Bought a used bike and asked them to make sure it was ready to ride. As soon as I sat on it the tire went flat. Also sold me a Pump that doesnt work so now I got to spend more money at another shop.

This place was 1/2 the cost of all the other places I have been to for tires, the prices cannot be beat, the service is friendly and I now refuse to go any where else. They only take cash but for the prices they offer it is worth it. I love this place! They dont have a business phone just come on in and see for yourself how awesome these guys are!

On an inexpensive bicycle, I had stripped pedal threads on an aluminum crank arm. They replaced the crank arm quickly and inexpensively with a used part -- just what the doctor ordered.

I have just visited Bicycle Repair Center. They were so knowledgeable, professional, kind, polite... I wish I could mark them 6 starts! They explained to me what is exactly wrong with my bike, repaired and checked everything for me. They also explained to me how to take care of the bicycles, etc. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

There is no phone number, but there are a few guys working hard Monday to Saturday, and taking care of all there customers at a good price. I made 3 visits, and had 2 bikes assembled, 3 tubes replaced, 6 tires I added the Kevlar lining to protect the tubes, and one brake job. Nothing but cool people taking care of your bikes with great service. Thank you

I stripped my Allen bolt to my handlebars and my handlebars were loose. I stopped by at the shop for the first time and Im a happy customer. They were able to replace both my Allen bolts and fix it for me. For a lot less than I expected to pay. It was only $8! 🙂

Left my rim 3 days ago and still havent heard from them..they need a number to call at least. They also need yo work or their customer service skills they can be rude but got reasonable prizes.

Hello the the owner took me in last min on a Friday he was just finishing up with a customer and Im sure was ready to get his weekend stated.. But he seem I was in desperate need I had a seriously bent rim broken spokes was in need of a tire as well.. on top of that he adjusted my handle bars which involved chopping some of them off I got new grips too.. well I just wanna say you got a customer as long as Im in AZ and trust I will advertise your shop every chance I get thank you.. BTW the Moto was stolen but I will be purchasing new wheels soon Im sure Ill need it tuned up..

Small, locally owned business are the best! Mark was a huge help. I had brought in an old bike that was lying around in my backyard for months. The repairs would’ve accumulated to more than what another, better conditioned bike. He was patient and explained everything in great detail for a novice bike rider such as myself. Finally!...a bike shop that provides solid repair at an incredible value. Be advised that Bicycle Repair Center is not your typical shop. They dont have big $$$ in dozens of new bike inventory hanging on racks in a pristine shop. Marc and his assistant provide great repair services. Could they order you a new bike? Probably. And they definitely have new parts available, but their forte is REPAIRS. Also, they always have an assortment of used bicycles for sale. A peddle came off and it was stripped so had tobget a new crank. They put in a used one and didnt even put it on right. A few days later I noticed it was paddling funny and on closer inspection I noticed the nut holding the crank on was about to come off. Had to finger tighten it since i was out and about. Well had to stop every few blocks to fix it. Debating if I want to go back nd have them fix it right like they should have done the first time.Update: just dropped to one star since the owner is trying to say it wasnt this shop and I promise it is!! You want this review taken down then own up to mistakes.

Third time I come here for a rear hub service. Owner is very lazy its half an hour before shop closes first time I got here at 5:14 he said he was closed to come back tomorrow I came back the following day his helper tells me its too late, well I came AGAIN. And the owner had the audacity to tell me he was closed when the business hours are CLEARLY written on the front of his door and online.I traveled from 35th avenue and baseline three separate times to only have this lazy POS tell me he was closed to bring it back some other time. I only recommend this bike shop to anybody bunch of lazy workers dont waste your time like I did.
