Fantastic service from the entire staff, especially Hunter my salesperson. Great price on a seriously nice mattress set and it will be delivered in a few days, couldnt ask for more. Very pleasantly surprised by how easy and low pressure the whole process was. Ill definitely be back and highly recommend this store if you need a new mattress.

Jessica was so awesome and helpful. I walked into Mattress Firm not knowing anything. All I knew is I wanted soft. Jessica walked me right over to try out some great mattresses. Jessica was even able to explain the back pains I have and how to help relieve me of this discomfort (back and neck). She was so knowledgeable and taught me so much, I now find myself trying to explain the thing I learned to others who are seeking to purchase a new mattress. I am so amazed by Loki @ mattress firm on e Bell rd!! We came in to see about the different firmness of memory foam mattresses. Thanks to Loki we learned that with out back problems, memory foam isnt what we need. He found the right beds for my mom, boyfriend & I & then found us the best deal ever. Our apartments flooded in the rainstorm 2 weeks ago & it destroyed ALL of our stuff. So to have Loki be so friendly & give us and amazing deal on 3 twin mattresses is more than I ever expected. I was looking for something really comfortable I could take home with me today and luckily they had just what I needed. Carrie was a fantastic saleswoman! I was greeted with a cheery welcoming attitude. Id never bought my own mattress before and only had a slight idea of what I wanted. I didnt require anything fancy so Carrie guided me over to where the sales leftover from 4th of July were. Perfect for my price range! She explained the different types of memory foam and how to take care of it when Id get it home. She hooked me up with a great protector for it as well (fantastic since being in an apartment you get scared of bedbugs) which was also on sale! She sat and patiently researched all the types of bedframes with me too. She was kind and full of information that I desperately needed for my first purchase. Best employee!

Recently decided to upgrade from a queen to a king when it came time to buy a new mattress. We had an old spring mattress that gave us back issues so we were interested in what would give us support and comfort without breaking the bank. Matthew took the time to go over every option after first finding our comfort both literally and financially. We even ended up buying other accessories we needed and we felt confident in our decision and are excited for it to be delivered. Id happily come back in the future and would recommend this location as Matthew was helpful at every step.

Jared provided excellent customer service and knowledge of the products. He asked certain questions and gave recommendations on products for my needs. He scheduled the delivery of my mattress and accessories and everything was delivered on time. The whole process was enjoyable and never felt forced into a sale.

Rob was very helpful and informative! He did a great job helping pick out the right pillow for my sleep needs. I love my new pillows! They actually feel cold when you lay on them and they stay cold! I highly recommend this location.

Went in yesterday to check out the selection of hybrid mattresses and I have to say I was impressed with with the customer service provided by Matthew. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all and I never felt I was trying to be up sold any particular item. I did however feel that he worked with me and the budget we had for a mattress and frame in order to get the items my husband and I really wanted for the price we could afford. Matthew came across honest, knowledgeable, and not salesman like in my opinion. When you need to upgrade your mattress, I highly recommend working with him - and ask all your questions so you get exactly what you want.

I was prompted to enter this store in the search of a mattress I’ve seen online. Upon entering I was kindly greeted by a number of employees who were busy with other customers but took the time to acknowledge my arrival. Looking around in the store was a pleasant experience, it was clean and organized. Joy, eventually came to assist in my shopping experience. She was very detailed in finding the exact model I was shopping for but also taking key points in insuring the model fitted my sleep preferences. Unfortunately this store didn’t have the model in stock. However, that was no problem to my surprise Matt the store manager was able to locate the exact model I needed and was able to ensure it would be available for pick up at another store who did have it. From start to finish my fist shopping experience with Mattress Firm was a great one.

We had The. Most. Wonderful experience here yesterday! Not only was our Sleep Experts name Loki (yes LOKI...awesome, right?!), but he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - without being all pressure sales-man-y. We went in there not really knowing what the heck type of bed we even wanted, just that we needed 2 new beds, and Loki whipped out his handy dandy magi-pad, asked us a couple sleep-style type questions, and off we went thru the showroom, trying out a few different beds based on our answers to the sleep qs. No lie, within trying only 3 or 4 different beds did we find our match! Going from not having a clue to SOLD! within probably 15-20 minutes was fantastic! (I think he found my sons match within like 2 bed tries.) Anyway, the whole process took maaaaybe 45 minutes, from walk in to heres your delivery date. And we were not rushing, just casually shopping. Just a great overall experience and we definitely owe it to Loki. Hands down.So go there yall, its time to replace your current lumpy dumpy 15 year old bed...treat yourself to a good nights sleep, let Loki work his magi-pad experience on ya. I had such a great experience with mattress firm from the sales to delivery. I will be a mattress firm customer for life. There was no pressure sales, the sales person was very knowledgeable. She helped me find a great mattress fit in store. I just received my mattress so I cant speak to that part yet. The delivery guys were awesome. They were professional, fast and efficient. They uses proper masks, gloves, and even brought their own shoe covers that they put on in the entry of our home. We were very impressed with the whole experience. Thank you Mattress Firm!

This store had the Purple mattress I have been dying to try out. I planned to buy it online but wanted to test the feel of it first. I had an excellent experience with the Mattress Firm salesperson Carrie. I spent quite a bit of time trying different mattresses - Carrie was quite knowledgeable, helpful and patient. After narrowing my choice down to two, she then demo’d the adjustable bases. I hadn’t really considered buying one before, but I loved it! Since was upgrading from Queen to King (and got a big President’s Day discount when upgrading to the base with all the bells and whistles), this was the perfect time!Came back the next day and purchased the mattress and adjustable base - got a great deal on the mattress as well! Highly recommend going into the store to try out the feel, esp if spending a good chunk of money - I was just going to order online, but turned out I didn’t care for the original one I planned to buy. Although would’ve been able to get a refund on it, it really saved me a lot of hassle and stress.

Went in a bit weary, I think everyone is of salesmen in general. Made a $4000 purchase, paid in full with a delivery set for a month later. Promises were made, great. Delivery day came, nothing!! Not a call or a text. Then the following day I get an email saying I have to wait another 4 days. And I paid for their “Platinum Delivery Service”. I can’t imagine what would it be like if I paid for standard delivery. Terrible and unprofessional.

After a week, I came back, went over the details of my choice for a mattress, and made the purchase. Also I want mention Matthew Whalen. he also answered some questions, and it was very helpful to have his input. If you’re looking for a mattress, or bedding. I wouldn’t highly recommend these two.
