Awesome.. Loved the service.. And if course the food was amazing.. Its definitely a place if like to frequent. Thx.. Keep it up and REAL..
About a month ago I came to this restaurant for a meal with friends. After receiving my $350 medical bill from my emergency room visit after having a bite (and I literally mean 1 bite) at your restaurant, I decided to write this. I had the Arcadia lemon chicken pizza which makes no mention in the menu about having pesto or tree nuts whereas other menu items do. The “head chef” originally told me there were no nuts in the pizza but after saying I was having an allergic Reaction to something he said maybe walnuts or pine nuts. I would hope the head chef would know for sure what’s in the food he’s making?? I tried to reach out via your website form but it wouldn’t let me submit. I am hoping this can be seen by someone who can make this right with me and also with your menu for the future.
Have only been here once for drinks but it was so nice! Loved the atmosphere/vibe and that view of camelback at sunset? Nothing like it!
This is a beautiful restaurant that looks very clean from the inside with a great beer selection, local and otherwise. The selling point is a lovely upstairs porch with a nice view out on the street with a mountainous background. My girlfriend and I came here for our 2nd time today. We had sort of slow service the first time but we were kind of in a rush and couldn’t stay to really enjoy anything but a drink and an appetizer, so we wanted to come give it another chance. When we arrived we were quickly seated outside with the view of the mountains just as we wanted. The inside was not very busy shockingly, there was a Sunday brunch going on. We were brought water about 5 minutes after sitting down and our menus were drenched from the misters within minutes. There was a great selection on the menus but we were not sure if the regular menu was available and wanted to ask. After about 15 minutes of no help or a chance to order we had finished the bottle of water they had given us. We were only asked if “that bald guy” had come out and talked to us. We eventually decided to leave. Despite the beautiful view we were looking at, despite the great smelling food inside, despite the great beer list, and despite the polite and helpful hostess. We are now at The Vig, still thirsty, even more hungry, and with a damper on a very beautiful Sunday that we have week looking forward to all week. I’m so sad.
Attic Ale House has quickly become our favorite brunch spot in the area. Not only do they have a fantastic selection of beers, mimosas, and other drinks, but the brunch food is just as amazing. We love that there are weekly rotating specials, so you never know what might be available. The outdoor seating is great, and being on the second story, you have quite a nice view of Camelback Mountain. It’s definitely a great spot for good times and great food/drink.
Great neighborhood vide. Jerry and the staff do a great job of making you feel welcome and serving great food. Great craft beer selection.
Cool place. Good view of Camelback. They had a room with 13 places and beers with name tags for each of the 13 military killed in Kabul
Love this place, I highly recommend, there can be a wait tho.Food is great from the appetizers to the main munchies. If you dont like crowed small spaces I suggest sitting outside. There is a nice fire pit out there as well. Servers are always lovey and prompt. A place I well continue to enjoy and bring friends (just so I can come back lol)
So I have been itching to go here for awhile and now cant wait to go back whens cooler so we can enjoy the awesome patio. We went on Fathers Day for the special and were not disappointed. The food was exceptional and the beer selection was unique. Small place but with the room they have its utilized very well and it is very unique inside. Very much recommend this place.
We ordered wings and asked for them to be crispy they webe theyre very saggy so they reordered them for us and they came back the same Whitten recommended food there
Was pumped to go to The Attic. Family was taking me out for an early Fathers day dinner. I picked The Attic because I follow them on Instagram. Food looks amazing and they have a huge selection of alchohol. Got there and got seated at a table that was super sticky. Ordered an appetizer that still hadnt come out after 45 minutes. After sitting there for 45 minutes and listening to other people screaming and yelling, I paid for our drinks and we left. Didnt get any food. We went down the street and got food at Cold beers and cheeseburgers. Disappointed to say the least considering we drove 40 minutes to try this place out.
