RUDE! Called to ask a simple question. And they yelled “No” and before they hung up I could hear him say “Jesus Christ”. All over a very simple question. Don’t suggest coming here, can’t imagine how they would be in person

I am a regular customer of this establishment. Normally I am greeted with friendly words and sweet gentlemen. Today I was not greeted. Instead I was ignored, glared at, and made to feel very uncomfortable by a woman named Rose, working behind the counter. I was having problems with my debit card, and when trying to get help to pay with a gift card Id received from my sister, Rose, instead of assisting me, she belittled me and made me feel very embarrassed in front of everybody. During the transaction she became very confrontational. To the point I was no longer able to keep my composure in public. After being told that my card wouldnt work without her even trying it, I was turned away 3 times by each person working. My sister in TX, called the store after hearing of my frustrations, and spoke to the manager(one of the employees who had turned me away). It wasnt until she threatened to give them a bad review, the manager took my payment. It took him 2 seconds to do so, after telling me time again that they could not take a gift card payment. I was there sitting at pump 2 in my car for 2 hours. Im very a hard working, single mother, just getting off of work and trying to get home. In no circumstance, should anyone ever be treated the way that I was today at Speedway on Valencia. Shame on you Rose Hicks. Get a different job if you arent gonna take the stick outta that butt.

Best place to go to to satisfy all your needs. Biggest selection of liquor in the tri-State area. If you can’t find what you, they order it special for you. Excellent customer service. Would definitely give this place a 5 star.

I came here while running in 100+ °F temperatures, was about out of water, and asked if they gave out cups with water. A lot of places will explain they dont have cups and send you away, but the guy at the window told me he could at least fill up my waterbottle. Hes awesome, and this place is awesome. Thank you guys.

Its a great place they have a drive thru, and its very easy getting out of their parking lot. hardly any traffic around there.
