Very cool place with spirits from all over the World. Just like Costco or Sams club... some things are great deals... others, not so much

I came in one Saturday night for an impromptu wine tasting. The wines were absolutely delicious. The staves were so knowledgeable about the kinds of wines. I really love their spacious elegant shop. Also, they have a huge wide of a selection of wines. The owner was there as well, a very nice guy.

Its fine, not a total wine tho.

I recently came in to pick up a prepaid order. The cashier looked at me never said one word to me. Another employee walked right by me without even asking if i needed help. I asked the cashier 4 times before she acknowledged me, i told her im here to pick up an online order she continued to stare at me and still didnt say anything...so i told her can you please call someone to help me? She reluctantly reached for phone to page someone to come. I was very dissatisfied with the service. Will not be doing business with them again.

Very helpful, welcoming staff. I felt a little silly going into a liquor store for just water, but they do have a better selection than any grocery store! Definitely going back for more water!

Here, I love the atmosphere and the coffee! This is an ideal place for a book to relax and enjoy. They have outstanding service and very friendly waiters. A wonderful hidden gem with a laidback atmosphere that makes you want to linger for a long time. I enjoy coordinating meetings here because they also have delicious food at a very affordable price. Great atmosphere, tasty wines, knowledgeable and friendly staves. What else I could say about this wine shop. When they had everything that I needed. The bottles of wine that I bought from here was so damn delicious. This wine shop is perfect if you want to chill, relax, and grab glasses of wine. I can’t wait to visit this shop again.

This wine shop is impressive indeed. A week ago, I went here to buy some wine bottles. I was amazed by the vast variety of wines and spirits they had. One thing that really fascinates me is that before you can buy it, you should try the wine first. Even, if you need any support, their employees can help you. They were really well-informed about wines. I love the shops wine shelves.

Earlier today, I bought a bottle of wine from this store, and I enjoyed the taste of it. It was really enjoyable and tasty. In addition, the waiter who served my order was really polite and nice. The location was also tidy, not crowded, and comfortable. Ill definitely buy another bottle of wine here next time. Many thanks to you!

We happened upon this wine shop by chance, but were glad we did because they have some amazing wines! Their concern for their clients has an effect on them as well. You must go to this store!

I just got back from visiting a wine shop with a friend of mine two days ago. As he was giving a presentation to a group of people, we wandered into the shop. In a class session on wines, olive oils, dessert wines, and great business, we ended up spending over five hours. Im proposing that you stop and say hello and take a lesson. We had a wonderful time, and soon we will return.

They actually didnt carry what I went for but every body seem very nice. Still wearing mask. It was a bit crowded but people were respectful of space. Clean and organized.

Customer Service was knowledgeable and top notch friendly. Prices are fair and selection wide.

Place is awesome! Great product a little bit more expensive than I would like but you get what you pay for. I would give it a five star if it were a little more in my price range.

BevMo has been a goto for the past 9 years, but recent management changes has forced a redirect to Total Wine, Costco and Frys. The lack of customer service etiquette has left an untenable situation. Additionally, inventory management has no importance or follow through. Needless-to-say, my $5K yearly subscription will continue elsewhere.

Good selection, friendly staff. Cant compare to other Bevmo locations but in comparison to other smaller liquor stores, this place has a great selection. There are the typical finds as far as brands and choices of spirits, wines, beers as well as plenty of the local brewery beverages etc., as well as unique finds and items that make great gifts. Lots to choose from the coolers too. They have some drink ware, and things to stock your cocktail party. The store is clean, nice open feel. Lots to see so take the time and find something new to try.

They need a build your own six pack option. Everything is kind of expensive. Their competition has better prices and more selection.

Always friendly and knowledgeable at reasonable prices. I suggest to management, always keep 2 people at the register, I HATE it when theres one person at the point of sales and 3 people walking around the floor answering questions... Also you have drunk people cut each other in line, my suggestion, make a sign!!!

My favorite stop! Employees are friendly and super helpful. My favorite brew is a seasonal brew but they tracked down extra bottles and sourced a stash for me. Love this store!

WOW ! What happened to customer service ? Stopped in today on the way through town to pick up a few bottles on wine couldnt believe the lack of customer service from the two gals working there today 10-9-2019. They seemed more interested in stocking the shelves then helping out to find the wines I was looking for. Also acted like it was to much effort to get me an empty box to put the bottles in anyway looks like total tota gets my business now.

Quick and easy stop for beer, wine, and liquor. Prices for beer and liquor are not much better and sometimes worse than grocery stores nearby. Tried to get a price match on some whiskey from a local store. They denied the price match. I dont shop here often because of that and go out of my way to other stores.

Usually go to this location for kegs because its close. Called and the guy, didnt get his name, was super short and not helpful. I told him I needed to special order some 4 peaks peach ale. He cut me off saying that he didnt have any in the back. After a pause, he asked if I wanted to special order it. I bite my tongue and said yes, please. I was hoping to have it on Friday. He then said I couldnt and the cut off was 4pm today. Ok. Decided to call the location in glendale, Jason was super helpful and let me finish me sentences. Said ordering today would be no problem to get on friday and that they would call and let me know when it comes in. Would have no problem making to extra 4 mile drive from now on.

