Alli is an expert who picked out the perfect dress for my figure and wedding location (beach). She was personable, professional and did not pressure me at all. We were able to stay within my price range while choosing a gorgeous dress at a discounted price. I highly recommend this bridal shop. The staff, dresses, atmosphere and prices make for an incredible experience. I was so surprised by how easy they made the dress shopping process! This was the first and last place on my dress shopping list and I’m so happy I chose them. My stylist was incredibly attentive, patient and really understood what I was looking for. She didn’t make me try on anything outside of budget or the style we were going for and was the best support! Not to mention the dress was incredibly affordable and exactly what I had pictured. The amount of diverse dresses at a bargain was unbelievable. Highly recommend them:)

TLDR: great prices, employees, atmosphere, and convenient!I went here with my SIL really just to try stuff on before I bought one of the dresses I found online. The place was clean and cute and all the employees were so friendly and genuinely nice. Allie helped us out and was SO SWEET and helpful and was so great with making sure we were comfortable and just overall having a great time and went above and beyond to help me find something unique and to picture myself feeling beautiful on my wedding day. I ended up being surprised by some of the more unique dresses that were much more affordable than I expected and brought one home that day! My experience here was beyond outstanding. I highly recommend purchasing your wedding dress at brilliant bridal! I purchased my dress in May 2021, it was a little small but I had planned to loose weight and have the alterations adjusted. Months after purchasing it I found out from multiple seamstresses that there wasn’t enough fabric to let out. I also found some missing beads on it and just had a change of heart on the dress style overall. I was stressed to the max thinking I’d have to buy a second dress! These amazing ladies not only let me exchange the dress for a different one, but really truly cared about my happiness and comfort. They were so understanding and sweet about my situation and treated me like a princess. I love my new dress and so thankful for the women here!! Thank you Kalie & Allie!!

This place was amazing! I was apart of the entourage for a bride that found her dress here. Jennica was our consultant and was amazing at making the bride feel happy and comfortable. They provided the bride an amazing experience through lighting changes to even playing her song and mimicking walking down the aisle. There was also a language barrier between the consultants and the bride and they still seamlessly created a comforting ambiance. Amazing staff, I definitely recommend coming here it was better than other place we had gone!

Megan at Brilliant Bridal was absolutely phenomenal. We went in not expecting to find the right dress because this was the first appointment. After I picked out 4-5 dresses with no luck, Megan took me completely out of the comfort zone. I tried on two dresses of her choice and fell absolutely in love. She was so sweet and paid close attention to the details of each dress I wanted to find me the dress of my dreams. 11/10 would recommend Brilliant Bridal to anyone. My dress is perfect, under budget, and I felt like a queen.

I have to say for this being my first time trying on any dresses, Kalie made the experience very stress free. My wedding is in a month and I was having major anxiety that I had not found a dress yet, nor did I know what I really wanted. But Kalie was super helpful, I showed her my Pinterest board and we went from there. After trying on only two dresses I ended up finding my dress. Yesterday i found my dress! You find your dress and take it home which helps with the stress of ordering. I loved that I got to try on dresses in my size! That really helped to boost my confidence. My consultant was Alli/Ally, and she was so much fun and sweet. I adored her and she made my shopping experience so meaningful and exciting. She helped me narrow it down when I had three dresses I loved and who knew the veil made the moment?? (I didn’t but I do now!) Thank you!!

Amazing service! My friend (the bride) was planning a last min wedding in a week so we ofcourse needed to find her dream dress in a weeks time, Im so glad that we came across this place because they made time for us and were so helpful and amazing every step of the way. On a scale from 1-10 I would rate them a 12

The only reason I gave 4/5 its that I was informed I could only have 4-5 individuals total to join (including myself) on a weekend visit during precautions, (totally understandable) however when I arrived there was an extra chair. My mom, because she went with me individually a few weeks prior bowed out to give others a chance, I wasnt worried cause I figured there would be other opportunities, however, I found my dress and missed my mom being there for that moment :-( Also, I was not aware I had 90 minutes, tried to hurry in 60 minutes. Felt rushed did not get to be educated on the bustle.. or receive resources on tailoring.

Even 2 months later I’m still SO impressed with the customer service we received from Kalie and Brilliant Bridal staff in general.Kalie was personable, efficient, and dedicated. I originally thought buying a wedding dress was such an overwhelming big choice and being an indecisive person does not help with that! However, Kalie gave such helpful and thoughtful tips on what to think about when trying on dresses. She also learned my style quickly and likes and dislikes and went with it.I also wanted to share I thought the price point and the quality of all the dresses were so impressive as well!Would highly recommend Brilliant Bridal for anyone who wants a special and cost effective dress experience!

