I ordered a book for a class that would be going on to the hotel that the class was to be held. Icontractor.net did everything they were supposed to do to have the book reach the destination in time to be received for the class. For some reason Fed EX decided it wasnt important enough to deliver overnight as expected and Paid for! I was unable to get any help form FED EX (not surprising at all) so I contacted icontractor.net via FB since I could not get through via phone. Luckily I got Fernando to answer the message although the business itself was closed. I explained to Fernando how the book was needed as ordered and that because it was not delivered on the day expected, we would no be there to receive it, because we were checking out Sunday, the book was due Saturday morning and Fed Ex had it scheduled for delivery on Monday. Fernando, took care of if refunding the full amount of the book in addition to the shipping cost without penalty. Fernando also followed up with me to make sure that I in fact received my refund and made provisions for me to get free shipping when I reordered the book. Fernando was an absolute pleasure to work with, the customer service was above and beyond and I felt secure that everything would work out exactly as he said it would and it did.

Don’t waste your money with the online class, accidentally chose the wrong one now I’m out $300 bucks icontractor can’t give a refund a day later what a sham

They say that if u don’t do the class they will refund it it is all lay they will not it is a big scam don’t trust them
