper work on clinic floor proving you were there they still wont give you a correction they tell you too bad so you have to end up paying them for days that are missed. They dont teach much nails make up or facials. They only give 1theary hour of it threw out the whole year. So you only learn paul mitchel hair cuts only here. They make it seem like its some great school. They should be sewed for theft in the finicial department.

1 they got hair dye all over my white purse and white shirt2 left dye on the side of my face and ears3 didnt want to honor I work 7 days a week every other week so I couldnt go back for them to fix the mistake of them not dyeing my hair the correct color so instead of me going back in 2weeks I basically paid for them to mess up my hair. Will never go back!! Dont recommend it unless your just getting a trim which they still managed to mess up I wanted layers not a straight across haircut. So disappointing

Wheeew!!! Im gonna try not to curse!!! This place was an absolute waste of 3+ hours out of my LIFE!!! If you are an African American woman with hair in its. NATURAL state...do not go here!! I explained everything to the receptionist upon making my appt. I even asked her to NOTE the things I mentioned and to place me with a student that was suitable in dealing with my type of hair. I mentioned my hair being in its natural state, coily, thick and past my shoulders...in other words (nappy) !! She assured me everything would b ok!!I arrived on time for my appt. Wash, deep condition flat iron with a bun . Everything was great up until the student tried to blow dry out my hair ...she couldnt get my hair straight... Then she called assistance from another girl that was supposed to b combing my hair out ...she was barely touching it. I noticed them having issues so I told them to be aggressive when combing out my hair since its shrank so much ...still couldnt do it !Next thing i know a dude comes over trying to tell me they cant get my hair straight because its a little glue in my hair!! First of all the girl washed my hair 5x if she didnt get traces of glue out then she needs to be at that school longer anyways . Meanwhile Im trying to get an explanation why they been working on my head for 3 hours and the back is not even blow dried !!All in all the director came over and made excuses about traces of glue being in my hair and thats why they couldnt service me!! I disagree !! The bottom line is that they do not know how to service hair in its natural state and she shouldve said that 25 minutes into doing my hair vs. 3 dam hours!!!