My sister tried on several dresses here and Jenika was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and responsive, and went out of her way to let us see different lighting and modifications to each gown. I found my dress on Labor Day here at Brilliant Bridal. I can’t say enough good things about Sheala. I went to 2 other stores before and none of them gave me the experience Sheala gave me! She was so interested in what I wanted, she listened and explained where to look for dresses in the store according to the budget I gave her. When it was time to try them on, OMG she went above and beyond she took pictures of me from the front and the back. Then she pulled 5 different belts and veils. She carefully placed an accessory in my hair. If I could give her more stars I would. Amazing job!

Brilliant Bridal was a great place for me to purchase my wedding dress. They worked with me during COVID to help keep my bridesmaids and family safe while still being able to include them. They put me in so many dresses and were so encouraging and patient the entire time. The place is clean, affordable, and has so many options. I left with a dress I wasnt actually too in love with, but the girls helped me imagine what it could be and pointed me to an incredible tailor. It ended up being a perfect dream on my wedding day and Im so grateful for their creativity and direction!

It was my first fitting and I ended up buying the second gown I tried on.Emily was so helpful, motivating, and informative. I wasn’t able to have anyone with me because I’m not from Phoenix. Kalie and Megan!!! Truly the most amazing experience. I felt so at-home with these ladies. Everyone in the shop hyped me up when I found a great dress, but never, EVER made me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. Their priority was my happiness. I said yes to the dress at Brilliant Bridal with the help from SHAYLA!! She was amazing! It only took three dress pulls and the third one was the charm! She even helped perfectly match a hair piece a long with the veil. Shayla was definitely not just any sales rep, you can tell she genuinely cared about what my wants and needs were in picking my dress. Initially, I dreaded dress shopping because of how foreign wearing dresses is for me. I thought it would take me entirely out of my element. I was also questioning buying a wedding dress during the pandemic.Honestly, it was not as bad as I had imagined it to be.I found a dress rather quickly, but after visiting with the alteration specialist, I learned the dress could not be altered the way that we had imagined. Kalie was my Bridal Consultant and she was AMAZING and WONDERFUL!! AND she knows her stuff, for sure!! I had found two other dresses from other shops and one was my dream dress, but I decided to change my budget some. No judgment, but I wanted to be more practical and conservative on costs. Brilliant Bridal was my 4th shop total and I was done trying on dresses and burnt out. I expressed all of that truthfully to Kalie. She was patient, attentive, and kind. She asked a few questions. Then, she said: No worries, I got you girl, no problem. AND BOY did she EVER!!! She picked quickly a few dresses off the rack that she felt I would like. She asked me about one I hadnt thought about. When I saw the back of the dress, I knew it was mine! She FOUND my dress in less than 15 minutes!! To add to it, it was the BEST deal EVER! I prayed for help with dress and pricing from the beginning and I found EXACTLY what I needed and wanted for an EXCEPTIONAL deal!! Plus they send you a packet via email with so many helpful tips, especially what to do with your dress AFTER the wedding. I discovered a wonderful exciting thing to do with my dress that I had NEVER heard mentioned by anyone. No money wasted! I was so impressed with them! All the women there were amazing in how they treated me, they really were, super sweet and nice. BUT Kalie is the ONE, go see her!! I had an appointment to try on bridal dresses with Alli at Brilliant Bridal. I did not have high expectations after a previous experience at Davids Bridal, and I was not excited because I didnt think a dress really mattered that much to me. From the moment I walked in every single person made me feel welcome and important. Alli asked the right questions, listened to what I had to say, and never, ever made me feel rushed. She must have brought me at least 15 dresses and was beyond patient as I indicated something I didnt like about each. After two hours she finally had me try just one more dress and I absolutely loved it. I ended up leaving without purchasing the dress that I loved because I wanted to think about it. Alli never made me feel pressured, and I returned for it just an hour later! I highly recommend Brilliant Bridal and Alli. Even if you dont find the dress of your dreams (or the dress you never knew you dreamed of) the experience alone is so worthwhile.

