This boutique and the owner Pam are absolutely wonderful. Pam is VERY knowledgeable about types of wedding dresses and knowing how to pick the one. She made me feel so comfortable and understand the process of finding the perfect dress. This was the first shop that I went to for a dress and the second dress I tried one was the one. Pam made my dreams come true without breaking my budget! I will forever recommend this place for everyone I know to find their dream dress. The shop is also very beautiful, organized, and cozy❤️

Considering this was the 1st place I was going to look for my wedding dress. I expected a completely different experience then what I walked in the door and received. I walked in and was first welcomed by getting my appointment changed to a different woman for no other reason then just because. The woman who was helping me acted as if she didnt want to be bothered. For me being there, ya know looking for my wedding dress not a pair of jeans. There was no excitement. I expected some help and guidance. Especially since I mentioned to the owner that my bridesmaids live in NJ and couldnt make it because they were scheduled to fly out at the end of April and of course thats when this shop is closing. I had 2 racks to look at based in my size, 80% of which were ivory dressings, Im sorry I was looking for white. So that limited me from the start. I tried on 3 dresses and even while trying those on with having no one there for help besides the woman who didnt want to be there to do her job I decided even with closing sale prices it wasnt worth it. This wasnt the place to have my wedding experience finding the dress of my dreams. There was no saying yes to the dress. This was a horrible experience and I couldnt get out of there fast enough. Dont waste your time unless you call ahead of time to check for your size and dont want a warm welcome and excitement for your special day.

I heard about this place from my best friend. When we arrived the nice lady showed us where to look and our cute dressing area. We all had fun looking for my wedding dress. This was the first place I tried and I’m happy to say I found the one! I highly recommend this store. They have a large variety of wedding dresses and the prices are very reasonable.

What a great experience we had today watching my Daughter pick out the dress of her dreams and in her budget. The salon it beautiful. We thought we stepped into a high end bridal shop. I kept waiting for them to sell us dresses above our budget. That never happened. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I wish every Bride could have this experience. I went to four other bridal shops in the valley before finding the perfect (and brand new) wedding gown at Almond Tree for less than $1,000! I also had my alterations done here and the dress fit amazingly.The owners are so nice and the store is lovely and well laid out. And there are lots of good restaurants to eat (and celebrate) at after you find your dress.

They helped my best friend find her wedding dress! Everyone there was very helpful, patient, and considerate as we set the record for the amount of dresses tried on in one session 😅 If they could help and handle us then they can definitely go above and beyond for you too!

The team at Almond Tree is INCREDIBLE! I have tried on at least 50 dresses in my search for the one and Almond Tree was the first and last place I went to. Im incredibly indecisive and while I started my journey at Almond Tree, I felt I needed to try on lots of different dresses before choosing one. Which is exactly what I did but with little success. I found a dress I loved but it was out of my price range. When I went back to Almond Tree, I showed the ladies the dress from another shop that I liked and they pulled out dresses that met every criteria I loved. So finally, after a long search, I found a dress I adore that fits perfectly and was below what I expected to spend! The folks working there truly want to help you find your dream wedding dress and make the experience special for you. Highly recommend to any and all brides!

I found the most gorgeous wedding dress! It was perfect and they were so accommodating made me feel very welcome and comfortable. And they work with your budget too, they offer layaway and thats amazing because I can afford the perfect dress for me. Thank you so much almond tree! I love my dress.

This shop was very nice and calming, going here was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was pretty nervous. The girl who helped us was nice, we really had to find the dress ourselves and they didn’t have a wide variety of dresses in smaller sizes such as 2-4. However I did find the dress and I loved it! I was super excited. I love thrift shopping and since my wedding was only 4 months away I really didn’t have time for a new dress. I decided to get it altered else where because they charge 500 minimum for alterations and I just felt that was too steep a price. The dress I bought was a size 12 and I am normally a 4, so it needed a lot of altering. I took it to get altered and once I picked it up the lady who altered it (for only 200 might I add) found many many stains on it all long the train and even on the bodice. I was very disappointed considering I spent about 900 dollars on the gown, which was on the high side since my dress had no beading or lace. The lady who altered my dress also told me there was signs it had been altered in the past. The stains should come out but I was disappointed that none of those issues were disclosed to me when purchasing, I did look over the dress the best I could in the store but since it was so big I didn’t notice the stains until it was altered to fit me properly. Over all I don’t think I’d recommend this boutique to anyone else due to the fact they don’t disclose the conditions of each dress and they don’t do returns. I find it very annoying thatI would be charged close to 1000 dollars for a relatively simple dress with so many stains and issues. Shop with caution!