Great place for an afternoon sandwich, beer, and football game. My girlfriend and I were looking to switch it up from all of the beer we had been drinking on vacation so we went with the red sangria that was pretty good but went down way too easy. Not sure if thats a good or bad thing. The main reason for writing the review is that Fried Mother Cluckin Sammy. Yes, thats actual the name of the menu item. Not over the top messy (even with the bacon, sauce, and veggies). The spice from the mild pickled Jalapeños was perfectly balanced with the sweetness from the pickled onions. All around great sandwich, I will really have to force myself to try a burger next time Im back because those looked good too.
Good beer selection, great atmosphere (patio) and tasty food. I would like to try to get one of the edge seats next time. It is on the smaller side, so plan on getting there early for a prime seat.
Amazing view from the balcony, that could have been the end if it. Combined with great food and really good service, our little group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Best Burgers...period. Very friendly staff. Well be back.
MehhhThe burgers were greatHowever the service could have used some loveWe walked in at 9:15 and felt rushed from the time we sat downNot even offered a second beerFor the prices I expected more of a welcomeBut, the burgers were great!!
Excellent food. Server was sweet, knowledgeable and very attentive.
My lavender margarita was delicious (if you like the taste of Robitussin) the lavender margarita sounded refreshing, unique and honestly, I’ve never met a Margarita I didn’t like. (Until now).Someone messed up on the portions because this margarita tasted like an air freshener. I would recommend in the future to try adding a hint of lavender or a lavender essence to compliment a regular, classic Margarita recipe. The tall glass also has to go. It’s my pet peeve to have a margarita served in a tall tumbler. The Attic Ale house was a typical sports bar with the neon signs and UFC blaring in your face but nothing stood out to me as special. The location has major potential but I won’t be returning anytime soon.
This place is just ridiculously fun. My only issue with the place is its so popular they were out of 2-3 beers I wanted. Not a serious issue... plenty of amazing alternatives.
Patio has a great view of Camelback Mountains. Beer list is fresh and rotating. Wine list has a lot of variety and is always changing. Havent had a special yet that I didnt like.
Was great place in roof top, with comfortable seating with and outdoor chimney. And food was really good as well, had their burger which is 5 off on Wednesdays and comes with a beer 🍺.
If I had to take anything away from the 5 stars it would be the availability of parking. 20 spaces (including out back) are not enough for the 3-4 businesses in the building. Took me more than 29 minutes of circling around until I finally made a parking space.
First time at the attic, burger was salty and I got my appetizer (wings) rite after I finished my burger. Ill probably come back to get a drink. Got SD vibes tho which I did love cause im from San Diego.
Solid beer list of unique, hard to find beers. Food is solid too!
This was our first time at The Attic. Our server was fantastic, I cant remember his name. We tried the Bavarian Pub Platter and the Bavarian Burger thats currently on the specials menu. I wanted to try the pumpkin cheesecake but between the food and beer I was full. Food was great, well definitely go back!
Good strong beers on tap. Good burger
Nice and friendly place.
Stopped in to watch the Suns game. Great service, food and fun vibe.
Cool place to meet and catch up with coworkers. ive had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. it has a great feel to it.
Good food and a nice selection of mead. The patio offers unobstructed views of Camelback Mountain!
Hpnestly great food and drinks. Love the mead there. And the crew is great as well!
Great burger and great service!
Great burger, good beer selection
Really great selection of taps. Burger was fantastic.
Lemon arcadia chicken pizza was honestly the best pizza Ive ever had!
Their burgers are so delicious. The place was clean and people were very nice. I can’t help but to notice that the portion size was smaller.
Favorite place in town by far. Super progressive and constantly changing tap list, very friendly ownership, management and staff that actually enjoy interacting with guests, and the best burger around (I recommend the Ivan with pepper jack). The views of Camelback are awesome, and fireplace such a nice touch in cooler months. The food and beer are reasonably priced, and happy hour is my prime time to go with awesome specials.
