Grear service immediately from Francisco! From start to finish we were shown courtesy and professionalism. Each person was knowledgeable on every question we had. Alonso was great, too, thanks for a wonderful car shopping experience!
Went in to this dealership to look at a suburban that they had. When checking the car out, I was told by the sales member that the shop put the wrong gas in the car and they had to flush it, so for that reason I couldn’t test drive the car anywhere outside of the parking lot. He assured me that it was an easy fix for the shop and they would have to get it done before I purchased the car. I was paying all up front and put down a deposit for the vehicle. About 3 days went by and I heard nothing, so I called to be told the car had a bad motor and they couldn’t sell it to me and I would also have to come back in the shop to get my refund. I lived a solid 40 minutes from there. The fact that they didn’t have the suburban checked before posting it online and all the hassle I had to go through and time wasted really fully turned me off to a dealership. For the simple reason of the bad experience, I used Carvana and probably will never use a dealership again for this reason. I tried to get ahold of a manager to avoid posting this type of review online but they unprofessionally never got back to me and avoided my calls. If anything, thanks Camelback Lincoln for showing me that you get better customer support and less hassle buying from an online service. Would stay away from this place, selection is terrible as well.
Everything went well as far as my trade and purchase. Paint protection I didnt want and charged anyway. Truck was not ready when I was told it was and to come pick it up. Essence was great to deal with and responded quickly to my calls and text. If you need a salesperson ask for her, she gets 5 stars
Went in for an interview, nice clean dealership, friendly attendants, and well kept employees to make a professional appearance!
Stopped in front of the Ford Service center with the intention of asking for a body work estimate (they use ABC collision around the corner), and thought I should ask a sales guy who came up to me where to park if I need an estimate (the damage on the back of my car was obvious). He said to drive over to Lincoln to his office and I asked why if I just needed an estimate. Well apparently he either didn’t care that I was clearly talking about a body shop estimate, or he was confused and kept thinking I meant an appraisal. I should have walked straight past him into the service center to ask them but instead it’s my fault I trusted a sales guy to point me in the right direction (major fail), but throughout our conversation, I was extremely confused why we needed to go inside or why he needed my information for a simple body work estimate. Turns out he’s just trying to sell me a car and had no intentions of helping me with services (duh). But he should have been able to tell from my original question, my confusion, and all my answers after that that I was clearly not there for any other reason than to speak to services. So although I admit I should have just walked past him and gone straight to the service center, he was not concerned at all with why I was actually there and was blinded by the opportunity to try and sell me something. And he tried to let me leave without giving me my license back, to which I had to remind him he still had my license. So a naive moment on my part turned into a horrible experience that makes me never want to return.
When youre looking for a certain SUV and they didnt have it but they found some other ones for us to look at and even went across the street to look at some extra vehicles and salesmans are very polite and nice and not pushy I would suggest as place to come back to or her anyone need a good vehicle.
Had a HCU recall that I was told was only going to take 2 days. One month later car had yet to be inspected and not so much as a call back to be kept updated or on the loop. Talked to the dealership on Bell and they informed me they had the part and would be able to take care of the recall by the end of the week. Called Camelback to let them know I was having my car towed to a different location. Now the part they have been waiting for is on its way and being shipped over night. The part arrives and is installed but my vehicle still has no brakes and going forward there will be part and labor fees after there $160 inspection fee. I have felt looked down upon and dismissed as if I did not meet thier top priority. This being my only source of transportation I struggled to get to work and run my day to day errands. If you dont come from at least a middle class home and have a decent amount of pigmentation I would not advice you to deal with this Lincoln dealership.
Great service and housepitality. All &all theintire experience
Worked with Rick Silverman to turn my lease in early. He helped me get out of it in an equitable position that was a win-win for both of us, very happy with my experience with Camelback Lincoln Ford for both purchasing and returning the car!
5 starts for Shayne and Mitch. Honestly they were the best part of our buying a GMC Denali., thank you for the great experience! Make sure to ask for them for your next purchase you won’t regret it
Rick was just so outstanding during the lease process of our Lincoln Aviator. He actually got the car sent from Texas and couldn’t have been more sweet during the process. Very impressed. Really great service from start to finish.