I highly recommend this Bridal shop! I was very fortunate to be able to work with Almond (the owner). She found my number 10 dress! I was in and out in 30mins walking out with my dress. Very clean and bright in store. They were very professional and knew exactly what to try on, to find that number ONE. Very knowledgeable about the designers. This was a good drive for me to go, but was worth the time 100%. Thank you sooo much!!!

We went to 3 different bridal stores but we started at Almond Tree and there is no comparison to this place. It’s relaxing and fun! No pressure from the sales people and you truly feel like they are honest and listening to you! Don’t go anywhere else in the valley. Almond Tree has the best customer service, dress options, dress quality, and PRICES!!! We left but we called a couple hours later begging to come back and they were more than accommodating, changed around their schedules and were just amazing through the whole experience.

Pamela assisted me during my appointment. She REALLY knew her stuff! She understood color pallets, sizing, stitching and so many more things that I dont even begin to understand or know about. She surprised me by giving me advice on dress color with my skin tone that I had no idea about, and she was dead on!She let me pick the dresses that I was interested in, and then suggested a few that she thought might be good picks based on her expertise. Well, she ended up picking a dress I would never have otherwise tried on and I immediately started crying happy tears once I saw myself in the mirror. She found my dress! It is absolutely gorgeous and I am so glad she was there to assist.Highly recommend this boutique! They have hand made veils, and seamstresses that are incredible! Cant say enough good things about this place. The prices for these designer dresses were Waaaay more than reasonable! GYou will not regret this place!

I said yes to the dress at Almond Tree! I had an absolutely amazing time, and the selection of dresses were incredible. I forget the name of the lady who was helping me, but she gave incredible advice. Of my top three dresses, two were dresses she had picked out and recommended.

Pam, the owner, is fabulous! She captured information about my wedding, looked at 2 photos of general dress ideas I had, and quickly filled my dressing room with a selection of dresses that was spot on. She never tried to push me on my budget, was patient while I went through them all, and was complimentary and sincere. The first dress she pulled for me was the one and I am still beyond impressed by her abilities. The shop was clean, well laid out, and the try-on areas are nicely separated so that you can enjoy an intimate time with your entourage. The shop is also in a great location, surrounded by restaurants to enjoy lunch and celebrate afterwards. I HIGHLY recommend Almond Tree!

The experience was so so. The lady didn’t really help me find a dress much. Me and my family member had to search for them. She was helpful with the questions we had and trying them on. She needed more customer service skills. The Boutique was beautiful and they were very nice as we left. I only went there for the sale prices but I was happy with what I got.

This place was by far the easiest part of my wedding. I moved my wedding up a whole year, made an appointment next day. I came in an hour earlier to my appointment because we were close, and the owner took me back and was my consultant for the duration. They were so sweet, and made sure that they not only pulled dresses for me that I might like, but also allowed my mom and I to look. The rooms were private and she was very helpful and gave me awesome advice. She made sure everything was set for me when I left, and I even left that day with my dress. I was worried alterations were going to take forever, but she reassured me that they wouldnt. She gave me so much advice on veil options, earrings I should wear, what color shirt my groomsmen should wear, everything! Im really happy and grateful I found my dress and that it was such a pleasant experience.

I have a vision but have no idea how to get to the end result... the ladies and gentleman at Almond Tree were great. Answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect dress...The prices were great too! I was even able to leave a different dress handed down to me for consignment. All I had to do was mention I had a dress to sell when I set the appointment and Willah... done. PLUS they have in-house alterations for pretty good prices so everything went so smoothly!!!!! I was in and out in an hour.... if that. Highly recommended!!!

Pam is great and was personable. I got a preview of their memorial day sale because they had a contest and everyone who participated got a preview of the sale. I jumped on the offer and didnt expect to find my dress that day but I had an open mind of what I was looking for and Pam was really helpful on bringing me dresses and she found the one for me and the price was awesome as well and in budget. It was an off the rack dress so it needs a little touch up but it practically fit perfect with minimal alterations. I felt lucky finding this place and definitely recommend to give this place a shot! Glad I did.

