If you dont speak English dont go here at least to use their payment program. I came to make a payment and she couldnt understand me but then they sold my boots charged me 20 percent of everything they claim that same lady left a voicemail who doesnt speak English. He claims she speaks English but each time I went I had to take someone to help because she didnt understand because she cant speak English so I lost 20 percent just to get some of my money back.. worst customer service ever. Will be reporting to better business bureau. So thankfully the guy who did help this day spoke English but that is the first day ever I went where someone spoke english although he claims she doesnt need to speak English in order to help but die to her not she couldnt understand to even say if product was in or to understand I needed to pay off but then they sale my product and charge me 20 percent just to get money back. Beware unless you speak English.

Someone very close to me went there recently(male) he walked in looked for a min the man said can I help he said no thankyou,just browsing turned around to walk out the door and the guy started to shut it,so he said are u shutting the door because of me and the guy said yes we dont want your typ e in here this person was wearing t shirt shorts and a hat and is in his 30s and was polite to the guy,,then the guy proceeded to lock the door saying we dont want your kind in hereuñ mind you this person is not black,arab or, Indian or Hispanic he is asian/white the owner of this store is hispanic,what this did was profiled this person,and played the raciest card and is a raciest
