Kristi, the owner, is awesome! As a new rider, she was so helpful and patient as I tried on helmets. She also educated me on the different styles and safety features of each one. Will definitely be buying here and not at a dealership! Thanks Kristi and Joann!

Since the new owners Kristi and Cindy bought the business in October 2014, the inventory has quadrupled!!!! This place is amazing. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff. This place is a lot of fun to visit and shop. I definitely recommend everyone to see for themselves. I promise you wont be disappointed!!!!

Renegade Classics is a great shop. Kelly, the owner, helped me create patches for my hockey team and she did a fantastic job. I couldnt believe the price, as it was cheaper for me to have custom patches made here than to buy a cheap patch online that wasnt custom made with our logo. I would go back here in a heartbeat for any embroidery or patch work and will recommend this to anyone.

Went in on a Saturday and the owner of the store was the one to assist me. She was friendly, helpful and offered me a free water. She was knowledgeable about the boots I purchased and their quality/durability. Definitely will stop here again.

Just arrived at 5:50pm was needing to get a rain suit and a pair of boots. Seen the person lock up and leave. When the hrs posted say that they close at 6pm? I know she seen me pull in. This is seriously disappointing. I had to drive for 30 min to get here. I guess they dont really care about keeping any customers. I was going to be spending a couple hundred dollars. So since they dont care I guess I wont care. Not going to come here again if I can help it. Totally just wasted over am an hour of my time. Because now all I get to do is drive home empty handed...

Since taking over this business from Kelly,Kristi had added more inventory not to mention a wider variety. Regardless of whether you are shopping for something or just stop in for a free drink and a chat the atmosphere is always friendly and inviting. I have never seen the store dirty out unkempt. Matter of fact the lady time I was in the landlord was repairing loose tile. I will continue to shop here due to a variety of reasons, but the single most reason is the treatment of veterans. They have made patches for my family theyve made my daughters Road name patch they remember my family pretty much by name when we go in there all the time we used to go there once a week almost. And they also carry the Bikers Against dumb drivers shirts which is always a good thing

Would be nice if they posted their summer hours online so one didnt drive down to this location just to find out they were closed. Never spending another $ here, I will go out of my way just to tell people not to go here, since they obviously dont care about the blue collar boys that actually have jobs to tend to and cant make it here between 10am and 2 pm

Cant be bothered to complete items in the timeframe that they said that they would be completed in.Twice, I have brought small custom patch work for them to do. Both times, I asked them what time-frame they could have them completed in. I didnt dictate the time to them, they told me when they could have them completed. Both times, not only did they miss the deadline that they gave me *BOTH TIMES*, they also didnt reach out to contact me about it. I had to contact them.This is completely unacceptable. When the previous owners (Jules and John) made commitments, they stuck to them. They were also great at reaching out to customers in the event that communication was needed.Renegade Classics needs to step up their game. Working on biker time doesnt cut it when youre a business making money from people.

Bought a helmet one day tried to exchange next day and they refused to exchange for different size despite the receipt stating return policy of7 days. Policy of no returns on helmets and footwear covered by display at front register....how convenient! Wont be back.

Hadnt been in for a about 6 months and needed some gloves, store looks run down and dirty, half empty shelves, etc. They wont be around long now, sad, it use to be my favorite place to shop when they opened years back.Bikers make bad business owners, as I walked around some chick was on the phone making plans for the weekend.

For the last year and a half to two years I have been going to the Renegade Classics here in the valley. At first just to grab a pare of leather gloves. That is when I released that this Renegade Classics was not like the one next to Camp Pendelton CA. Kristi and her staff will take the time to ensure you know about the product and how to take care of them. Every thing from leather treatment to ring cleaning and helmet visor storing. The big thing that you will notice as you walk through the store is the quality. The leather jackets, vests, and chaps as well as well as the helmets are superior to what you will find at other locations.Then there is the patch sowing. This is another area where Renegade Classics sets them selfs apart from the rest. Most places you go to will put a patch where you want it and you will lose half your pockets in the process. At Renegades they will take the time to ask you questions and insure that your vest is functional after all the patches are sown on. Then you add to that the custom work that Renegades can and will do just to make sure your vest is unique. Most people I have met who have this level of customization to a letter vest done have a family member doing it and about 6 months to a year before it is finished. Renegade Classics is significantly less time then that and a much higher caliber.Renegade Classics is also the place to go to get custom patches made. They take the time to ensure all the details are where you want them. The amount of time and energy that is given to each and every set of custom patches is amazing. wether it be a full back patch to just a simple name tab Renegade Classics goes over them top to bottom and insures that you are happy with your purchase.

Very nice and for me a very large biker shop. You can find clothes, stickers, pins, patches, protection, more or less everything. Embroidering the habit is also on offer here.
