I had visited a few bridal shops before coming into Ivory Row. I was lucky enough to be paired up with Krista, I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She heard what I loved and didn’t about each dress and kept coming back with better recommendations! She was so patient when I wanted to try on the 2 dresses I loved multiple times, she even encouraged it 🤍 so happy with my experience and I can’t wait to come back in for my follow up apt! The in-house alterations cut a lace appliqué IN HALF on a $1200 wedding dress. At the first fitting it was already unraveling. This is not bridal quality! The lace appliqué is on its own piece of netting, so you must remove the entire appliqué when you hem/cut the skirt and then re-sew the appliqué on after you’ve made the hem/cut.Great bridal store but do not use their in-house alterations.Also how does a store that has been open for 5+ years have only 60-some reviews?! Another bridal store that I know has been in business for only 2yrs yet has 150 reviews. I smell something off..I read another review that the owner refutes any and all negative reviews..

Highly Recommend Ivory Row Bridal, they are amazing and go the extra mile for their clients! My daughter changed her mind last minute and wanted a veil, I called Ellie and she was able to get one for us❣️ Ellie, the owner had to take my daughters dress in 4 sizes, it turned out amazing! 🥰 I also found my mother of the bride dress there, the most comfortable, flattering dress ever and I can wear it again for other ones occasions.Love you Ellie and the staff at Ivory Row Bridal, your all amazing 🙌🏼

I could not say enough good things about this amazing bridal boutique. Ellie runs it herself with the help of a couple consultants. From the second I walked in, I felt welcome. Ellie designs her own dresses, as well as has some other designers. All the gowns are so beautiful it was hard to choose. I ended up choosing something from Off the rack, which means it was one they used for try-ons within the store. I could tell it was the one and it was beautiful, but since it was off the rack, it needed A LOT of love. I got it cleaned, and it was ready to be altered. My first appointment of alterations with Ellie was jaw dropping. She made a dress that hung off my body in 6 sizes too large, hug my body and fit my like a glove. Her attention to detail is impeccable and her talent is endless. She truly customized the dress to fit me perfectly and exceeded all my expectations. I am forever thankful for her. Last minute she even came to the rescue with a veil! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ELSEWHERE, GO STRAIGHT TO ELLIE!!!

This is an incredible place with a truly wonderful owner. I felt super welcome when I walked in and started browsing through the dresses. Each outfit is unique, carefully designed, and absolutely gorgeous! I had the hardest time picking an outfit because I wanted to walk out with everything Ellei is super helpful and gracious when youre trying on her clothes - she made great suggestions and adjustments when I was in there and even paired my outfit with jewelry! Love her!

The team at Ivory Row Bridal were so great and made my experience the best I could have wished for. I had no clue what I was doing and only had a few ideas of what I was looking for. I picked out a few to try and from there they bought in different dresses to try by my thoughts on the few I had picked first. I finished the appointment with buying my dream dress and couldnt be happier.:)

I found my dream wedding dress here! The staff were very supportive and professional from beginning to end. A special shout-out to Annmarie who helped me ultimately pick my dress- she was patient, not pushy, and very informative. There was a veil mix-up near my wedding day and it was solved very quickly. Ellie, the owner, was involved in many steps of the wedding dress process (and fixing the veil mix-up), so it was great to get to know her. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this place to friends!

Lovely salon, lovely people. I had 8 women with me when I initially tried on dresses, and they were so accommodating (I had made an appointment well ahead of time). They allowed us plenty of room, and we had so much fun! Big plus - my dress and veil turned out flawless! I am so so happy with this experience and the result, which was the dress of my dreams that made the day of my dreams a reality