I bought a Lincoln MKZ from Carvana which was huge nightmare. There was so many problems with the vehicle. The only positive was dealing with Camelback Lincoln, the dealership and everyone in the service department were amazing and super accommodating. They went through the entire vehicle
Now on our 4th and 5th purchase from Camelback Lincoln from the most outstanding salesman, Mr. Rick Silverman. A true gentleman and a rare breed nowadays. The level of service, patience and compassion Rick has had with us over the years is incomparable. Rick will find you the vehicle you are looking for, Lincoln product or not! Thank you for your amazing hospitality and utmost kindness Rick!
Very professional service department. Great service.
Bought a used 2015 Ford Mustang here from Raul Garcia-Munoz, and what a great experience! He was professional, honest, straightforward, and hid nothing from us. He clearly described and broke down the price of the car so that I could see what I’m actually paying for. Thank you so much for your help and I recommend anybody and everybody to look at this place when thinking of purchasing a new or used car!
Our 3rd purchase from this dealership and from the most outstanding salesman, Mr. Rick Silverman. A true gentleman and a rare breed nowadays. The level of service, patience and compassion Rick has had with us over the years is incomparable. Rick will find you the vehicle you are looking for, Ford or not. We’ve bought a BMW, a Volkswagen and the latest addition to our growing family, a Ford truck. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and utmost kindness Rick!
I’m not one to usually post reviews, but the experience I had purchasing a new vehicle here with my salesman Collin Smith was outstanding! They were able to workout what I needed to do in order for me to get into a bigger car loan and actually made it seem like they cared! 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a new or used car. Collin was as professional as can be all while still being as friendly as possible. I will definitely be coming back and sending friends there when I need a new car and I’ll be asking for Collin!
AWFUL. Complete bait and switch. Dishonest. Don’t waste your time with these losers at Camelback Lincoln.
Awesome! People are friendly and Carlos in the Parts Department was amazing to work with!
Just bought a Navigator from Rick Silverman. He was great to work with. He made it so easy and the process was smooth from start to finish. He went over every feature and was patient with me. I really appreciated that they had the car ready to go in the showroom so that it was nice and cool when he went over everything. Lincoln is first class all the way!
Absolutely the BEST car buying experience EVER! Rick and Chandlar treated us like royalty the entire way through the process. They took care of EVERYTHING for us. Literally. EVERYTHING. It was truly the funnest time buying a car. No haggling, no pressure, no bait and switch. Just straight up honesty and transparency with a whole lot of working for the benefit of the buyer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAMELBACK LINCOLN! Theyve got a repeat customer in me, for sure!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
On Friday, we dropped our son off at the airport with his luggage, and my husband didnt realize that he had two large bags, so pushed the button to close the hatch just as our son was pulling his bag out. Of course, he stopped the descent of the hatch with his hand, then closed it himself. When I got back into the car, an alarm was sounding which we were unable to turn off, in spite of consulting the manual. We made our way to your dealership on Camelback at around 10:30 a.m., were directed to the service drive-through, and even though the employee working there was occupied with another customer, he immediately summoned two other young men who came right out, helped my husband out of the car in order to sit in the drivers seat, politely ignored our barking dog, then opened the hood and disconnected the battery. Reconnecting it after a couple of minutes did the trick....no more alarm. They proved to be concerned and compassionate, plus able to deal with the problem quickly, and we feel badly that we did not get their names, so we just want you to know that we were very impressed with your good service.
