I visited Vivienne Atelier for grand opening. The store is so beautiful and top-notch inside, I loved the pink gold concept everywhere. Their stylists are even better. The store manager Callie helped me found the perfect dress, everyone in my family bursts into tears. She encouraged me to try on different styles and was very patient and encouraging when I was having trouble making decisions. They have very wide style range, from boho to modern chic to ball gown, that did make me hard to choose, so many beautiful ones. Last amazing part I want to mention is the price. It is absolutely way affordable and incredible great comparing the detail and quality. I dont know if this is because of a Grand opening thing. I would highly recommend this store!

I had the best experience at Vivienne Atelier. Brooke was my consultant, as soon as I walked in through the door I felt welcomed. She was professional and made me feel comfortable. While still making me feel like the most beautiful bride ever. I would tell all of my friends to go to this place when looking for their dress! I recommend 100 percent. I had a spectacular experience at Vivienne Atelier. This was the first shop I went to on my search for The Dress and I was so happy to be paired with Willa. She really listened to what I liked in a dress and I had no idea what would look good on me so she pulled some different shapes to give me an idea of what they would look like on me. The dress I ended up buying was something Id never imagined buying and yet perfect for me - fun, sexy, unique. It is perfect for my body type and the look I was going for, and equally important, within budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their dress.

I visited Vivienne Atelier on my first day of wedding dress shopping and went in totally not expecting to find the one. Boy was I wrong! Sandra was absolutely wonderful to work with and listened to my preferences which ultimately helped me to be more open to dress styles. Im so thrilled to have found the (unexpected) dress of my dreams and cannot wait to see it again in person in a few months.

I had the best wedding dress shopping experience at Vivienne. I said yes to the dress here! The store itself is beautiful. The decorations and vibe are perfect for the style of their dresses. My consultant listened to what I wanted and pulled an array of dresses for me all unique and beautiful in their own way. She made me and my guests feel so comfortable & was super knowledgeable. It is such a best amazing store from all 5 Stores i went. And I finally found the one here with my amazing Stylist Jovee. They opened just one month, but they will be packed soon, I know it! Dresses here look more like $3000-$5000 quality and designs. But their price falls to under $2500 mostly. And store is very comfortable and big, their employees are all energetic and knowledgeable. Lady Jovee who helped me, she knows sewing, so she did give me a lot great ideas and her professional opinions make my process much easier. This Plaza also has a lovely patio with restaurants and cafe Shop. A nice place for me to have a lunch break to make my decision. You really need to check them out.

Usually when its youre special day of picking a wedding dress. It should come in a process of it being special, just as it should be when you met the one. In other bride stores, i didnt feel important, i felt like another random customer just looking for a dress, nothing important. But when I came in to Vivienne bridal shop, my intentions were to look at the dresses, not thinking of buying one at that moment. Once I came in the first thing I saw was Miss Brooke who was with me the entire time. Although she had 3 other brides that came in and trying out their dresses as well, she managed to help us all. There is all styles of dresses and all categorizes, so its easy looking for a particular style and staying in one aisle, while other places keeps you wondering around because all the dresses are everywhere. And each bride has an area for their accompanies to sit and watch as the bride trying on the dress comes out behind the curtains and shows them the dress as they get on a wide pedestal. You can also try on a tiara, flower crown and/or a veil to see the complete look. I tried on about 10 dresses. 4 at a time, and if you want to keep looking for more dresses after just trying on a couple, there is a custom bridal robe for us to wear to avoid the hassle of putting our clothes back on and taking them off in less than 5 mins. I know how important my dresses is, but didnt notice how the moment has to be special too. I would recommend brides to give this place a try. This place with give you an a taste on how choosing your dress is as special as your special day.

