I got highlights done at this salon. The woman who did it was nice and and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately within a week and a half my hair was almost back to its normal hair color except for the two one inch stripes of hair on my bottom layer that are blond. When I called the salon, I was told that bleach cant fade (which I know hence my concern) and was told they cant control what I do once I leave the salon. Was told that since I liked it when I left the salon, I must have done something wrong. The picture where Im in the mask is what it looked like the day of while the others were taken 11 days later.

The general staff was ok. Linda is great and she does great hair.

Usually, I bounce around to whichever salon can get me in right away. I moved out to Arizona in 2013 and have yet to establish a stylist that I see on the regular. However, I am proud to announce that will change after today. I was fortunate enough to meet Linda English who I will definitely be going to from now on. She did a condition, cut and style. As a veteran in the cosmetology world, her years of service definitely shine through. I appreciated our genuine conversations and am beyond pleased with the service I received today. Thank you Linda!

I paid extra for an experienced stylist waste of money. I knew my hair was in bad shape however when I showed her a picture of the colour and cut was told no problem. She had problems with getting the colour to take and had to try a couple of times. When was finished my hair and cut was not even close to what I asked for but after 5 hours of sitting in the chair I just wanted to get out of there. I paid a lot of money for something I had a hard time looking at very disappointed will never go back

Went in for a style for a party and came out looking like a 1990s soccer mom despite several attempts to correct what the stylist was doing and showing her a photo. Had to go to a better salon to have it redone (waste of my time and money).Also, upon arrival we were greeted with the bum of the manager as she had a very personal discussion with one of the employees, something better done behind closed doors.Would not recommend to anyone under the age of 50.

A little nervous going someplace new but the stylist was patience while I looked for photos and gave suggestions so she understood what I wanted. Lydia did a wonderful job and Im really pleased with the cut and style.

Jonathan fixed my haircut after a horrible run in at great clips. He took care of me and was so friendly, loved the atmosphere! Would recommend people to go here if theyre new to the area or have a haircut needing to be fixed!

My hair is uneven in the front layers. The girl cut a chunk of my side hair from about 22 to 4 after assuring me she knew what she was doing when adding layers.

Worst salon experience ever here! First they didn’t dye my hair properly and it took 3 toners just to get it some wheat close to the color I initially asked for. After that mess the stylist, LaPrenda, cuts my hair and FAILS to remove all my dead ends like I specifically stated I wanted done. She’s was more concerned about getting me out of her chair and moving along then on the styling and dye job I had paid to get done. Now I will add she was extremly polite and professional. She did her best to handle a bad situation without an attitude. In my opinion, this situation could have altogether been avoided if she had taken the time to listen in the beginning and communicated with the client . I know red is a hard color for newer stylist to pull off but maybe the phone girl should have made a better recommendation. At the end, It just seemed like they only cared about getting me out of the salon chair then making sure I was happy and satisfied with my hair when I left, which I was NOT!

Zhaleh Khani Julia did a great job. She was very kind and did a spectacular job on my hair! I 100% recommend her. Without a doubt the best work I have ever seen and gotten done! DEFINATELY coming back here so that she can do my hair again sometime!

Stylists are great and for the most part do a great job.My problem is the front desk staff and phone staff.They act as though they started 5 minutes earlier. Put on hold every time!! Very frustrating. Dislike dealing with them or calling them. This has been going on a long time.

I will not be returning. The stylist did not style the way I wanted and complained every time she had to stop and untangle my thick hair... Not to mention charged me (what I estimate) about $40 extra for the hassle. Waste of my money and time.

In general this store is pretty average for a department store in a mall. The building is a bit old and the layout is somewhat chaotic. However, I would like to specifically write a review in regards to their appliance department as this is where the last of our purchases was made.The appliance department had a large selection of units to look at. They had a summer promotion running on a 4 piece kitchen set that included getting a $200 giftcard in return. We were originally planning on getting a similar set at Costco for what we believed to be a great deal. It turns out here at JCP, with the rebate and the upgraded version of the Costco appliances we were able to save about $500 from what we were originally going to pay!They even mentioned to us they would price match other stores if we found a better deal on the exact same model (we werent able to find one of course).Our sales associate Mark was excellent. Very friendly, very informative, not pushy what so ever. We really enjoyed working with him.We did run into a little hiccup in trying to purchase the appliances. Another sales associate, was quite rude after we let him know that Mark had already written us up a quote (they are paid on commission of course) and so he lost all interest in assisting us and decided to help someone else, not interested in purchasing anything at all, instead of us.It was insulting, but we left and came back when Mark was back in.I would still recommend checking this location out if you are in the market for new appliances--you may be surprised at how much you save.
