Awesome experience. My BF needed to buy his first pair of boots for his sisters wedding. Problem is he has a size 14 W foot. We tried to find a pair at “another boot store” in town and the “service” and selection were lacking, big time. Maybe 3 pairs his size. Decided to hit Cowtown and was blown away by the size and selection of the store. Gary was awesome, answered all of our dumb questions and got my BF in a boot, a size smaller, that actually fit him. Skip BB and hit the Cowtown Outlet.Would have been 5 stars but the Woman’s clothing section is lame and BB wins that race unfortunately…

This is one of the best western wear clothing stores I’ve seen. They have a huge selection of everything western/cowboy related. They also have great work boots. Which is the main reason I go here. The staff is very helpful and the location is easy to get to. I will be coming here for many years to come.

Got our bootSSS, cowboy hats, belt and practically the whole outfit from this lil gem. The staff is AMAZINGLY NICE and SUPER HELPFUL! Although its a bit spendy, you can see that youre really getting quality made products thatll last you forever as long as you do the care instructions that the nice cashier imparts at the end of the transaction.

Have had the most difficult time finding a good fitting straw hat and this place was amazing. Very knowledgeable staff and very customer oriented. Got everything I needed and will definitely be back to buy more

I purchased the brand name Cowtown boots and the soles have fallen off the boots twice. They fell off the first time in less than three months and they wont return my money. They said they would only repair them. So they glued them back on. Now theyve fallen off again and when I took them in they said, my 1 year warranty ended after that first repair. So they wont repair them this time! They dont stand behind their boots even after they repaired then the first time.

Great selection, American made boots. However Ill give them a 3 star solely because they do not support veterans, as I was told they do not offer a veteran discount. I was a little disappointed in all American business not having a discount for veterans, even a store like the vans store support veterans.

Wow! Living in Utah I thought Id seen it all when it comes to cowboy wear. I was wrong! This was the biggest boot store Id ever been to. It was cool because they had cheap boots and super expensive ones. It was fun wandering around and checking them out even though I was not even the one buying the boots. I still had fun just moseying around the store. Of course I had to get pictures of the aisles of endless boots, so I had my 65 boyfriend reach up to get a good shot.

I really like cowtown, not cause they are any cheaper than the competition nor do they rub your feet when you buy a pair of boots (haha)... But, they remind me of the old mom and pops stores... Little bit of everything and even though I walked in at 2min. To closing time... Everyone was still pleasant no yelling at me or anything.... Unlike the other guys... I would like to see them survive through all this cause they are good people with good product for a good price... No gimmicks... Like... Buy the first pair for dbl. The price get the second pair half off... Huh...??? Lol

A clearance center with a lot of stock in real sizes. Walked out with a lot of great gifts!

I had little to no understanding about measuring and fitting for boots. Gary took me under his wing and walked me through every step. Not to mention you get a 25% off belt with the purchase of a pair of boots! It was a harmless process from beginning to end. Massive boot selections too!

Cant find boots in stock in Kansas/ Missouri area, they want to sell you Ariats( a terrible boot) or to buy on line, boots need to fit. This is the second pair of boots I have bought here, every vacation, I am sure I will be buying another pair in two years, people are friendly and boot stock is enormous

We took an old cowboy hat in to have it reshaped. It had been buried in our closet for years. Ethan did a fantastic job, the hat looks brand new!! Would highly recommend taking any hat needs to Ethan, he likes a challenge :)

Love the selection of boots here. I was at Boot Barn and they don’t have a quarter the selection of boots. I bought a pair of Tall Top Twisted X boots which had a factory defect barely noticeable for $99. These normally would have costed $225. Also a great place to buy Wrangler jeans. A huge selection of 13 MWZs at good prices. I’ve been here a few times and never leave empty handed. When you buy a pair of boots the belts are 25 percent off, too.

Hat selection is great! Boots selection is pretty good.Womens clothing selection is low. Many more mens clothing to choose from. Prices are average. Not rock bottom, but good. Fairly typical factory outlet store.

Great place affordable not a huge franchise store which works good for me I like the people the stuff they have. Been going there my whole life and Im glad they havent gone out of business like a lot of other people . My buddy has big feet and hard to find boots for him and cowtown is only people who would order him a unique pair of boots and for my wife real pretty boots good place to order from

Shopped at Thunderbird Cowtown boots..WEDNESDAY 26 May around 11 am, bought some boots. Found when i got home they charged a higher price than the price tag.. I called a couple of times but they do not answer phones but left message. No call back yesterday nor most of thursday, tried calling again thurs afternoon, no answer...they do not seem to care about customers. Have they changed ownership? Have been shopping their for almost 20 years.

Excellent boots at the best prices. I purchased at least 30 pairs of boots there over the last 30 years. Accommodating service and the one time there was a problem with my boots not living up to expectations they paid to have them fixed at a shoe repair shop.

Not sure how this establishment has received a 4.4 review. The selection of boots, which they have have aisles and aisles of, never seem to move. Meaning the selection of boots look old as if they have been on the shelves for years. Limited selection in my opnion. Service sucks. Rude. Boot Barn is much better.

Cowtown Boots i-17 and Thunderbird pretty much of a joke went in there to find some boots for my two-year-old grandson very small selection fixing to be a large number of employees just walking around and doing whatever we probably stood in the childrens section 15 or 20 minutes now one employee came over to check on us finally my daughter went over and asked someone to help us when they came over basically all they said was what you see on the shelves is what we have in stock pretty much nothing in stock and everything they have is overpriced

I was in there today to buy a new hat for competition. I havent bought a new hat in 20 years so I was walking around trying to figure out the best size, shape, etc. The older gentleman who either works there or owns it jumped right in to help me. He looked all throughout the store to get me the right hat and then even provided a discount at the register. Ill definitely be back.

Good selection of top name Western wear and styles. Good customer service. It would be nice if there were an employee or two back where all of the merchandise is to answer any questions, so that you dont have to go clear to the front of the store to ask your questions. Two employees in that big of a store is not enough.

Dana was amazing. She helped me and a friend find the boots that we needed and that worked for us. We spent about 45 minutes with her alone. She offered great customer service which is so hard to find these days. Stephanie was also awesome. She was patient, polite and courteous during the checkout process. She helped us find scarves that matched perfectly with our boots. Victor also offered great customer service a seeing all our questions about the sale prices. I had an awesome experience at this location. I live an hour away big I will be back. They all deserve raises for the customer service experience alone. Thank you guys.

They have a lot of Western wear to choose from. We bought outfits for our two grandchildren for Christmas and on one pair of boots the top was pealing off after the first time he wore it. I took it back and they exchanged it for a new better pair no questions asked. The manager was very polite and helpful.

Love this store. They have everything you can possibly want at fair prices. We bought boots for myself and had a great salesman, Gary who was more than helpful.We had to return something and the young man who was the store manager satisfied the return. It is my go to for Western wear.