I was looking at full size suvs online and found a great deal on a 2018 nissan armada. Price was great, customer service was fine, and the purchase process went as smooth as it could. I test drove the car sat 2/20/21 and everything was perfect with the exception of the windshield wipers being dry rotted, hanging from the blades. Told the salesperson Shayne about it and he said the vehicle hadnt gone through the mechanic yet and they would replace them along with new tires, oil change, and front end alignment. I was told the vehicle would be ready for pickup monday 2/22.Now the problems start. I went to drop off the rest of my deposit monday afternoon and was told the mechanics would be done with it that day but they would not have time to detail it. That was fine, except I was not able to pick up the vehicle until 5:30pm the next day! Apparently I wasnt a priority. My major complaint is that I was in such a hurry to get the car home after waiting all day that I didnt notice that the wiper blades were not replaced and not only did they not replace the tires all 4 are mismatched. If you buy a used car here make sure to check if they actually do what they say they are going to do before driving off the lot!
The customer service is amazing. I always feel very cared for when I come here. Just ask for Jacob for the realist customer care you will ever experience as he is just such a real person and it shows he loves helping people.
Spoke to Chandlar Over the phone! He provided great information about the Lincoln I was looking at!
I bought a 2015 BMW from this dealership more than 2 months ago. The buying experience itself was very good and I got a very reasonable trade-in value for my old car. I do really love the car I purchased. HOWEVER, as part of my purchase agreement, the dealership was supposed to send me a check for half the price of a new key (since the bmw only came with one). It has been 2.5 months and I still have yet to receive the check or even be able to get ahold of anyone to talk about it. EVERY time I call and try to speak to someone in the finance department, I get sent to voicemail. Once, I asked for Leslie, the used car manager, and I explained what happened and she responded with an “oh shoot” and then, without saying anything else, transferred me to finance where I left ANOTHER voicemail. I have yet to have anyone call back on any of the 3 voicemails I’ve left.UPDATE: I had someone reach out to me after I left this review and I’ve received the check that was promised to me.
I bought a 2020 Lincoln Navigator from Collin Smith! They made negotiating pricing as easy as possible. To make everything better they even delivered my new Navigator straight to my office and took my trade out of my hands. If you’re interested in a new Lincoln ask for Collin!
Awesome service team and quality trusted work. Thank you Micheal and Jacob for providing Gold standard Lincoln owner experience.
Chandlar Made buying a new car effortless and easy!
The whole service department is amazing! I have had 4 major issues repaired/replaced and the mechanics and service advisors did an outstanding job 👏 Thank you!
I purchased a 2019 Expedition Max from Camelback Lincoln on October 29th. When we went to test drive the vehicle the low tire indicator was on so we had to take the vehicle in the back with the sales agent to get the tire filled. We decided to purchase the vehicle and after everything was said and done at 9pm we went to close the tailgate with the button on the back and it didnt work and was given 1 key. Over the next few days, we noticed that the tailgate button would only sometimes work. Then I went to pick up my father and went to unlock the door from inside the vehicle and the lock/unlock button didnt work. I had to use the key fob in order to unlock the doors from the drivers seat. Then a day or two later the same tire was low. I have asked Cambelback Lincoln to provide me with a second key at no cost especially since all the trouble I had with my new to me vehicle which all occurred in less than 1.5 weeks of owning the vehicle. Shouldnt all of these mechanical issues have been checked and resolved prior to them putting it out on the lot??? Of course they have declined to give me a second key and told me I had to have negotiated that prior to the sale being final and while I understand that, I was unaware there was only one key until I was handed the key after all the paperwork was signed at 9PM. My vehicle has now been in the shop since November 11th, 2 more days and theyll have had it for a week. They provided me with a car that smells of smoke and does not fit the car seats for my three children. While the sales people were great the night of the sale, the sales managers have really left a bad impression as I do not feel they are doing the right thing.
Collin was wonderful to work with! He knows his Lincoln Product very well, I think you have to have a PhD to learn all these features and yet he still walked us through everything! I’d give more than 5-stars if I could. If you want a new Lincoln call into the dealership and ask for Collin Smith and he will take great care of you.- RW
I recently had a great experience purchasing a car at Camelback Lincoln in Phoenix, Arizona.Rick Silverman is wonderful to deal with and exceptional at what he does.He went far above and beyond in every conceivable way.He was patient and I never felt like I was being rushed into making a decision. I felt valued and respected. Rick is extremely knowledgeable about the cars, the business and the process as a whole. He is exceptional at what he does, his work ethic and honesty is very apparent. It was simply the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.Thank you Rick!
