Dressing rooms are open so I was able to find my actual pant size. Also the staff was helpful. I would have hoped they could have been more attentive as the dressing rooms had no signs nor any direction of how the procedure worked. Other than that, it was a great selection and information.

Great store with great staff, raúl and Joe were super helpful and they new the products they were selling. This store is super clean and they seem to have the whole stock line u der one roof, if yourelookingfor a tactical vest or a nice golf shirt they got you. The boots i boight are super comfortable. 5.11 is a great brand that is awesome both stylistly and for function. The pants have held up to mountains of abuse and keep on doing their job.

Went in there today just to exchange a shirt that didn’t fit and just had a great interaction with one of the employees there. You don’t receive genuine customer service anymore and today the gentlemen that helped me went above an beyond. These are the little gestures that keep customers coming back, for this been just my second purchase here and receiving that genuinely caring service will make me a customer for life. Thank you to the gentlemen that cared today not only for the customer in front of him but for the little boys face you made smile as well.

Dont bother going this place closes at 6pm seems like a bad way to make money. And if its near close theyll stop you at the door and kick you out because its 5 minutes till closing. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Staff was rude after waking in without a mask. I just spent the full day in the mall and other stores not having to wear one. Several other customers walked right back out after not having a mask as well. I wish there was women’s clothing in other stores like the men’s.

Went there to spend a couple hundred dollars in pants and a new bag, but because management is crazy about mask I walked right out and went to FX Tactical instead. Way better atmosphere and staff doesnt care if you had a mask on or not.

Great 5.11 selection and very knowledgeable staff! I have purchased range bags. molle gear pouches, as well as clothing from them and I have been satisfied every time. 5.11 products are not the cheapest but I am a big believer in the fact that quality costs a bit more and you will find it at 5.11 Tactical at Thomas and the 51 Fwy. in Phoenix.

Not since L.L Bean has so much quality been assembled in one place. What a pleasant surprise next door to three discount type stores that do a very above average job in their area of discount quality. But for that one special gift 5.11 Tac.. is a lesson in quality. What a find is exactly what I said when walking into this store. It holds the top setting the bar for quality as what five stars means.

Sad, I loved this product and quality (allbeit, it was overpriced but I didnt mind paying extra for a business that I thought supported things like personal and individual freedoms, our constitution, God given rights) NO.... they are on board with ideology of you must wear your mask, bow the knee to the government, and shut-up. Mind you, this is after lord Ducey removed the mandate. 5.11 will never recieve my money again, and would suggest that you do the same.

A great store featuring tactical gear for enforcement personal, along with carring rugged boots and clothing. Didnt but anything but instead looked around to explore the store. The staff were friendly and I found an awesome vest with a tactical foxer on it.

I love 511 Day always have everything I need they had a case that I could use for my stun gun and I couldnt find one anywhere also the boots they sold me are so comfortable and I like that it had a pocket built in for my boot knife

Very friendly service. Wish 5.11 would carry more shirts that represent the state/city they are in or near. Selection is scarce and I like to collect them from any 5.11 store I visit throughout the US. This store does have a lot of items to choose from. If it wasn’t for the 5.11 sign I saw from the highway I wouldn’t have known it was there.

Took in a pair of boots that had partially failed to hold together as expected. Came in expecting to drop money on a whole new pair, but Joseph took great care of me, worked in the warranty exchange even though I had lost the receipt. The store has a great selection overall; I still cant walk out without dropping some cash. In the end I got the boots, and a new belt and pants while I was at it.Thanks guys for taking care of the industry, and the men and women in it!

Fantastic clothing and accessories for law enforcement and hunting. The quality of the products is superb. Shirts have lasted a decade. $60 for a pair of shorts seems high but they will last years of hard wear.

Tons of selection for clothes, bags, and tactical gear and the staff were very helpful. 5.11 makes some of the best bags money can buy. If you are looking for a good backpack that will never fall apart, check out the Rush 24 hour bag. They make a smaller one called the 12 hour bag as well as larger ones (48 & 72 hour bags). Ive had the 24 hour bag since 2012 and use it all the time and the stitching & zippers are barely even showing any signs of wear.

I stopped in here with a coworker to check out some of the 5.11 brand jeans. We were really impressed with the quality of their bags. Joe was very friendly and showed us around the store and we really got to know the brand. I think 5.11 would make for good motorcycle riding gear.