This is a great store with lots of options in all walks of alcoholic beverages and odds an ends to serve them. Staff is always helpful and friendly with prices that are competitive in the area. This is centralized location to restaurant and stores so you can make this a destination within destinations. Definitely a place to go for your party needs.

Total Wine and more is way bigger and cheaper. I walked out without buying anything and found what I needed at Wal-Mart.

Was a great place to buy adult beverages. They had my De Amour amaretto and RED STRIPE! Glass wear is a little pricey, but thats what goodwill is for (my cheapskate butt)

Subpar selection and horrible customer service. The employees act as if you are a huge inconvenience if you have any questions and they are frankly, not helpful or very knowledgeable at all.

Cant buy communist themed soda if youre under 21. That explains enough.

Stopped in here yesterday and to be honest wasnt able to get exactly what i was looking for (a 6pk assortment of chocolate beers) but I was helped by a great employee who spent 10minutes waking around the store helping me find some other great options...including a 12pk of seasonal Pyramid brews that was only 6.98. AWESOME. anyway, great experience, will def go back.

Everyone is always so friendly in Bevmo. They also carry my tequila Dulce Dorado.

I have been to this location 4 times now. I love the BevMo located where i use to live in Chandler - I can here in Aug and only have been back 3 times since - only because they had the wine that i needed for family events.Horrible service - 4 out of 5 people i dealt with were less than friendly and seemed it was a pain for them to help me. So sad that this place is the only place i can get this wine. I have in the past when i had to drive to the east valley - dropped by the Chandler location and voiced my dislike of the Happy valley location. Seems there is no way that this place is going to change so i will not be back - i will order from another source.

Was 5 stars, Have to update, went there on veterans day. I asked a question to a tall staff member there. Are there any of this type of beer cold in the store. And after he walked past me to look irritated, he tells me anything cold is in the cooler. Thanks for the help.My Wife and girlfriend were over by the wine and when they asked him for help, he said I need to finish stocking first. Clearly over worked. Get that poor man some help.

This place is good! Its what is known as a Party Store in Michigan. Im not from MI, but Id love to see one open in Cortez, CO! Awesome selection of adult beverages plus atypical snacks... And more.

Normally have a great experience, except one time I went in the morning and asked an older bald guy with a goatee if he could check if there were anymore captain Morgan shooters. He seemed annoyed that I asked for help and he said that he was in the middle of helping someone else and he will check in a minute when he is done helping them in a very condescending tone. He never did end up helping me at all. The other employees were always helpful and super nice though.

Store is usually not too busy so you can get in and out quickly. I wish they carried a more extensive selection of beer. Tons of different wine and liquors but not great selection of beer.

Dig this store. Has the right lighting/vibe, cool people work there, let you gander and inquire when needed. Lots of selection, good prices and reward program, easy parking/location.

Store has no self identity to pride in working with spirits and hops, grapes and all the great elections they have in a store. The products are great, the prices are FAIR but the Customer service aspect Complete Donut hole! (ZERO) All i have to say is Total Wine is the new BevMo!

Its a decent BevMo. Not many employees to ask for help. Prices seem a little higher. This BevMo is also smaller than the others and it shows in the smaller selection.

This particular Bevmo has the best selection of kegs and really all other drink options. Consistently the staff are friendly and professional.

Bevmo is the most convenient place for me to select from a large selection of wine. There are often sales that make it very affordable as well.

I asked an employee to direct me to the location of their Stranahans stock and he told me they didnt carry it.After finding it myself behind a case and asking another employee to get it out for me, the previous employee witnessed this and then accused me of mispronouncing its name?Would have been cooler if he just laughed off his mistake or owned up to the fact that it is perfectly okay to not be one hundred percent knowledgable on the whereabouts of all the thousands of spirits that exist out there.Especially at BevMo! which, kudos to them for having an overwhelmingly awesome and all inclusive inventory one can rely on!

A bit on the small side, but better selection than grocery store

Horrible Scotch selection....hard to believe customer service is even worse. Standing in the only open checkout line..... 2nd in line of 6 people.... they opened a second lane and pulled from the back of the original line.... the best part of all this? My money and I will now be shopping else where.

Always an adventure with so many choices. Francis Copola vineyards California champagne was especially good.

Im 34 years old and when carded the clerk informed me that Bevmo would have to confiscate my I.D. because they were unable to read the information on my drivers license with their card reader. I took my card back and they were unable to take my card away. They did eventually sell me the beer I was buying but the transaction was extremely creepy.Ive never had this sort of disrespect from locally owned liqueur stores and I do not plan to purchase products from these out-of-state corporate stores again.

We go there for kegs often. An older gentleman with a wrist brace took me back to the keg fridge today while my wife watched our infant son. I looked over the selection for about three minutes and told him I wanted to step out briefly to present the selection to my wife. He said sorry, I have to go back to work. I thought he was joking since helping people as they shop for $125 kegs is part of his job. No, he wasnt kidding. We left and took our empty shell.Unrelated, but still something to consider-prices without a coupon are pretty steep.

Awful customer service and awful prices! We live up this way and kept putting up with the prices and weve moved on to a better place now. Last night especially did it for us as we were carded for buying a soda....no joke and he even knew we had soda and carded us anyways. Pathetic

This place is smaller than the other locations with not much to choose from! Its only convenient since its the closest location from my home and obviously offers more to choose from than the gas stations.