Worst customer service we have ever experience. We thought it was because of the pandemic, however when you never get a return call. Had to call numerous times during the day and no one knew what was happening with our deal. Still not satisfied with the new car purchase due to the contract was to pay off old car, it didn’t happen. Plus other extras were not completed.
Traditionally, I do not look forward to buying a new car. While it can be exciting, in my experience, it’s also cumbersome and disruptive. Until recently at Camelback Lincoln. Courtesy of Rick Silverman, I quickly located a vehicle I really liked, got a find out on my trade and am now driving my new Lincoln navigator.I’m thrilled! Kudos and complements to Rick and Camelback Lincoln!
If you are looking to invest in a new car, there is really only one sales associate you should go to: Rick Silverman. Rick is knowledgeable, personable and patient. He goes out of his way to make everyone feel like his number one client. Thanks Rick!
Was in town visiting. wanted my levels and tires checked before driving home. they looked at it, gave it a wash all for free. exceptional service
So far this has been the most painful car buying process I have ever been through. I have been working with two different sales people, one who completely stopped communicating with me, and another who is so scattered brained that I can’t even keep track of what he is saying. I want to buy a car that they can get for me, yet getting to a deal is like pulling fingernails. The system is broken. Good god.
Fantastic experience. Rick Silverman was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and all-around a good guy. Driving off the lot in a brand new Lincoln and could not be happier. Would recommend this dealership and particularly Rick Silverman to anyone looking for a great new car. Top notch from start to finish .
The only place Ive found thats willing to work with you.
These men and women will fight tooth and nail to get you where you need to be. I had nothing but the best help here and with what little I was bringing to the table, they really did everything in their power. If There were more options for stars it would be 10 STARS. Thanks Mitch, Raul, Salif, Matt, and the rest!
Best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Rick Silverman went above-and-beyond to find us the car we wanted in Albuquerque, drove out there himself to pick it up when shippers were hard to find during covid-19. Then installed our options, delivered it to our door. Most professional, personalable car salesman we weve ever met. Highly recommended!!
Rick Silverman took care of me and my family as if we were his own. Camelback Ford and Lincoln really are about the customer. Thank you guys Ill look forward to servicing my vehicle there.
Bought a new Nautilus last week and a MKC this week. Ive bought many new Fords and Lincolns from the dealership over the last 6 years and always feel Ive received excellent value for my money. The service department has been great also.
Rick Silverman was absolutely wonderful to work with. With outstanding customer service and a vast amount of knowledge, Rick went above and beyond to help us purchase our vehicle. He accommodated all our needs in order to maximize our entire buying experience. Thank you again Rick for taking such great care of us and we love our Navigator!- Dane, Ruby & Che J.
Was already pre-approved for 35.000 11 percent apr I asked them if they could beat the deal they didnt even wanna show me the truck no test drive no numbers didnt tell me any offers wanted to run my credit and then told me she couldnt even sell me the truck.... ohwell waste of time
Alexis was AMAZNG! She far exceeded my expectations of the car buying experience! We looked at multiple cars, test drove, she answered all of my questions, and I walked away with a great deal and everything taken care of! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Great Service
RICK SILVERMAN WAS MY SALESMAN AND WOWWWW HE WAS AMAZING . HE REALLY WENT OVER WHAT I WANTED AND MET MY NEEDS . HE TOOK REALLY GOOD CARE OF ME EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY OVER THERE. THANKS TO RICK, FINANCE, & EVERYONE. I WILL ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AT CAMELBACK FORD .
If I could have given it half a star they would have gotten that. I went there for a certain advertised car and I even called on my way that I was coming to see that car and received a great, cant wait to see you. Low and behold I get there and Im told the car had been sold last night. Long story short they tired to get me into something more expensive and less equipment then jerked me around with some other offers. I left and told as many people as I knew what they did to me. I will never set foot back there even if they told me they were giving me a car for free. It wouldnt be there when I got there anyhow.