I had the absolute best experience at Ivory Row Bridal!!! This was the first place I went and tried on wedding dresses at and I found the dress of my dreams!!!!!!!!! They were also very accommodating with me bringing 8 people with me... The best part was my consultant Sydney!!! She was absolutely AMAZING. I cant rave enough about her!!!!!!! I tried on 8 dresses I believe and she was so helpful and patient with me during each one. She would answer any questions that my guests or I had. She made me feel special and comfortable. I spent about 2 hours with her and I felt like we were good friends by the end of my appointment. It was everything I could have ever hoped for and I am SO glad that Sydney was my consultant. Our Bride fell in love with a very specific bridesmaid dress that Ivory and Row carried. The day of our appointment we were only given one dressing room for all of us and we were being rushed the entire time because they had another appointment coming in. This was our first impression of the shop.My Husband picked up my dress, we have 4 small children and that was more convenient for us. When I put my dress on it was extremely tight and I felt like that was very odd considering I had lost weight since first picking out the dress. Then, my Sister went to put her dress on, she is also in the Wedding, and we couldn’t even come close to zipping her dress up. Come to find out 2 other girls had issues with their dresses as well.I had an appointment to have mine looked at, the first appointment was cancelled. After going back and forth I had another appointment. I was told how horribly the other girls had be treated and to be honest really didn’t want to have to deal with being treated badly. I canceled my appointment and told them I would make my dress work.I have several friends in the Wedding industry. I understand things happen, but the way the company treated us was very unprofessional.

I am so in love with my dress!!! I wasn’t expecting such an amazing experience at this store .I was so impressed with the customer service ! They helped me find the perfect dress even though I had a lower budget .Every single person was so sweet and willing to help me with my needs in finding my perfect dress! The store was so clean and beautiful . I’m a plus size bride as well so it was nice to have options in my size. I will recommend everyone I know to this store .The owner was also so accommodating and friendly .She was the one that altered my dress and made it fit perfect ! I am so happy I could just go on and on but you get the point . If your looking for an amazing place to find your bridal gown you should check this store out !

I’ve purchased my wedding dress here back in October. Ivory Row has a great selection of dresses and the staff is super helpful! My experience here was amazing! Ellie and her staff are the sweetest people. They worked hard to get my dress here on time ( which actually arrived 3 weeks earlier than anticipated!) and also when I needed alterations these were done to perfection.Also, I’ve learned that this store has helped multiple other brides who were left without their dresses when one of the bridal shops closed in town. I would highly recommend this shop :)

My first experience dress shopping went amazing. I told the lady what I had in mind. I picked 5 dresses to try on. Once on I stated what I did not like. She went and grabbed what she thought I would like based off my dislikes. Apparently I had no idea what style I really wanted but she did. Such a relaxed environment, no pushy sales pitches, and very helpful with all my questions/concerns. I went to another store just keep my options opened and it was a waste of my time. Ivory Row’s staff was absolutely amazing and I’m so happy I said yes to the dress there!

After searching in Denver, Colorado I decided to come back to my hometown to look for a wedding dress. I had made 4 different appointments for the weekend and didnt have the best experience at them. Then I arrived at Ivory Row Bridal, such a clean, welcoming environment. Every step was extremely personable and inviting. They had a wonderful selection of dresses, my consultant Breilynn was so determined to find the perfect dress for me, she was open to anything I wanted to try on and made all of them fit like a glove. She was respectful of my budget, made sure I knew all the details of the dress including their completely customizable options due to their in house seamstress. The room we were placed in was private and perfectly set up for my bridal party to really get a great feel. The owner Ellie was such lovely woman as well, very professional yet personable making my entire party feel very welcome. Her shop is absolutely lovely! They went above and beyond to make this day perfect. Cant wait to continue to work with these lovely ladies and get my dress. I would recommended this shop to any bride! Jessica is SO helpful! She helped me find a gorgeous gown for my wedding and when I came to pick it up helped my mom find a dress for the occasion too! 10/10 would recommend!

I was nervous about trying on gowns and Alyssa really put me at ease, walked me through everything and helped me to find the dress of my dreams! I assumed that the gowns would be a lot more expensive than they were and actually came in right on budget. I had been to three other stores in the area and this was the last one on my list but I wish it had been my first.I picked up my gown this week and I felt just the same excitement as the day I first tried it on. Of all the parts of my wedding this was the most fun!

This is not Davids Bridal. Beautiful, expensive, well made. We made an appointment and were taken immediately upon arrival. 1 on 1 help. Very attentive. The bride fell in love with 1 but it would have to be extensively altered (built up) for modesty on top. In the end, we chose a different shop in Mesa where the dresses were more what we were looking for with no alterations.