Harry was amazing, he really was amazing at making us feel like we were his only priority. Amazing suggestions for craft beers.
Nothing but nice things to say. Great food, great drinks, and beautiful place. Our server Jesse was the best ever.
One of my favorite spots! Burgers are amazing, beer is awesome!
Beautiful sunset view. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious.
Great patio to watch games.
Our visit to this establishment was absolutely amazing! In great part due to our waitress, Jessie! She made it an amazing experience right from the jump! Fish tacos were amazing, burger on a delicious pretzel bun and you MUST try the PB&J Mead beer!! Definitely going back!!
Had a wonderful experience! Sat at the bar and got a cheese platter. The new bartender was very knowledgeable and personable and made my experience that much more pleasant. The music got weird at one point, but she was on top of it and brought it back up. They sell their branded glasses and I managed to snag a couple for my collection. Will definitely add to my list of places to return to!
Nice list of beer and nice patio but the mood was immediately killed when they chose to sit a party of 14...
Good service, good food great views.
The burger was amazing, gotta love the pretzel bun and a great beer selection. Check out there daily deals. Wednesday was burger and beer combo and get $5 off. Friendly staff. Lose a star for charging for a brown mustard. Other than that the upstairs location is charming and unique.
This place was fun. Many unique beers on tap so there is a lot of opportunity to experiment with and sample new beer style for the adventurous aficionado. The food is also excellent and enjoyable. The wait staff are friendly and informative. We enjoyed our visit. It will definitely be on my list of visit again when I am back in Phoenix.
Great outdoor seating
We went for a long bike ride along the canal during the full moon. The moon was spectacular and we were starving so we rode over to The Attic, so we could grab a burger and watch the moon. My hubby and I are both vegan and there are two, count them two!, different veggie burgers on the menu. We ordered one of each and split them so we didnt have to choose. Glad we did, they both were delicious. Loved the in house black bean burger, its so flavorful. The Impossible tastes more like traditional burger, if thats your thing. We found the food five star, the prices were a little high, service was spot on. Didnt like being charged for Dijon mustard when Im paying $14/burger. We will be back!
The burger and unique beer on tap were fantastic and I would highly recommend. Unfortunately they were overshadowed by the incredibly slow and infrequent service that my table received. It wasnt packed at all, maybe half full and took nearly 25 minutes to receive our first orders of beer. A buddy of mine decided to put in another order for a drink as a just in case the service is slow and took 40 minutes to receive it. By which time we were still waiting for our food. Overall I would recommend Attic Ale House for the beer and food, but come prepared to wait.
This particular visit started out very poorly. We had 5 people and was told that we could not have a larger table that was available but huddle around a 4 top. Thankfully, the manager allowed us to sit at another larger table. Our server was great and we had a great evening.
Fernanda made our first experience here beyond AMAZING, she engaging conversation and recommended great food and drinks. The food was amazing and the drinks were on point. We will definitely be back! Thank you Fernanda for making it a memorable experience
Relaxed ambiance with sports, mead, and an amazing view of camelback mountain. Jerry and his staff take it to the next level.
The Attic is definitely one of my top 3 favorite burgers in Phoenix. I love how traditional they are with the burger itself letting the flavor of the patty be the shining star. Ive tried some of the specials and they are also great but The Ivan is where its at. My favorite part about the Attic though is that it doesnt just have one of the tastiest burgers, it also has an amazing environment and ambiance. Its on the second floor with some good views and nice natural light. The feeling is a very chill hangout vibe that strikes a great balance between a place to meet up with friends or a casual date night out. Their beer and wine list is always impressive and rotating and the servers are always very friendly. I really enjoy this place and wish there was one out East. The uniqueness of this place might make it challenging to replicate though. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a cool spot.
Super chill place. Great selection of local and nearby states Ale beers. A decent place to meet up with your friends or co workers. A mix of a rooftop bar and a five bar but with good beer.