I had the worst experience at this dealership. Though my original sales representative was great, the condescending manager who came and bullied me about wanting to speak with my husband, telling me what does my husband have to do with this, was absolutely degrading, rude and by all means inconsiderate. Then, the vehicle I came to see, was dirty, apparently returned.. not even sure if it was there when I contacted them 2 hours before I came down. This all on a used vehicle, that I was interested in and drove 30 miles to this dealership. I purchased a brand new vehicle 4 days later from a dealership a mile from my house.
Was referred to this service department. Absolutely painful. 3 hours for an oil change and new key. Car came back even dirtier than when I brought it in.
Great experience with having an oil change and recalled items replaced. Overall the service people that handled my car were great. It looked fabulous after as well.
Service Advisor JP is an amazing person and I had no idea that in going to pick up my car from service that I’d leave with tears —not of anger or frustration like you’d think, but of the kindness and generosity shown to me and my family at Christmas time. I will not retell the back story here, but I have never had a company ever do anything *for me* until now... wow. We will gladly be lifelong customers of Camelback Lincoln due to their unexpected kindness to our family. Thank you so much JP. What a guy and what a company.
Helpful staff except for one bald guy that works there. He walked up to me. He seemed angry n said something I just ignored him and drove home with a car
BEWARE THE UNDERWRITING PROCESS!!Thought it was good til i found out the hard way you cheated me out of gap. Was told i had it and it was removed at last minute. Now 2 years later your team continues to contact me to buy another car, after i told multiple advocates to leave me alone and take my number off your prospects list. You like to remind me how you cheated me, so i figured i would let anyone else know too.
Showed to buy a truck listed at 25k and somehow when we went to run the numbers the out the door price jumped to 36k. What a joke. The excuse was that wasn’t the “actual” price of the truck? Then why was it listed at that? They later listed it at 30k. Huge waste of time for my first experience with this place.
I would recommend this Dealership to anyone who is looking to get a new or used car. The sales professional I worked with was very transparent and patient with us. I read through some of these reviews and my guess is that the people with negative reviews were uneducated in car buying and had unrealistic expectations. Probably wanting top dollar for their trade and wanting to pay well below value on what the car they were buying was and was hit with reality when they arrived (probably a bunch of snowflakes if you ask me).
My daughter went to look at a car and the people their was very helpful. They was happy . i will tell everyone to go there and buy a car.
They are cool. never really give you deal but they are honest. and once a guy let me ride this lift up to my car to get a prescription i needed out of it.
Customer service professionals,!
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! This place is a SCAM. They pulled the old BAIT AND SWITCH trick and nobody seemed to have a problem with it, including the sales manager. I had a specific car in mind I was looking at and since the dealer is located about 20 minutes from where I work I made sure to call and see if they still had the car I wanted. I get there and the games start. They conveniently just sold the car I had called and asked about. I literally called and headed out. 20 minutes later it was gone. I set an appointment with Thomas and spoke to him saying I was headed that way. When I got there he was nowhere to be found. So they sent me to a different salesman whose name I forgot. He tried to show me other cars that were not comparable to the one I wanted. Talked to the boss and he continued the nonsense of the car literally just sold. Come on. Weve all been to the dealership to buy a car and we all know it isnt gone and off the lot in 20 minutes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!
You guys ripped my son off!!!26% interest SERIOUSLY.
Made it very difficult to buy a car. They kept on putting price higher and higher. I had to visit them multiple times and they would not sell me the car i wanted. Go to Bell Ford. I went there and came out driving the same car I wanted and it was much cheaper and way better customer service.
Bought a used car here a few months back. They tried to tack on some extra reconditioning fees which were not included in the posted sale price. They said it was stuff like detailing, new tires, etc. This should all be included in the posted sale price, but they used this tactic to keep their online price low to get people in the door. I almost didnt notice them before we shook on the deal. I was able to get them to remove some of those fees, but had to settle with paying for some of them. Pretty scummy practice from a supposed luxury car dealer. Then the finance guy tried to sell me all kinds of extras and warranties, but I suppose thats just par for the course. All in all it wasnt a great experience.
