After going to several Mattress businesses we settled on a mattress from Mattress Firm Tatum Point. My husband and worked with Duane, he was not pushy. We ended up getting a ISeries Hybrid 3000 Medium Mattress. Also, they had enough inventory so we are able to get a mattress delivered within the week. Great customer service!

The person at the shop was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable, he guides us to make a faster and right decision on the mattress.

The store was kinda small, but had a good selection for its size Duane did a great job helping me find the right mattress.

We moved into a new house and was suppose to have my children’s mattresses delivered on Tuesday. Mattresses were not delivered. I called the store originally purchased at (bell and Tatum) and they said they would call me back. Never did. Days went by finally Duane handled the situation and now the mattresses will be delivered Sunday almost a week after they were suppose to. Very disappointed.

Having been to 10 mattress stores in The Valley, I found Duane Cresse to be the most professional and helpful sales person. He was available without hovering, educated me on each brand without pushing me to buy the most expensive, and encouraged me to find the right fit. I have never done a store review but I rarely see this kind of help and professionalism. There are closet Mattress Firm stores but I went back when he was there to buy it and set up the delivery. He also answered questions and helped after it was delivered. I recommend this store and Mr. Cresse. Mattresses are a big purchase so it’s good to get real help like he was for me.

Yesterday I walked into this store, just to see whats new in mattresses sincewe bought our last one 10 years ago. We were thinking of replacing the old one soon. The sales person on her shift came over and asked what I was interested in. After explaining our needs, she asked a few relevant questions, then said she hadhad six different styles that met our needs.Within minutes after trying the recommendation mattresses, I found the right one.She had gotten it right the very first try and we haggled for a moment. Then, I purchased the set I selected, She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and warm. The reason I purchased our newest was because of your sales person. She took the time to explain the differences between mattress types and the price structure between the various units. She wrote up my order and immediately set up the delivery for the next day. The prices were extremely fair, with an excellent selection to choose them, and great customer, I made my choice.On the appointed time and window, The delivery was handled by two courteous and strong young men that made the delivery go quickly. We strongly recommend Mattress Firm when you need a new mattress.

I came across the “Sleepy’s Memory Foam Curve” and I fell in love. I have bad back problems and while laying on this bed, I felt super comfortable. He explained the differences between several models in our price range and helped us to understand the benefits (and negatives) of each. Rishi also understood that we had a price range and did not attempt to up-sell us to a higher price point. Once we choose the model that we wanted, Rishi went through every detail of the warranty, how to care for the mattress, what to expect for delivery and he went through each line item on the invoice to ensure that everything was correct. There were no unpleasant surprises and our experience was absolutely fantastic. I know that online mattress purchases can (sometimes) be less expensive and easier, but it was very comforting to get advise from a knowledgeable sales person. Then I stopped by Mattress Firm, where I met Rishi, who went to great lengths to make sure I selected the right bed.The store itself has a very large variety of beds on the showroom to choose from. And Rishi is not only extremely knowledgeable about the features and design of each bed, but is also very patient and takes his time helping you without making you feel rushed. He asked a lot of questions about my sleeping habits, and then recommended a bed of a different firmness and construction than I had in mind. I was a little hesitant to take his advice, but he was right. Lately I have been getting some of the best sleep of my life – better than I have in many years!And the follow-up service was great too. The delivery was done quickly and on time, and Rishi also checked in after a while to make sure I was happy with my purchase.Overall, I rate my experience at this store among the best purchase experiences I have had.
