My first time yesterday and the customer service was phenomenal. Dazjah was my rep there and had the patience of an angel! Found me what I was looking for and gave me a discount after I provided my phone number. I felt like I was in a candy store! I come originally from California and I know a well grounded shop with class when I see one...this one has it all!

United beauty 35th Avenue and Dunlap is under new management they have a manager who is respectful and accommodating and understands old school customer service. Her name is Asha she is a black business owner from the community who uses her own products that she sells. That is a big contributor to YI will continue shopping there. She is friendly and pleasant no matter your socio economic class (as I witnessed before I purchased anything interaction between her and 2 other customers.) I would support her in all of her efforts not only as a black woman but as a professional is a and expert in her field. I got same day service, I was so shocked not only fast friendly it was $10 cheaper than I wasat most any other place I had quoted. Asha, I will continue to drive from 99th Avenue and beardsley to your shop to get my Extensions and supplies thank you for investing back in the community when so many people are abandoning the metro area👏👏👏

The store manager was wonderful and polite. Its been a while since Ive worn wigs and she was phenomenal at recommending product to keep the curls and bounce to the wig after washing. Ill most definitely visit here again.

I rarely come to the store. When I did come it was a few good employees there. But when I came today I didnt like it bad vibes no help employees talking about people. So I most definitely will be taking my money elsewhere!!!! Just sad

The staff seem to hate their jobs. Myself or anyone else that walked in were not greeted. This is a very small store with very little inventory and high prices. When I walked up to the register there were 2 women behind the counter. Neither said a word to me so I just walked up and put my stuff on the counter. One girl was standing at the register, she just stood there and didnt help me. The other girl walked up and completed my purchase. This store had an unwelcoming negative vibe. I will make the drive to 59th Ave & Bell next time.

Friendly, helpful, down to earth yet VERY knowledgeable staff. The prices &selection for hair dye, cosmetics (especially false eyelashes) are by far the best Ive found anywhere!

Let me start by saying Kena in store #2 has outstanding customer service! She welcomed me with a warm greet and was accommodating to my every need. She was helpful and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I will definitely be going back!

Maya has to be one of the rudest laziest employee I have ever came into contact with. I asked for help and she did nothing but give me attitude and return her attention to her phone. A monkey could do her job better than her. I will not be returning!! Useless employees. Don’t apply for a job if you have poor customer service skills.

The store was empty when we walked in. I had to walk all around to find staff & get them to help us get a wig down to purchase. The girl named maya who I had to ask to help had a nasty little attitude with a nasty little vibe. The store had some cute wig selections though :)

I went in yesterday one girl was willing to help and one was not . One girl said “what you see on the floor is what we have” and the other girl asked “ did you need help finding something “ which I was glad she asked because I felt SHE wanted my business. This is not the first time that’s happened since I been going there. Half of the girls are willing to help and half aren’t . I hope they work on their customer service sooner or later so I don’t have to dread asking for help. Also I wish they had a wider selection. They don’t have much of a selection like their other locations .

Last visit...(35th Dunlap) No staff wearing mask. Disappointing as a business. Overall poor service, as if they are doing you a favor checking you out. People will pay the price when there is good service. Being nice should be effortless...I will travel further for kindness....

Yeah I went in there and the lady refused to help me I needed hair bleach she told me that you guys dont really sell that and I was upset ( from her attitude and rudeness) and I walked out she wouldnt get off her phone to help me. I live off across the street so Ive been going there for years you guys do sell hair bleach I could have got the product I needed but she did not want to help me. obviously you guys dont sell purple hair shampoo either according to her as I was walking out the door another lady offered to help me but the other one had already screwed up my shopping there cuz I probably will not be back. Reading these reviews and I seems like the same person over and over again is continually rude to your customers wont get off her phone and shes killing the business there

Somewhat higher for the same things I find much cheaper at other stores. Not a lot of variety at this particular location. The one on Bell has a larger selection.Staff is friendly most times.

After looking out of state on a trip for hair, I realize I miss home and my beauty supply store. Came home and got 2 wigs. This place never disappoints.

Gave it a 3 because the staff is really nice but I feel like their products are really limited. Went here twice and both times couldnt find what I needed.

I went to the Dunlap one and the workers did not look like they wanted to be there. Regardless they were still somewhat helpful but when the workers don’t look like they wanna be there, I don’t either.

Not very professional when your well over 20 minutes late opening your business. Came here to buy a mask for work and waited 20 minutes outside the establishment. Still didn’t open. This is why I don’t go to ghetto establishments. I’ll remain at the bell location more professional and OPENS ON TIME!

The Experience was horrible today me and my sister went in there and there was two ladies one by the name of Lexi we proceeded to ask for help and one of the ladies said hold up proceeding to talk to the other lady while being on her phone I Asked if I could look at a Bob hairstyle she said yes put it off the shelf and didn’t let me hold it touch it so I can see if it was what I wanted I went out to the car to get my money and came back and the other lady Lexi Had exit the store we had asked the other lady to help us and my sister was offended so she said to me they need to help us the lady came over fast then Lexi came back in the store and we were cashing out we found what we were looking for and my sister asked if we could use a telephone number and the lady said rudely can you wait until I scan it then I found something I had wanted and we were going to cash out and she said we can’t take $100 bills and my sister said why is that and she said Ruby because the bank doesn’t give us any change we asked her what had happened to the other workers that had worked there that we were used to she said they had gotten fired I was very horrified by the service we got today and hope somebody does something about this I don’t know why people act the way they act usually have great service But today was horrible I hope the company does something about this

I would just rather go to the United Beauty on Bell versus the one on Dunlap it just doesnt work for me its too small on Dunlap the staff changes too much and the prices are a little too high the one on Bell the staff is nicer a little bit more consistent and the prices make more sense for the hair nothing personal I just still like the name just not one particular store

Out with my Aunt looking for wig...went to 2 different locations. All of the salespersons were very helpfuL at both locations.

They are at all locations always are polite, helpful, and educated. If one location doesnt have what you need they always call the others and find it for you. They are upfront on their return policy before you buy so you understand if you cant return or what conditions are necessary for a return. Honestly I wouldnt go anywhere else. Other places the people have no idea what their talking about or have poor attitudes. I 100% havent gone anywhere else for hair.

Go to 35th Camelback skip this place, they told me I was getting a discount off a wig and they overcharged me than gave me a hard time about the balance.

I visited this store before and they were not interested in helping me Nonetheless,I figured maybe they were having a bad day I visited again today,22/24/20 and rude is an understatement.I rang the bell,not realizing that I rang it twice only to get chastised by some person half my age.I explained I didnt realize I rang it twice while wondering why am I explaining this to you.I went in and asked her for a product only to have her try and correct me...again.Very condescending and unprofessional.We are in a pandemic whereas your store could very well be closed and to disrespect people who consider you enough to patron your store is beyond rude.I will never spend a dime in this store and by looking at these reviews being rude is a common practice.You should be ashamed to treat people in a manner that you wouldnt appreciate.Never again.

I hadnt been in a while. Its set up differently then I remember. If youre looking for braiding hair, this is the place to go. If youre looking for weaving hair, its not that much to choose from at all. I was very disappointed. The prices are average. Their customer service was awesome.
