Spent more than expected for sure.Did not visit any other location this time in our search for a new mattress, didnt feel like we needed to. Would definitely visit this location if we were to buy again.The only complaint we have has more to do with the the cost of mattresses and accessories. But the ridiculous prices are found everywhere unfortunately. But where does mattress firm get off selling a sheet set, pillows and mattress protector for $700.00...... THAT blew us away. Come on!All in all though, had very pleasant and easy buying experience.

I stopped into the Fountain Hills, AZ store on Sunday 5/24 to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. I actually needed a mattress for a spare room, but Stephen was such a great salesman I ended up buying a new king size mattress (with an adjustable base) which truthfully I didn’t need. He was very patient with me as I swear I had to lay on every single mattress in the showroom! I will never buy anywhere else. Really great customer service, which you don’t see often in this day and age. I’m so excited to receive my new mattresses!

Vince was extremely knowledgeable. My Fiance and I bought a mattress and electronic base in San Jose, CA over a year ago and moved to Phoenix. We went out looking for pillows today and was educated on how to operate the base in order to get restful sleep. We were never educated or even mentioned how to do this back in San Jose. We ended up purchasing this base that even vibrated! We got lucky that we had such a knowledgeable sales person. We would highly recommend this location and staff.

Very good info on the Purple, but because the bed will be used in a cooler climate we went old school Chattam and Wells. Delivery inside two days to a remote AZ address as well and she took it upon herself to help find us when delivery guys showed up early. Love the new bed Lauren, thank you.

My wife and I came in to find a mattress and had no idea what we were looking for. Brad was amazing! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel like he really cared. He knew about every mattress we tried and even gave us the pros and cons of each. We never felt pressured to buy. We even had to leave that day and had to come back another day to purchase and we asked Brad if he was going to be there. He said dont worry about me, just come back when you need to. When we did come back, my wife went with her mom and he was so kind and he remembered her and even the mattresses we were deciding between. Excellent service! Great experience!

They promised a Purple mattress set in-stock by Jan 12, a 2 week wait, which is a week later than Purples delivery timeframe. Jan 11, they let us know that it would be another week, blaming Purple for not delivering to the warehouse. New delivery date is on Jan 19.Jan 18 now, they say its another week to deliver, saying this is Purples fault. Purple still says 9 days total to deliver the Original mattress and that the only shipment delays are for newer models of mattress.We called up the store, the person we spoke to was unable to help, so we asked for a call from someone who had the power to actually make things right. We spoke with Brad the store manager, who continued to blame Purple and sounded like he would rather send us away than give us any kind of discout to make up for the 3 weeks lost waiting for the mattress.Im now waiting for a callback from the regional manager, hoping that they will be able to give a discout that justifies them keeping the sale and me *hoping* the mattress will arrive after another week and letting me modify this review.Edit: follow up on this. I increased from 1 to 2 stars. The Mattress Firm regional manager made it clear he would rather cancel my order than try to actually get me the mattress or do anything to make it right.Because this cost me the opportunity of a sale price, I convinced the regional manager to talk to his boss about giving me the promotional stuff I would have missed out on, so I only lost about $20 by trying to buy through them (would have been over $120 if they hadnt given me the promo stuff).Purple was able to provide the mattress within 2 weeks. I dont have any way of knowing what was happening with Mattress Firms warehouse/orders, but Purple was able to fulfill my order faster than Mattress Firm said they could, and I ordered from Purple 3 weeks later.
