Wonderful and non pressure. After trying a bunch of mattresses we chose the Purple one! The only one that didn’t hurt my back neck and shoulder injury. I cannot wait to sleep in it. Of course with the features like elevating legs and head and vibration on both. The staff was awesome! The sale price was pretty good! I suggest if you have a bed that is as old as dirt. I just recently moved into a home and me and my kids have been sleeping on air mattresses so I was looking for a bed. I called Mattress Firm Town and Country and immediately I was greeted by a woman named Susan. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process of purchasing a bed. She also told me if I had any other questions to please feel free to call her back at any time. When I was processing to make the payment I was having issues. I called Susan back and she walked me through it and finally I was able to complete my transaction. Customer service is very important. Great service. A few months ago we bought our new mattress from them. Yesterday we bought these awesome pillows and they arrived at the store in 24 hours.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly and our transaction was quick. The salesperson listened to what we were looking for and got us just that. No pushing at all, which is really nice.I would add though that we just relocated from a state with very strict mask mandates and have been surprised by how relaxed some businesses are in this area. We wear ours for other people’s safety in both our service jobs and in public and would really appreciate people assisting us keep theirs on as well until this is all over!

My salesperson was Susan. She introduced herself when I entered the store. She asked me what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I told her a queen size mattress, a bed frame and $500. She asked firmness? I told her I didnt know. She showed me several styles and firmness. I found the Goldilocks mattress on our third try. It was just right. She wrote up the order for delivery on Friday. I paid for the order. It was $499.95. It was exactly what I wanted and the price point was spot on. I would highly recommend Susan to my friends and family. Mattress Firm Town and Country store too.

So happy we found mattress firm, Brad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have been to a handful of mattress stores with prices almost double what we ended up paying and a 4-6 week wait time for delivery. Our new bed and adjustable base will be installed on Sunday at a price point $1,400 less than the exact same bed at another store. We stopped into mattress firm an hour before close and Brad still took the time to educate us and allow us to lay on dozens of mattresses before finding the perfect one for us! Cant wait to get a better nights sleep!!

They were so nice and helpful! Had a great experience. And they gave me around $150 worth of discounts just because I mentioned the mattress I wanted was out of my price range. I wasn’t even looking for a discount. And the sales associates were so friendly and easy to work with. I felt comfortable and didn’t feel pressured to add extra purchases.

I had been searching for a bed that has been discontinued. I found something similar at Mattress Firm. After speaking with Garrett I knew this was going to be the person I was going to buy my mattress from. I actually wound up getting a premium mattress, Queen bed for the twin price and then a sale so I made out. Garrett was amazing in explaining the differences and worked with me on a perfect delivery date. I called to ask about a Nectar mattress just to see one, when Garrett let me know that that Brand isnt carried there, he invited me to at least try their brand of memory foam mattress. I decided to stop by work. Good thing I did, Im not really a memory foam mattress person. So I previously had some research on a bed from the website, he showed me what it would be close to. So he ordered it and had it shipped to me. We love it!! He was so honest and nice I would definitely have family and friends look here for new mattress.
