We bought a bed from this company 15 years ago and loved it. Then we decided to replace it with a new one. We purchased another but this time with a motorized base which was okay. We decided to upgrade to a split king and it’s been a nightmare. We agreed to purchase a floor model to save money but when it arrived, the bases didn’t match, it was missing the power cord and several legs. We refused that delivery and spoke w the sales lady at this store. She agreed to get us a brand new base at no additional cost. Great - except when it arrived yesterday, the motor on the base sounds like it’s dying and needs to be replaced!!!! The nightmare goes on….

Tired (literally) of not sleeping through the night and decided to go into the Chauncey store . We didn’t exactly know what we wanted or if we were going to purchase a mattress at this time. Brandi changed that for us and was exceptional!! She was knowledgeable about the various choices as well what type best suited our needs. I purchased an adjustable base and worked with Brandi whom is so knowledgeable and amazing in what she does, she helped me get my sleep back!!! I used to have a really hard time sleeping, therefore when I would get any sleep it was generally really hard waking up, but ever since purchasing the adjustable base from her, I sleep solid throughout the night and since I get the sleep I need, I can wake up really early in the morning feeling energized!!! Brandi is the bomb!! Went in there and told her what I was looking for. She didn’t have the specific model available on the floor but didn’t try to sell me another bed. She offered me to try similar mattresses to which I was able to make a decision based off what I liked. She’s great!

Mattress shopping is hard for me, but having a sleep trial period offered at Mattress Firm during COVID was an important part of matress shopping. We went to 10 different stores, including Living Spaces, Bobs furniture, Ashley Furniture, American Warehouse Furniture and more.We are certainly getting old dont have a body that can sleep anywhere like we were in our 20s. Matress prices have also jumped since we last shopped for them. Initially, we were looking at ranges under $1000 which had coil counts between 700-800. If we were still in our 20s, we would stick to that range and may have bought from Bobs, Living Spaces or Matress Firm.After trying so many beds, you start to forget which you preferred. However, Amy was on it! She was paying attention and noting which I preferred as well my husband. Before we started trying beds, she asked us our sleeping positions, preference, and what we were looking for vs. pushing us to try the most expensive bed. My husband knew what he was looking for, but I did not.We went on two separate days and she picked up like we never left and did not miss a beat. She did not try to sell us the most expensive, but what fit our personal needs. We tried beds under $700 and some over $3000. She educated us (more me!) on coil counts and comfort layers. After dealing with me, she should get 10 stars! Thanks Amy for making my mattress shopping experience stress free.

Visited Mattress Firm by Mayo blvd. Store mgr was professional, not pushy, and was respecfuly wearing a mask. Answered all my questions. I had done all my research online and came in to take a quick peak at a Serta Firm, but as after speaking w/Lonnie, I ended up choosing Beautyrest Pressure Point plush, in about same price range. The following day, I was still worried about my selection so I visited the other location near FLW - actually closer to my house. Their showroom is huge, much bigger! Was greeted nicely then I was able to walk around (very quiet so plenty of social distance!) and sit/laydown again on mattresses to reassure myself I had made the right choice. All and all, bought Friday afternoon & received within 2 days; drivers were polite & arrived on time on Sunday. Great transaction!!! (PS their return policy allows to try to mattress for a few mths but check on the fees if theres any doubt u may need to return or exchange. I received a free adjustable bed but should I returned the mattress, the $500 cost of the platform would be deducted since its non returnable. Lonnie did disclosed this as he was writing the order up.) Sweet dreams!!!

Best place to buy mattresses!

I just needed an inexpensive mattress for a guest bedroom that is seldom used. I was very pleased that Al took me right to the ones that fit the bill. I really appreciated that I was not pressured to spend more. The delivery was timely and conducted by 2 very professional young men who took away my old mattress. Very pleased.

I had a great experience while shopping at this Mattress Firm. I have been a customer for over 10 years (this will be my 3rd bed from them) and I continue to get great service. Travis, the store manager, was my associate for the day. It was just myself and another couple in the store. He made sure that we were both appropriately attended to, and he answered any questions I had (and there were a lot!) He even asked all of us if we wanted to have a bottle of water - really going the extra mile on a hot Phoenix day! I came out with a great deal of savings! I am excited to get my new queen plush postropedic bed with an adjustable base and cooling pillow! I also realized that I forgot to show my student ID for the free pillow set - and I went in the next day and they accommodated the pillows since I had met the required amount of spend. I will definitely continue to bring my business here!

It started out fine. We bought a great adjustable bed frame. All is good there. Then we come to the up-sell. I was almost sold a pillow I didn’t want, only to find it on my final receipt. Before leaving I asked to take it off and was told to “try it out.” I chose to leave with it and try it. I don’t like it. Upon trying to return it was told they won’t return it. One nights use, no mention in person or on the receipt it wasn’t returnable. I’m out cash and they have bad business practices. Not a return customer with these tactics.

Returned mattress and charged a 10% restocking fee and another $79.00 for pick-up. We were told no charges if its the first mattress. We asked and he told us, no harm, no foul. Exactly what the guy told us. That was a lie 😡