Of all the bridal boutiques I went to, this one was by far the best! The people here are truly amazing and give you princess-quality service! They give you adequate privacy when you change (complete with squishy robes if you have to wait), listen completely to your input, likes, and dislikes, (and Im a picky person!), and make sure that youre still getting your dream wedding outfit on your budget.Because its a consignment shop, there is an insane amount of selection available for a fraction of the retail price. The dress you try on in the shop is the dress you get to take home, so theres no guessing with what alterations will need to be done.The only thing I didnt realize the first time is that theyre appointment only. They still took me as a walk in because they didnt have any appointments in that block, but they WILL CLOSE EARLY if they dont have any appointments! My mom and I found that out the hard way when we came back at 5:45 on a Saturday to find the doors locked and lights off. Even so, that didnt deter us from driving the 1.5 hour drive the next day with my family to come back for the dress that I liked!Oh, parting comment, not only do they have a great dress selection- theres an awesome veil and tiara section as well! I got one of each in addition to my dress. Nothing but good experiences here! Thanks everybody!~

Was only in town for the day and they were completely booked but Pam fit me right in. She was incredibly helpful and really helped me narrow down what I was looking for while still letting me really steer the whole appointment. Found the PERFECT dress that was incredibly unique and perfectly priced!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place might have been a beautiful shop, however I wasnt given the chance to find out. I arrived right at 10am when The shop opens, hoping to get in before the crowds hit. The cashier/front desk girl stopped me at the door, claiming I needed an appointment. When I called the day before I was told walk in were welcomed and encouraged. The cashier/front desk girl wouldnt even allow me to all the store and look around, she practically forced me out the door. So rude and incredibly stuck up! I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The cashier/front desk girl almost made what was supposed to be a magical experience, traumatic.

This was the first bridal store I tried to find my dress. I was helped by Erin and she was amazing! She was so nice & listened to what I want and was not pushy at all. If you set up an appointment here I highly recommend Erin.

I dont often leave reviews, but wedding dress shopping is a big deal for brides! Now, when I first heard that bridal consignment stores even existed, I wasnt sure what to expect, but after going to a couple, I thought, what a great idea! Most brides only wear their dresses once, so why not let another bride have her moment to shine without spending every penny she has.So, about the Almond Tree. The store is well-decorated and inviting. The employees were very pleasant and warmly welcomed my mom and me. And the dresses. There were so many to choose from! However, I didnt feel overwhelmed like I did at Davids Bridal. I had a small budget and didnt expect there to be many dresses within my price range ($500-700), but thats what is great about consignment stores--not only are the prices already reasonable, but you can also negotiate prices.I tried on at least seven dresses and eventually found the perfect one for me.The dressing room was clean and spacious, which is important when youre trying on big, expensive dresses! My consultant was very attentive to my needs and read my body language before I could even express how I felt about a dress. She also suggested I try on a veil, which I originally didnt want. But, after trying one on while wearing my favorite dress, I was sold.Overall, I had a great experience at Almond Tree and would highly recommend it to brides-to-be. Consignment stores are the way to go!

Beautiful selection of gowns, friendly staff. They even referred us to other boutiques that would have more of a selection suiting the bride. The Almond Tree Boutique was a fabulous experience! I drove down from Flagstaff to find my dress in Phoenix, and out of the many stores I visited, none were as pleasant, professional, and comfortable as Almond Tree. My consultant helped me choose dresses that were in my price range and style preferences. I got a great deal on a sample gown that had never been on the floor--about 50% the retail value. The alterations staff was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this wedding boutique to brides in Arizona!

I bought my dress for 2/3 rd the price but it was this years design and an excellent name brand. I would send any prospective bride here in a heartbeat!

I just consigned and bought a dress from here, and it was a wonderful experience. Thalia was super helpful, sweet, and not at all pushy or trying to get a sale!! She was also very helpful with bridesmaids dresses, even though we didnt schedule for that, and we never felt rushed!! The space for family is large and still private. I highly recommend them!

I never write reviews but this establishment deserves to be acknowledged. Just a year after I had announced my husband and I were going to renew our vows, my daughter got engaged. I took my daughter to look at dresses in four other shops. While they were all beautiful in their own right, she found exactly the one here. But to my surprise, after she insisted I try on a couple also, I found mine too! The ladies there were top notch. Sue was such an amazing help to us both. Both she and Pam made us feel so comfortable by answering all our alteration questions. I cant think of one staff member there that wasnt sweet as can be. The other shops we visited were nowhere as inviting as this boutique. No matter what your price range is, these ladies will help you find your fairytale wedding gown.