A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. burgers, some of the best Ive had in the valley. Beer selection is outstanding as well. The burger was so big when it came out that I immediately asked for a doggy bag and placed half my order in it...I was still full at the end and the left overs were as good, if not better, than the original. The place is a little small and they pack in a lot of seats, so you might get randomly bumped into once or twice and the atmosphere is pretty loud. They have half indoor and half outdoor seating. If you drive there, be prepared to park off-site and walk to The Attic because the parking lot is extremely small.
Neat place with great service.
Good burger, great beer selection and my server was awesome.
So the food we for pick up to take home was good, though the prices they charged were more than what was posted on the menu on their website. The Bartender first said their prices went up due to inflation. Then he said their manager left on bad terms, and they dont have access to their own website! I dont appreciate paying more than what is posted, due to an internal issue within the restaurant if they truly dont have access to their website, they should not simultaneously raise prices. If I wanted to push, and speak to whatever manager is there now I likely could have argue the bill. But I was hungry, and overall the increase was like $5. It was not worth it to me. However, the blatant dishonesty with their posted pricing online, and lack of good customer service by raising prices when their website says otherwise will keep me from returning. Good luck staying in business Attic in this competitive restaurant market in Arcadia on Indian School..
Overall good vibe, great beer, and delicious food. Waiting for a seat wasnt too bad but the place was packed all night. Definitely check this place out!
Ive seen this place many times while driving around on Indian School and have always wanted to stop. It always looked like a cool spot to sit and eat and drink and it had been on my list for a while. The opportunity finally presented itself and I suggested to my friend we go there. I had heard great things from another friend and I was super excited. In their defense it was late when we arrived (like close to midnight), so the kitchen was closed which was a total bummer as I had heard great things about their food. But even more of a bummer was the quality of the drink I received. I ordered the prickly pear margarita and when it came to the table it was so watered down that you could barely detect a hint of sweetness from the prickly pear and no taste of tequila at all. Im so disappointed as I had really been looking forward to going there. Im going to chalk it up to the time we arrived and maybe try again another time, but its definitely not on the top of my list anymore. Im giving them 3 stars for atmosphere (because their setup with the patio is awesome) and the staff is friendly. The space is small so try to avoid it during busy times. If I rated it on what I received and value, it would have been a 1.
1/2 off bottles of wine, buy one get one pizzas on Tuesday, whats NOT to like?? Our bartender was friendly and fast! Beautiful view from the patio! Fireplace and lounge type seating too!
Best place for a beer and a burger in town. Period. Plenty of TVs for sports games. Great view of Camelback mountain. Best burger in town but all the food is great. Happy hour 3-6:30pm weekdays and food deals most days also, including 5$ off burger and beer Wednesday! Great rotating taps and wine and cocktails too. Actually taken a few dates here and they all really enjoyed the place.
Great views if you sit on the balcony. Really good variety of beers and mead.We came here because the burger was rated as one of the top 25 burgers in Phoenix on some website we found. It definitely wasnt. Both of the burgers we ordered had big chunks of bone in them, and mine had some sort of cartilage pieces in it. I mean, I like cartilage just as much as the next guy, but I didnt order bone and cartilage I ordered a hamburger.
Pass by all the time but first time going in. Glad I did. Wait staff was super friendly and welcoming. Didnt catch their names but the brunette server and server with black hair were super nice and fun to talk to. Had the chicken sliders, which were amazing. Then had the best most delicious cheesecake Ive ever had. Definitely would go here again and suggest it to others.
Huge selection! There were so many choices for drinks. Wines, bottled and 30+ beers on tap, and MEAD! Huge selection of Superstition Mead! The staff was super knowledgeable and helped me pair a drink perfectly with my food.
Legendary tap list and customer service to match. Oh, and did I mention the view?
Great food, excellent beer selection and awesome views when the weather allows outdoor seating.
Great beer choices, the pizza was excellent and really enjoyed the burger as well
Food basic. Good choice of beers