This store is so beautiful! I came in to look at bridesmaids dresses, which they have a ton of! I bought my wedding dress out of state a few months ago, but I wish I wouldve waited and bought it here! they have such a good selection of different styles and the prices were really reasonable! I cant wait to bring my bridesmaids back to order their dresses, just to hang out in the store again - its seriously the cutest bridal store Ive ever seen!

After trying several stores in the area this place was a breath of fresh air! I worked with Shea. Like another reviewer said - it was worth the drive.The store was so pretty, and the gowns were really great value for money compared to what I saw at a couple of other places. I cant wait to come back here for my fittings. Certainly somewhere that I would recommend to my friends - I just wish some of them were engaged!

I am pretty discouraged from my experience with Ivory Row. To start from the beginning, I booked an appointment April 6 of 7 of my bridesmaids; I was so excited as the bride to go through the experience of my girls picking out their dresses. We showed up and were told they only booked an hour for all 10 of us even with knowing my numbers before hand. We felt super rushed and the fun experience soon turned into a stressful one with girls debating on using their storage area to change to speed things up after we were told a bride was book and we couldnt keep the room. In the end they allowed us to move over to the other space until the next bride showed up, but still very rushed and stressful. I let it go and was happy when all the girls ordered dresses they loved.4 months later the dresses arrived and almost all my bridesmaids dresses were not the correct size. Two were 2-3 inches too small and wouldnt zip, one was ordered in the incorrect size due to paperwork error, and one will zip but she cant breath. Only 3 of the 7 dresses ordered seemed reasonable sized, but will still need alterations, which we understood some alterations would be required.I immediately was on the phone with the store when I found out the one dress was a 12 when she requested an 8 due to being 6 months pregnant at the time of her fitting. I was assured they would correct the error and asked for her to come in for a fitting with Ellie. Then more calls came in from my girls stating their dresses were not fitting. I went with two of the three girls to meet with Ellie the owner to see what could be done.I was told the girl who took the measurements/sizes no longer worked there and it was unfortunate she was not trained properly in ordering up rather than down when measurements were in between. Ellie was pleasant enough during our visit and I was hopeful she would correct this error for at least 3-4 of the dresses ordered. She said shed take out two of the them for the appointments I attended. With this said, we had to hear how much money she was losing and how she was not carrying that line of bridesmaids dresses due to the many errors she has to fix. As the bride I did not care, I wanted my problem fixed that was at hand. I thought all would be ok until I got a distraught call from the third girl a few days later who got the dress they actually ordered incorrectly as a 12. She just had a baby and is still swollen from an emergency c-section, Ellie told her if she had ordered an 8 it would be too small she would only take in the waist. The top is huge on her and now she is going to have to get not only alterations on the waist once swelling goes down in a few weeks (probably to the size 8 measurements) but also take in the bust drastically. Ellie got on the phone with me and told me the same story about how shes loosing money. She refused to speak to my mom (who I called crying for help) and then refused to come out of her office to speak to my Bridesmaid and her husband who drove all the way from flagstaff. Ellie still has not called any of us back. The 4th girl had an appointment that was cancelled by Ivory Row and she felt uncomfortable going in knowing the experience of the others after that.I was hopeful this would have been made right, but it was not the dress still dont fit, even the two she fixed are too small. As a bride this isnt something I should be worrying about. I never imagined we would get the wrong size dresses nor be treated the way we were by an owner. If we were treated right and the problem corrected I probably wouldnt have shared this review and let the fitting experience slide, but I wanted to warn others to be weary before ordering their dresses from Ivory Row, this is a very unfortunate situation, and avoidable. I feel we have been respectful and reasonable in trying to find a solution with Ellie.

I came here for their opening weekend after trying a couple of other places and not quite finding the one. T store is so pretty and the staff were great. The gowns were so beautiful especially for the price. I actually ended up being under budget so I had some left to spend on my veil and accessories. Definitely a five star experienced in a relaxed atmosphere, I would recommend Ivory Row to every bride.

This store is so cute! I fell in love with the idea of sequin bridesmaids dresses and Ivory Row was the perfect place to find them. I worked with Shea who was so helpful and accommodating to myself and my 8 bridesmaids! Not only did we find the perfect dress for each of my girls but I also found stunning jewelry to wear with my dress.