I worked with Willa when I came in to look for my wedding dress and let me just say she was AMAZING! The atmosphere was very welcoming, perfectly put together and beautiful! We had a 1 hour slot booked and she ended up letting us stay for 2 hours (which was after closing mind you) because of how much fun we were having. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted to ensure I found the absolute perfect dress for me and made it fun for the girls I brought with by letting them pick a couple for me as well. Not only was she wonderful on all of those aspects but she could tell when I was feeling uncertain or overwhelmed and took the time to close the curtain and say to just me anything and everything was my choice, which to me meant so much. She calmed my nerves and helped me into the dress of my dreams. I highly highly recommend Vivienne Atelier and if you work with Willa you wont be disappointed! Cant wait to go back and pick up my gown.

I can’t speak wonders enough about Jessie! Jessie made the entire experience of wedding dress shopping magical. My first time wedding dress shopping and the first location I went to but in going to other locations after that I came back to Vivienne because she made me feel so beautiful and absolutely flawless. For this was so important as women we carry so much around body image and with the pressure of wanting look your best to have someone that builds up your confidence was so special. Unfortunately the second time I went back I was not assisted by Jessie. The experience was not the same. I picked out dresses in my size put the clips on them only to find that those dresses were never brought to me to try and when I asked why...I received a they don’t fit you anyway. I still fell in love with a dress and still purchased it there but Jessie really demonstrate how incredible care and service is for this type of an experience. Jessie went above beyond. You made me feel flawless and beautiful and that means so much when we are trying on dresses for such a big day.

The ladies made my experience so special! I loved the vibes they gave me, jokingly talking about how I could or couldn’t dance in the dresses I tried on. It was amazing! This was my second boutique I looked at and I was so sure I found my dream dress at my first BUT, I WAS WRONG. I am so happy I went to Vivienne Atelier to try on wedding dresses. If you live in Phoenix, it really feels like a must! Ive been to numerous bridal salons in the city at this point and none can rival Vivienne on the overall experience. Its all excitement.Every single person I met was lovely, attentive, and made me feel like this was a special experience. My consultant was AMAZING! She took the time to sort through various styles, letting me try things on multiple times until I was completely happy. She was so attentive and made sure I knew all the important details about the dress, what I could do during alterations, etc.I would highly recommend Vivienne to anyone looking for a wedding dress. The staff is there to help make sure you feel amazing walking away with or without a dress!

I found my dream wedding dress here. The customer service is amazing and they have a wide variety of dress selections. My Consultant is amazing and very helpful. Even though I didn’t end up getting my dress here, I still really enjoyed experience at Vivienne and felt compelled to leave a review for future brides. The dress selection is quite good, especially if you are looking for a romantic dress. Lots of beautiful styles and they were great about letting me try on lots of options and did not pressure me. I went to quite a few shops and I think this has to be on the list for all Phoenix brides. Staff was lovely, parking is easy, space is bright and well lit (good pictures).

I found Vivienne Atelier after doing SO much research on different bridal stores I wanted to visit in the Phoenix area. Upon entering Vivienne’s my mom and I were completely blown away by the beauty of the dresses, the affordability, & the customer service! Callie is the best... seriously THE best! She made me feel completely comfortable and encouraged me to try on EVERY style of dress as it was my first time dress shopping in general! Let me be the first to tell you that nothing else compares to these dresses or the experience you will have with Callie or any stylist at Vivienne’s! Callie ended up pulling a dress she thought I would look “dynamite” in (her words not mine) and it ended up being my dream dress. Full bridal moment! I visited Vivienne Atelier for there Grand Opening and OMG!!! Their dresses, are incredible!! I was nervous because my budget was $2000 flat but they had sooooo much selection. I got to try on every style I wanted and found two favorites!! Callie and Serena the store managers took such great care of me and my friends! They taught me a ton about fit and were really honest with me when they felt another dress would be better for me based on its color, or style. Im so glad this was my first shopping experience and its definitely my last, Ill be buying here for sure!!!!

My sister told me about this place and so glad that i came to check it out !