Originally, I didnt have many expectations on what my experience would be going wedding dress shopping. I had already tried on dresses prior to this and pretty much the only beneficial part of those was that I figured out what I did not want in a dress. So, I didnt have much hope of finding my dream wedding dress but Brilliant Bridal and their AMAZING stylist Sheala far surpassed all expectations! Right from the start she was so welcoming and she truly made me feel like the most important thing was me feeling confident, beautiful, and happy in a dress instead of trying to push me to buy something I maybe wasnt truly happy in. Not only did she listen to all the different components that I said I wanted in a dress (that I wasnt sure even existed together) and help me find exactly that in the first dress I tried on, but she also found THE perfect veil that seemed like it was an extension of the dress itself. When it is all said and done, I highly recommend Brilliant Bridal and their amazing stylists who truly make you feel welcomed and beautiful; I am so thankful I found them and was able to find the perfect dress and veil for my special day.

I worked with Emily this last weekend and she helped me find the perfect dress! I had never tried wedding dresses on before and I felt a little awkward at first, but Emily made me feel so comfortable! Once I showed Emily a couple of pictures she keyed in on what I was looking for and was able to pick out several dresses that fit my style. I ended up putting my dress on hold and going back the next day to pick it up. When I went back the next day, I was greeted by a different set of women, but they were just as warm and welcoming as Emily and the crew from the day before. 5 stars does not do this place justice! I had the most easy and stress-free experience picking out my wedding dress. I worked with Sadie and she was so loving and patient with me. She listens to your needs and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. I really liked how they taking COVID precautions and making sure everyone is being safe. Again, I would definitely recommend working with Sadie! She is the sweetest. I purchased my 9th dress I tried on and I am so utterly excited for my wedding.

They have beautiful dresses in all sizes. Janey was a great help! The dresses are off the rack and one of a kind so that is pretty cool. They also offer a down payment then 8 weeks are given to pay off the rest.

I had a wedding dress crisis and was so stressed about not having a dress just a couple of months before my wedding (long story). I needed a place where I could buy something off the rack and have fitted easily. I didnt realize that it would still be such a nice experience! Sara made me feel comfortable and heard. She respected my budget and was so attentive, kind, and personable. The store is well-appointed and has a relaxed atmosphere. They suggested a wonderful person close to where I live that could do the fitting. I cant stop singing the praises of Sara and Brilliant Bridal.

Megan was such a blessing! We came upon this place from an impromtu visit, just walked in and didnt know what to expect.Megan still fit us in even though we were a walk in on a Sunday + we had so much fun! I had the best experience at this place. I was in crunch time (major dress regret for a piece I ordered) and was only 2 months away from my wedding. The girls here listened to what I liked, but go figure, the dress they wanted me to try on that wasn’t really what I was originally planning on wearing style-wise was the dress I fell in love with. It fits like a glove and needs no alterations. The staff were so sweet and excited for me and genuinely wanted to help me find a dress that I was in love with, which was the exact opposite experience of what I’d had at another bridal shop earlier in the day. They even stayed open an extra 30 minutes late for me since I had traveled several hours, as I’d left my card at the restaurant where we ate lunch and had to go get it in order to pay for my dress. I honestly could not say enough good things about this shop and I recommend it to everyone looking for a dress.

We went to a number of Bridal shops and we fell in love with Brilliant Bridal. They were sensitive to budget and also listened to my daughters likes and dislikes. As she was trying on dresses we all picked out for her she would say what she liked but they werent quite right and after trying on the last one with no real pop the consultant said I think I have just the right dress. And WOW! did she ever. It fit like a glove and my daughter fell in love. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a dress to make it their first stop.

I had such an enjoyable, special experience finding my wedding dress here.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience at Brilliant Bridal. Jennica was my consultant and she was awesome. It was my first time trying on dresses and she really helped me figure out what I liked (and didn’t like). She was never pushy, which is always a fear I have about shopping. Although I didn’t find my dress there, I’m so glad that I went and I highly recommend them. They have beautiful affordable dresses!

Honestly for a first bride who has so much pressure on. They were all spot on. Friendly, yet professional. They were accommodating made me laugh I felt like I was surrounded by my friends. I worked with Alli she was an angel. So nice and has a great head on her shoulders. Thank you Alli for being the bright spot on my day. After tons of searching for the perfect dress for my daughter - we were getting pretty discouraged. Then we found brilliant bridal. Tracy and all the girls were wonderful and the dress selection was the best I’ve seen (literally went everywhere else). Tracy made the experience fun and memorable and I can’t thank her enough!!

I made an appointment online which was very easy. As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me. My dress consultant Mary was more than I could have imagined and was so awesome! she was very patient with me and allowed me to try every style of dress and on top of that she helped me find a dress that I loved in my price range. I would recommend going here brides to be! it was the first shop I went to and found what I wanted :)

Ally did an amazing job!! She made my sister feel so special and spent time with her. The best thing is that they have one consultant per bride which is not like David’s Bridal (which was horrible). She was so fun and energetic which allowed us to really enjoy this time! Amazing place.