The experience at the shop was wonderful. The lady that helped me made it fun for me and my parents (had a comfortable place for my dad to sit down, he is not well) They had a good amount of dresses and a nice price range for everyone. I found my dress within an hour. It was the first place I went and I had that emotional bridal moment with my parents. I ended up spending much more than budget but I was still happy with it. The dress fit me perfectly, however I will still need to make a couple altercations. I took the dress home, put it in my closet and kept it in the bag to until today.I showed my friend my dress, and now I am feel regretful that I didnt look closer. She points out that my dress has tears in the beading and some of the beads are missing. There are some rips in the dress in little places. The built in belt is also ripped on the side. Im just starting to see all these issues that I didnt see when I was there, and that was my fault because I was in the moment and enotional. These are very small issues, so not ones you could see from a few feet away, but it still makes me sad that I spent so much on a dress that is not perfect.So, I do recommend this dress shop to people, but I do suggest you spend time paying very close attention to the details, so you dont end up like me with an expensive slightly damaged dress.Im slightly disappointed, I will try to fix it. I have time now that I have no clue when I will get married with everything going on.

Hi Im Rosie, I was really disappointed with the customer service here. Yes I was very specific about what I was looking for in a dress, as a bride should be. I went ahead and tried on something totally out of what I wanted just to make sure I was ruling everything out. When we where browsing thru dresses you mentioned not to worry about the price on it that you would work with me on that. And yes you are correct I didnt try on that dress based on your suggestion that I probably wouldnt like it based on the fact that I didnt like the other one that was similar to it. I was taking your opinion as a wedding consultant and the store owner. There was no issue on the price of the dress me and my friend were going off what you mentioned about working with me with the price on it. You had my price limit as per my sheet that I filled out so there was no misunderstanding in that. I had to ask you twice, Well if I decided on one of the 2 dresses I like is there a card I can have, I was totally dismissed and you said its on your sheet and you starting helping another girl check in. This is the reason I thought you schedule appointments so you can take your time to help out the customer on finding that special dress and making the experience wonderful. I was rushed out of there felt like I was wasting your time. Truly you wasted mine. I drove and hour just to get to your shop because my friend told me this place was amazing and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at Almond Tree today! I found my dream dress, at the price I needed in less than an hour! Pam was fantastic! When I arrived she gave me the run down of what to expect and look for when dress shopping. She looked at the inspiration photos I brought and found me some truly beautiful dresses to try on. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to show me how we could make alterations to make the dress exactly how I invisioned it. The best part is that she knew my price point and worked with me to get the dress of my dreams at my price. I will definitely recommend them in the future!

This was the first wedding dress shop I went to. Although they had a nice selection of dress it was a very impersonal experience. When I told them my budget was on the lower side, it felt as if I was almost disregarded. I tried on a few dresses and found one I adored in my budget which was a pleasant surprise. They did not, however, help me narrow down my style so I am still unsure as to what I like. However my biggest complaint would be that I didnt feel like a bride here. They did not ask about my wedding, the proposal, my fiance or any other details that gets you excited for the big day.

This rating should explain the discuss I have with this store and these employees.Don’t bother with this place if you want to have a good experience. Your prefect wedding only comes once and they will not contribute anything but aggravation, headache and sadness.

I went to Almond Tree while I was visiting Arizona with my Mother and Mother-in-law to-be. I was mostly window shopping but the staff treated the three of us like queens. It was such a priceless experience, Alysa, assisted us and gave just the right amount of attention and space. She was such a pro and helped me find a gown that was absolutely perfect for my body, wedding and budget. I also Loved that the shop is 100% consignment, to me a used gown is a no brainer- more sustainable than buying brand new and so much cheaper! I would highly recommend Almond Tree to any bride.

I was so impressed with Almond Tree! The service was incredible, their prices were wonderful, and the dresses and accessories were beautiful. I did not end up buying my dress there, but I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding gown or accessories. I will be going back for their beautiful veils and accessories because the prices were unbelievable and the women that work there were so fun to be around.