Incredibly rude employees. I asked for gloves and any brand recommendations and the person who helped me didnt know any brands of reliability and even said I should order off Amazon.Its not good for business when your own employee refers me to amazon.And its especially bad when your supposed manager wont even give me the respect of looking me in the eyes and instead when I went to him for help.Simply said yeah that happens sometimes.No wonder this place has a police officer postedthere outside most of the time. Hes probably there to keep people from hurting these ignorant and rude store attendants who think theyre in the military with how they recommend product. I dont plan on going to war when I go out so please stop trying to convince to buy plate carriers and helmets.

I came in looking for some durable khaki pants for work, not really knowing all the finer details of what is offered out there. Joe the manager was super cool, helpful, and assisted me in picking out a couple different pairs of pants for work. I wore the first pair today in 114degree heat. They were strong, breathable, durable, and professional-looking. (I had many compliments from coworkers on the pants) Many thanks to Joe the super helpful manager at 5.11, he made this a super rewarding and super easy purchace. For the record, i HATE shopping for clothes, and this was a grea experience. Im definitely returning to this location.

Love the store, we need more. Price is high. I buy the purses which are the best quality I have ever had. Worth every penny. I destroy coach purses within a year and these 5.11 purses Ive had going on 3 years they still look brand new. The conceal but dont look like they conceal which is the point. Pants are amazing. Place is cool but crazy expensive...I saved up for a month to buy 2 pairs of pants on the first day of there black friday sale. Somehow the were out of the free stocking if u spend so much, and yet I was there w in the first hour of them opening. Apparently they gave them out prior to the sale. Kinda bummed when u save for something and was hoping for the little extra that wasnt there😩

I came in because I had some issues with my boots causing chafing. Joe helped me diagnose the problem and warranteed them on the spot for a fresh pair. Excellent customer service, great staff. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

They have a good selection of apparel and bags here with tactical uses (meaning its designed for people carrying firearms in one way or another). Everything is solidly built and looks high quality. The clothing is nice, though it is a bit too off-duty cop/former military for me (being neither of those things). The bags look sensible though for outdoor activities.Anyway, the store was clean and the staff was helpful. Felt like a clothing store, because thats basically what it is. No guns on sale, contrary to what the name might imply.

Fantastic service. Came in looking for pants for my wife. She didn’t find what she wanted. She tried on every pant, like twice. Nothing but smiles and help from the guys at 5.11.I bought a few pairs for myself.Came back five hours later after a day at the mall. Wife tried in multiple pairs again and picked some up. The Who,e time the guys were nothing but awesome. Fantastic customer service.

Love shopping for 5.11 gear. Im a military Veteran and love the gear but the store did NOT offer a military discount. Which was ok but the customer service was terrible! I will not return here. I would rather buy it online than to shop here. For the store manager, I recommend you hire motivated employees, that arent disrespectful and are knowledgeable on what they are selling. This was a horrible experience and I will not recommend anyone coming to this store.

This is my fourth visit, I believe. I bought like four pair of pants and a shirt from there. The employers there are awesome and I definitely will go back for the future being. They are also hiring too if anyone need a job. Check the place out and you wont be disappointed.

I went there specifically for tactical-type pants. I wanted something rugged, practical and multiple pockets.Most of the womens pants were sized for Tall, and a few for Regular. There were none available for Short, despite the shelf markings.The cashier told me that the store didnt even carry Short pants for women, they recommended that I order from the website.Why, why, why cant retailers sell them by inseam length like mens pants? Its such a sensible system.

Very big store and huge selection. Prices can be a little steep but they frequently have sales. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would check this store first before going anywhere else for 5.11 products.

I got there a little before 11am lady was cleaning the door glass, I tried to open the door, she kindly pointed to the hours clearly printed on the door they didnt open till 11 hung out in my truck till 11, went back in was greeted by the 3 employees. I walked straight back to the bags was trying to decide between the rush 12, and 24 as I already have the 72, and 6 (I think its the 6 single strap) one of the employees asked if I needed help I told him my predicament he laughed and let me to my decision making.All in all I enjoy going to 5.11 weather its to actually spend money or just gather ideas about new equipment that I may never need but could find a use for if I bought it.

Ive been buying from them for years, and Ive always been happy with it. The store has a lot of what you can find on line, although not all of it. Its nice to see if something gotta right before you buy it, but dam is it expensive.I have to believe that the stores overhead cost jacks up the prices, but at that point, its just easier to buy on line. That way I dont have to spend a trip out there to see if they have what I want on sale.

With a store in town (Phoenix) I no longer have to deal with the less than stellar customer service for internet orders. Store customer service on the other hand is world-class. Dylan in particular took the extra steps to assure a wonderful customer experience. Highly recommended store.
