I had the best experience at this location! I went in to get color matched for a foundation for my wedding and Amy was very very attentive and helpful in finding the absolutely PERFECT color for my hard to match skin, as well as brush for the foundation and a primer. Izzy also helped in making sure we picked the right color. This was something I was dreading doing but Amy and Izzy made it such a positive and seamless process. Thank you so much!
They were so helpful and I loved it!
First time ever in a Sephoria. So glad I chose this smaller one. I get help learning how to apply my makeup but I never felt pressured to buy and I got samples of the stuff I decided not to get. Felt like the girl really cared. Will come back and shop here
The store manager and the girls there really go the extra mile to make sure you find what you are looking for. Very helpful and friendly.
Maps shows close at 11. Well I drove all the way there and arrived at 10 they told me they close at 10🙃
I went in with my daughter on a very busy Saturday afternoon. My daughter needed to be color matched but there were on 2 employees on staff and we had to wait a very long time. We almost left but we are glad we didn’t. I believe the employee was Bianca who helped us. She completely redeemed a bad situation. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and she was very apologetic for the wait time. Even though they were understaffed for such a busy day, we will definitely visit this location again because if the excellent service we ended up receiving!
I came in to get some staple Kat Von D items and Cynthia was beyond helpful & super sweet! Happy I ran into her & I will definitely bring my business back to her. Thank you darling!
Always fun to buy makeup 👌🏽
Ariana makes shopping there so much easier. She is great at what she does! :)
I hope this diversity training includes age and weight as well as ethnicity Sephora is notorious for treating customers poorly. The customer service in all the stores terrible..... this is an addendum 7 months later and Sephora has not improved at all, after a certain age the customer becomes invisible, Sephora we women of a certain age have the money and dont mind spending,so you are doing yourselves a disservice alienating this demographic
The whole point of being rouge is to have their benefits. I was just in the store and I asked for a sample. They went on to say they do not sample concealer (which they have many times before) poor customer service. I’ll drive the extra 5 miles to the stand alone Sephora.
So when I came in the Jc penny people were nice and theyre were two ladies working at the sephora . One attending make up one at register NO ONE greeted us . The lady at the register was old over her 65 years and she was very a non shalan attitude about assisting . I totally didnt trust her doing my color match at all. But no choice I should of just drove to chandler mall but she was tellin. Me I need to give her my number in order to check out and she couldnt find me then email and nothing she shows me the emails omg totally wrong whatever its just an email . Well yeah totally a weird experience . Neverrrrrr again . Oh yeah the make up she gave me was tooooooooo white horrible all I wanted was some makeup lol yeah I left ✌🏼
I have been to the normal stores of Sephora and the ones inside JCPenny. This one is inside JCPenny. I have experienced this same treatment at every Sephora in JCPenny that I have been to.Upon taking one step into the Sephora area, I am asked if I need any help. I say No just looking and I look. About 3 minutes later the same lady asked me if I was doing okay after staring at me for the past 3 mins. I said Im fine. I continue to look around and again after about 3 minutes I am asked again after being stared at again. I then say after feeling forced to ask a question, Well I dont remember what color I am. She says Oh do you have a beauty insider card? Yes and then she says she is able to check my past purchases. We figure out my color on the computer and then I walk back over to the section. She comes about a minute later and asked me if I found it okay. I say yes. and then she says Is that going to be all today? I feel like i was being forced to finish shopping so I said uhh well I guess so and go to the register.I left feeling irritated and felt as if the employees were thinking I was going to steal. With their persistent nagging and eyes burning holes in every direction I went, it made for a horrible shopping experience.I am super allergic to many products so I have to check ingredients and take my time looking at things to see if I want to risk spending my money on products that I could possibly be allergic to. I dont like feeling as if I need to get in grab what I need and get out. I felt like this today and wont be going back to this Sephora again.
No help WHAT SO EVER! RACIST & MAJOR STEREO TYPING!! I have money 2 spend but clerk keep running around after rich looking customers. Yeah Never Again! Ill just go down the street.
The store only had about 3 customers including myself& I was not acknowledged. I looked at the Sephora works just to find all girls were on their phones. Will not be going back
Great looking displays of cosmetics.
My favorite sephora ever!
The Sephora is INSIDE the JC Pennys
