Seriously the most helpful bike shop and friendly staff. Broke my chainring on a shuttle ride on to 32nd street and the gentleman in the Oneup shirt that seemed to be the owner (not sure) took care of me quickly. Very helpful and offered a couple of options with no pressure to get my bike going. Will visit again next time I’m in town 🤟🏼🤟🏼

Im looking for wheels for my mountain bike, called multiple shops and all of them told me to come in person or we are out and dont know when we are getting any in stock .All of those calls felt rushed and with out interest .Called spokes at south mountain and they took the time to do some research and give me an estimate time of arrival for the wheels and all of my brand options, they stayed with me on the phone for about 20-30 minutes answering all of my questions.Cant beat that type of customer service !

Love going here and talking shop with Craig. These guys have an awesome little shop and theyre super accommodating with tasks I cant do at home (pressing bearings in hubs, etc.) Im pretty particular about who I let work on my stuff--these folks are in that group.

Thw owner and staff are friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They always give a fair deal and are flexible and willing to work with you.

If I could I would give them 10 ⭐s i have 4 children and when it comes down to their bikes none of them never no how or what happened to them. The staff there take pride in there work. Prices are super family friendly. I will always come back and show them my business.

I’m brand new in the MTB hobby. Ordered a YT Jeffsy 29 online. Factories were backed-up due to COVID-19. So, I couldn’t buy my bike from Spokes. But, the guys put together my bike for me and helped me set it up (suspension) in store. Craig, even put me on to a local trail in Laveen. It’s hard not to go into the store and talk to them all day. Gotta leave em alone, so they can finish the work on other customers’ bikes. That’s how good their customer service is. You guys rock!

Walked in looking for a tube for my mountain bike. I was helped immediately and the gentleman was very helpful. Great place for bike parts, especially when Wal-Mart doesnt have my tube.

Very nice shop with very knowledgeable staff. Nice having a local bike shop in South Phoenix. Dropped off a wheel to be trued in the afternoon and was called 2 hours later saying it was ready. They did a great job and over a month later it still riding true. Would definitely recommend.

Great shop. I have been in multiple times for simple and complex issues and Craig and the crew have always been most helpful. I also bought a 20 Trek Roscoe for my daughter and again they were great through the entire process. He pressed in my Fox fork lower seals today at no cost. He understands the concept of customer service. I think owe Craig a couple of bucks for everytime he says catch me next time!Highly recommend!

Great bike shop! I brought my used bike in for a new chain, and to have some other issues looked at. Dave was so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond, fixing my bike right then and there, providing top notch service and super helpful suggestions. I left with what felt like a brand new bike! 5 stars and will definitely be back.

Service with a smile. No waiting while installing new computer, removinging pie plate and tigjting all the spokes in rear wheel. Compared to a well known bike shop in Scottsdale who was supposed to do the work, charged me money and failed to lift a finger. They held my bike for 2 weeks and did none of the work. Not going back to that shop ever.

This bike shop is amazing !!! I came in with my old bike which was extremely dirty and needed some good TLC and when I went to pick it up it was as clean as can be. Dave is extremely knowledgable and super helpful. Pricing was great as well. Would recommend to anyone who loves to ride and wants to get a little knowledge at the same time, this is the place to go !!!

I love this bike shop! I grew up in South Phoenix and the closest bike repair growing up was REI which has since moved. I finally stopped into this shop after I bought an old bike from the Goodwill. Its a 1988 Murray 3 speed touring bike, a classic style. So far, theyve replaced a tube with a thorn resistant tube, my back brakes and performed a tune up. Ive also purchased a basket for the front bar. I really enjoyed my experience here and will be a regular, Im sure.

I took my bike in thinking it was going to need the rims straightened out and a whole tune-up. Someone also stole the nuts off my back wheel right off my porch. I found one laying in the grass but could not find the other. The nut was a specific Schwann size, so I could not replace it with any nut. I took my bike in, and the owner had a nut on hand that fit and matched the other nut perfectly. He also showed me that my rims were not bent, my axles were just loose. He tightened everything including my brakes. When I asked him how much it was, he did not charge me anything. I’ve heard other great things about this place and I highly recommend it if you are in need of bike repairs.

What a great experience. Was in market for a new bike, and owner Craig was great to work with. He asked a lot of questions about my riding level, where I ride, and what I wanted to get out of the bike. He showed me a number of options and did not pressure me. I walked out of there a very satisfied customer, and I’ll be back again and again.

I had my old mountain bike repaired and it works great now. They also have a nice selection of mountain bikes, road bikes, hybrids, and even kids bicycles. I will be back when Im ready to buy a new bike. Great service and very knowledgeable!

Ok, so check this out. My car was stolen on May 19, 2019 in broad daylight. Socked, I was, but I didnt let it get me down. Although my DL, EIN for my business, social security card, etc. were all in it. That Thursday when I got paid, I went and bought a bicycle. Rode it to the gym that Saturday. Someone stole my bike! Ok so what next? Went the next day and bought another bike took it by Spokes and they advised me that it would be a good idea to get it tuned up. Got the price, but I didnt have the funds. Went back the following week and was blessed beyond measure!!! Thank you to the young man and woman that worked on my bike! I am truly grateful for what you did!!!

The South Mountain community as been in need of a professional bike shop for years. I used to have to drive around the mountains to Awhtukee or central Phoenix to get my bicycle serviced. Now I only have to drive 15 min to get great service. The owner, Craige, is very knowledgeable and professional. I typically avoid letting anyone wrench on my bike but I trust these guys to do the job right and affordablely. I recommend Spokes at South Mountain to everyone.

I went in to get new tires. And the guy told me I needed new brakes. I also asked if he can clean up the bike. He said yes he could do that. When I go pick up my bike a week later I see the only thing he fixed were my tires. He charged me a lot of money for nothing. Ill never go back there again.