I recently had my dress Apt at Ivory Row and I have to say it was the BEST experience. The dress selection was wonderful and the price points were amazing! The best part of my apt was my consultant Sydney, she made me feel so at ease and was extremely patient while I was trying on 8 different dresses. I highly recommend Ivory Row!

They don’t take care of customers after the purchase. I purchased my dress here and was measured by them. It came in too long and I assumed they would hem it for me. They told me they wouldn’t fix there mistake because the bride didn’t buy her dress there?!? Apparently that means they don’t have to stand by there work. Complete shame. I will be telling all of my girlfriends and best friend who’s a wedding planner in Phoenix to never send the bridal party here.

I am so impressed by the quality and price of the dresses! They are so beautiful! After going to several disappointing bridal shops, I went to Ivory Row and found multiple dresses that I loved! But Elyssa really made the experience special. She found me the perfect dress and knew exactly what I was looking for. I couldnt be happier!

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Lets start this off with, Ellie is GREAT at refuting reviews, so Im sure by the time any bride reading this may also see a convincing refute from Ellie. Which I feel you learn to get that good from experience.I was a bridesmaid that worked with Ivory Row (Thank the good Lord I was just a bridesmaid, because if it was my wedding I would be devastated). More than half of my cousins bridal party was measured incorrectly which resulted in the wrong sized dresses being ordered. When we got our dresses, mine included, it was the wrong size and didn’t fit. Ellie will say that its because sizing is off by small margins or it is the dress makers fault. (Way to own your shops mistake). Although, I believe the woman who measured us is no longer at the shop. They let her go. Why they let some one in training and who they werent confident in measure a bridal party, Ill never know. Not to mention, when we arrived (10 women in total) we were told we had 1 hour to try on gowns and then we had to leave. We were eventually put in another area and told we could stay until their other bride arrived. So a fun experience turned in to a stressful rush to find our style of dress and try it on. I manage 2 companies and I wouldnt put anyone in training on something I didnt have a Hawkeye on and I would book appointments accordingly. We were told on more than one occasion that the woman who sized us, measured wrong and that the wrong size, was in fact, ordered. That she was in training, and made mistakes.We were assured Ellie would fix these errors. She “fixed” 2/4.Ellie met with me to try on the dress and let it out (for free). They tried to correct an error they made but the whole time they blamed the dress maker saying it wasnt their fault. That they would no longer be carrying Sorella Vita because they dont make any money off of their dresses and are left fixing their mistakes. That their shop isn’t paid anything on “those dresses”. Which I don’t understand because most of their bridesmaids dresses are Sorella Vita.. if you don’t make money on them, why do you carry them? And that’s besides the fact that it doesn’t matter, it was your mistake and you should have to correct it.When I went in yesterday my dress still did not fit. It took a couple ladies to help me. Annalisa and Jessica have been the most helpful in this nightmare.Due to timing of the wedding approaching and our time limit decreasing because of the time it took to receive the dresses and then added time for it to be let out... the wedding is approaching. I decided to sign the dress out because I could breathe in it and it zipped up... better than nothing. Ideally it should have fit when It came in ($260 isnt chump change) So I told my cuz it would all be ok. Im going to have a seamstress work on it now, so I can guarantee I have it in time. Even with our awful experience we were willing to try to work with the shop and we (not just me) were turned away for hemming and alterations through them because they dont make any money off of alterations for bridesmaids Ellie isnt accepting alterations and other excuses that essentially ended up with us feeling like they are wiping their hands of us and the entire party when THEY made the mistakes.This has been a terrible experience. I had just had my son when I was sized for my dress, so being made to feel that was the reason my dress didnt fit, was horrifying. I was sized a month AFTER having him, not while pregnant. And have lost weight and inches, not gained.

I came with 3 bridesmaids and my mom and they were so easy to accomadate my party. Very pleasant staff and the perfect place to find the gown to walk down the isle in.

The staff was unhelpful and rude. I barely had a chance to speak without being interrupted and I ending leaving. I had high hopes for this bridal shop. Unfortunately Id never recommend it to anyone