When I was deciding where to get my wedding dress I did some research, I saw that Brilliant Bridal had very good reviews. I am beyond grateful that I piked this place on my first try. I was able to get the most amazing stylist named Allie! I would recommend her to anyone! She was beyond amazing! So friendly, knowledgable and she even picked out the dress that I bought. She made me feel beyond special and beautiful. If you are looking for a bridal shop that will give you an amazing experience I would 1000% recommend Brilliant Bridal!

Amazing place, amazing staff! Great selection of dresses that are amazing prices lol. I came here after finding a beautiful dress with a very high price tag that I was iffy on committing to. I tried on other dresses, but fell in love with the very first one. Which was waaaay under the price of the dress that i had originally been thinking of buying..they were super helpful with accessories and veil choices. Definitely a place to check out if you want to find a special dress.

Absolutely loved this place! All the gowns are unique and you will never see the same type of more than once unlike all the other places. All the ladies there are super friendly and awesome to work with! After trying on multiple dresses I had my stylist JENNICA pull a randon and OH MY GOD she did it!! It was EXACTLY like what I wanted! I came in with my mom to look at dresses and every staff member was so friendly and happy, it made for a very positive experience. I walked in with very little idea of what I wanted and my consultant, Jennica, was super helpful in suggesting things I might like and encouraging me to try different silhouettes. The whole staff was very friendly. But my stylist, Kalie, really went above and beyond. She heard my wants and needs and provided great guidance! The manager, Darla, was just as supportive and helpful. This was my first day dress shopping anywhere and I found the dress I loved in the same day!

This is the place to get a wedding gown! Awesome help with selection and trying on. Beautiful dresses in all styles. You buy off the rack, so you get to take your dress home. Prices are good. They have referrals for alterations. Fun experience and a very happy bride, which makes mom happy too!

Never in my life have I experienced feeling so special and beautiful and I was a walk in. The representative that helped me, I think her name was Kaylee, was the kindest and most outgoing. I was expecting to just walk in and ask a few questions, I was able to try on four dresses. There was a small fan in the dressing room, everything was so cute and stylish. I was so shocked that they carried dresses up to a size 30. Initially I felt insecure about changing into the dress with the help of Kaylee but she was super nice and professional, absolutely encouraging. When I finally found the dress that was made for me everyone in the shop made me feel like so great about myself. this was the most stressful part about wedding planning for me. THANK YOU for making it so special and simple.

Though I did not end up purchasing my dress through brilliant bridal I felt their great service warranted a review. They were the first of four shops to call and confirm my appointment (a week before) and also sent a reminder text two days out. Marisa was my consultant—she was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in my likes and dislikes as far as dress styles go. She and another associate pulled several dresses for me, a couple I really enjoyed. They were very professional and their prices were incredible!

Came in, instantly felt comfortable. Told them our price range and thats what they showed us. No haggling or pressure. First dress was THE DRESS. Thank you all for making it so easy.

Had a great experience. Staff was very nice and helpful. As a plus size woman I was very skeptical going in but I ended up trying on about 10 dresses in all different silhouettes. We had Taylor helping us and she was excellent.

Love this store! They had so many amazing dresses, in lots of different styles! All the gowns were clean and protected. I came in without an appointment because a store a little bit away had such awful service and I had really wanted to go to this store instead anyway. They were able to fit me in - on a Saturday no less - and she spent so much time listening to what I was looking for, helping me into dresses I liked, and picking similar dresses that were also fantastic! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!

Brilliant Bridal is so amazing! I wish I could remember my stylists name but she was just the sweetest thing in the whole world. She made the process so easy, and even took two dresses off the mannequin for me. I know they are such a pain to take on and off! She really made me feel special like every bride deserves to feel. I went in last minute not expecting to find anything, and I thought this was just the first stop of a several month long hunt for the right dress. It took only 2 hours for me to find an incredible dress at an even more incredible price. The staff was so calm and fun and there was absolutely NO pressure whatsoever. I was so excited to find a store like Brilliant Bridal (it is like a Ross for wedding dresses!) and my experience exceeded all of my expectations. To start, I came in for my appointment about 30 minutes early because we only had a 30 minutes window until our next appointment at another store and they set me up with a consultant immediately. Val was professional, courteous and really listened to what I liked and didnt like in each dress. After trying on about 6 dresses, she went running off and came back with just one more to try on. IT WAS PERFECT! It literally happened just like that show say yes to the dress. The dress was budget friendly (under $1,000) and top quality.