Buyer Beware!My now daughter-in-law invited me and her Mom wedding dress shopping and the second appointment was at the Almond Tree on High Street.The beautiful bride to be found a dress she loved and we loved it on her as well. FYI, there are no refunds on dress purchases at this shop. We were fully aware of this.The seamstrees pinned the areas needing adjustments and presented her bill for the alteration charges which amounted to a little under $700. We returned for the first fitting and after my daughter in law tried the dress on, she was barely able to sit down. The issues with the alterations were discussed with the seamstress who ignored us stating, No, its not too tight. No, the straps are fine. Keep in mind that the straps were not falling down the first time.The seamstress said she would make some adjustments and steam the veil for an additional cost which was paid up front. When we returned for the second fitting, the veil had not been steamed and the dress was unchanged. The seamstress told us to buy tape, sold in the store, to adhere the straps in place so that they wouldnt fall down. We asked about the veil and she said she could steam it for a charge. We had to remind her that we already paid for the steaming which she neglected to do.My daughter in law deckided to forego the third round of alterations and pick up her dress before it was totally destroyed. She discussed the issues with the owner who was, not only unprofessional, but extremely rude implying that my daughter in law might just need to work on her weight! The owner indicated that she had no control over the seamstress who was a contract employee. My daughter in law received a refund for the veil steaming only that was never done.We took the dress to a seamstress, retired from Neiman Marcus, who sadly advised that the dress could not be salvaged. My daughter in law, with less than one month to go before the wedding. called Lauries Bridal to see if may she could find a new dress to wear to her wedding.The owner of Lauries asked her to bring the dress in and that she would have her seamstress take a look to see if they could possibly salvage the dress. The owner said that she did not want to sell her a dress if the original one could be salvaged.The dress was deemed not salvageable but this review has a happy ending! My daughter in law found a beautiful dress at Lauries which was altered to perfection the first round and ready for the big day. This dress was more beautiful and the bride was stunning.I am not saying, Do not shop at the Almond Tree.. I am saying, If you find a dress you love at the Almond Tree, pay for it and RUN!. Have it altered elsewhere.

Pam and her assistant are absolutely wonderful. I was having the worse panic attack and they made this visit easy and not stressful as much as possible. I recommend this place alone on this but the store is filled with all kinds of dresses and bonus part they do altercations for your dress.👍💜

The ladies that work here are conceited and rude. They act better-than and have awful customer service. They are not budget friendly (contrary to what their website claims) and will laugh you out of the store if the dress you’re trying to consign isn’t a Vera Wang. Don’t even bother with them. Sell your dress yourself. You’ll keep all the money that way and don’t have to be treated like a plebe.

I was very impressed by Almond Tree Bridal. I went to Pheonix to try wedding dresses on with my mom and sister and really needed to find a dress that weekend. I need something that I could take but that was me in bridal form. The appointment scheduling was easy and the person who was on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly.The minute we got there we were greeted warmly by the owner, Erin. After answering her questions and going over budget we looked at some pictures on Pinterest and she gave me helpful hints on dress shopping. She was directed us the racks of dresses that could be altered to my size (Im extremely petite) and that were in my budget just to get a feel as to what we liked.I found none of the dresses I pulled I liked a lot Haha so thankfully Erin was extremely professional and amazing at what she did. She listened when I pointed things out I liked and didnt like and pulled the most amazing dress.It was something I never would have picked out myself but I gave it a whirl and loved it. She then proceeded to give me tons of tips on alterations since I was going to a different state which I am finding extremely helpful in weeding out seamstresses that are not very experienced with wedding dresses.I cant tell you how much I loved this place and Erin in particular. I never felt pressured and i genuinely feel that she wanted me to get a dress I loved. That and I was right on budget. Got an amazing deal! Definitely would recommend this bridal shop to anyone!

I found my dream dress today! Very low stress experience and so much to choose from. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Note that when selling with them, they can adjust (lower) the sale price of your dress at anytime without notifying you. It is in the contract but I believe they should be upfront about then when you drop it off and agree to a price. Had I realized, I would have gone elsewhere.

Great selection of gowns on the higher price side. The sales associate we worked with did not pay much attention to what I liked/disliked and repeatedly brought dresses that had components I didnt want. She wasnt super personable so the experience wasnt as nice as other stores

Kinda was in shock at the limited options that were shown to us (a total of 4) Not to mention, we felt really rushed (less than an hour to decide). I referred three brides who bought, in the past, and was hoping to have the same amazing experience. After telling the owner we had another dress were comparing to, thats $999 out the door, she suggeated we should go buy that one then.She assumed it was about cost. She asked where the dress was, and afterwards, it felt like she didnt want our business. She said we should go buy the other one if its about price. She told us shed be at the counter when were ready.Shocked all around, as money wasnt an issue.Should have asked more questions or at the very least, showed more options.

During a day of going store to store, Almond Tree was by far my favorite shopping experience - and where I found The Gown. The staff was friendly and helpful, the store itself beautiful, the prices reasonable and the selection better than many others. My only negative criticism: I didnt really like working with their in-house sempstress, but she did do a pretty good job.

I ended up walking out of this place. The staff was on the edge of being slightly rude (maybe it was just a bad day), and the dresses seemed really overpriced. There werent that many nice styles of dresses either - at least not what I was looking for.
