Recently purchased a new home and had an extra room that we wanted dual use from. Decided on a Murphy bed since we occasionally have guests but didnt want a dedicated guest room. We were able to choose between a custom design or pre-built and the installation from the guys made the process quick.

For $7700, you would expect better service and better attention to detail. It’s a shame because It’s a beautiful piece of furniture. We gravitated to a family business because we thought we would get great service. We were told it takes one month to build, it took two months. Then, it took them one month to get it right totaling 3 months from start to finish. Their workshop messed up on the cabinets twice. They were the wrong size. The installer damaged the desktop with splattered paint, then tried to scrape it off and passed it off like it was OK. Didn’t even mention it and I noticed it after he left. So I called and said that’s not acceptable! The finish was ruined! They replaced it. He also also chipped the corner of the pencil drawer also tried to pass it off as being ok but I said that’s also unacceptable. Also got replaced. Left a screw hanging out of the wall about 2inches! I couldn’t believe all me mistakes this guy made!! If I was the owner of this company, he would be fired IMMEDIATELY! Hardly got an apology, and took days for anyone to get back to me. Hardly any communication with the store manager once they got the money. Everything was made right finally but I am still left with a couple of scuffs and chipped paint but I’m willing to just fix it myself because I don’t even want to deal with this company one more time.

We live in Prescott. The tecnition came to our home, measured our room and took notes of our wish list. Within a few days we were e-mailed the diagrams of the bed/office plans. We made a few changes then approved the designs.We were given a time estment of 6-8 weeks. At just over 7 weeks our Murphy Bed system was delivered and installed.The guys who installed it did a wonderful job. They cleaned up the room and driveway where they cut the trim. They left us small jars of touch up paint in case we ever got any marks on it.We love our Murphy bed and office set up.Thanks guys.

We were immediately greeted when we walked through the door and Tammie was extremely helpful. She helped us find just what we were looking for in a Murphy bed with a built in desk. She also gave us 2% off for paying with check and gave us the mattress for free!