My husband and I purchased a car and had the worst experience ever. They showed us the vehicle in the back, knowing we were coming, didn’t have the car cleaned (even though it had been on the market for 17 days), and it had a flat tire. We left empty handed with the promise of it being delivered two days later. Two days later and we made four calls over a four hour time frame with no delivery time. They finally said it will be there by 3 pm. Low and behold...3 pm rolls around and no car. It is now almost 7 pm and no vehicle. Half tempted to report it stolen. I will never buy from here again and do not recommend.
Such great sales people and management, they really know what theyre doing. I am a repeat costumer and am happy to continue doing business
I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Camelback lincoln and got a wonderful deal. Before visiting the dealership I also read some reviews on google and saw the negative things being said, so I wasnt optimistic. I highly recommend that you ask to work with Eric Prendergast and his team. They went above and beyond to get me to the purchase price I was comfortable with. They even addressed an issue with the car itself I wasnt happy with. Thank you Eric, Taylor and even the owner Matthew for all you did for my family and I to feel comfortable with our purchase.
Went in full of hope to purchase a vehicle. Then I was foolish enough to go around 730pm and then test drove and decided I wanted the vehicle. The general manager of the location said I will put this in back to ensure we dont sell this since we agreed upon a price and down payment. I was then waiting all day for a call back from the dealership all to hear Im sorry Ive been busy. Looks like its approved and ready to be taken the finance manager got us the deal.I say Im off work in 2 hours & I kid you not 10 minutes later I get told the vehicle has sold sorry we can get you into another vehicle same cost since your already approved. I mentioned I was unable to get a ride and would shoot for Tuesday to come in. I came into the dealership again and was told that the vehicle I wanted was available and then I signed a paper for the deal. I advise I will be working till 6 and then drop by afterwards to get the vehicle. This was at 10am in the morning vehicle should have been sold to me. I get a message from Robert Kirkwood the sales person after 6pm stating the vehicle sold. Is there any time we can get you in to the dealership to sign paperwork and get you into a vehicle. I felt so stupid actually giving another chance to sucker me in. I would highly recommend against the dealership. This is really the old school sales techniques theyre using trying to sucker you in. Just know youve been warned.
Man, let me tell you, if I could give this place 10 stars for customer service theyd get it! There is no place on earth I would rather spend my free time driving to to get my back up camera fixed every other week for the last 6 months. Im always greeted so kindly through gritted teeth when I excitedly announce, Im back again as I skip through the pearly gates of Camelback Lincoln heaven! But I love to have my cake and eat it too and the service center makes sure not to disappoint. They must have known that my favorite car scent is Eau de Fish aka dead fish odor because they left my trunk open on a rainy day. The water that accumulated in the spare tire well made for a delightful Friday night. I had the joy of spending a majestic evening scrubbing out the elegant aroma and mold encrusted carpeting in the trunk of my car. If Im lucky when I return to them again next week to have my defective back up camera looked at they will whisper sweet nothings into my ear about how there is nothing they can do. They sure know how to treat a lady. I have a feeling this is the beginning of a beautiful romance ❤
Dont buy here. General sales manager was caught trying to charge for things they did not provide (padding the bill). On top of that the items were overpriced. 500 dollar window tinting? Geez! I brought it up thinking he would take it off. Nope. Said he wanted to make money. Charge a fair price for goods and provide the actual goods charged for and you can make money. Guess he thought me a fool. Ill never shop here or their neighbor Camelback Ford. Dont make the same mistake and waste your time here.
Jacob at camelback Lincoln was great to work with! Even when I called to make the appt everyone was very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend camelback Lincoln! They fixed my car in a couple days and gave me a nice loaner car!
Great service
Went for an oil change and 30K service check. I add tire rotation. They were short handed. Okay that happens, but when I left there I wasnt but a mile away on the freeway and my tire pressure light went off. At first I didnt know what that meant, however did call and they kept saying they dont know Mazda although I purchased the car from them. Not happy with the service.
Friendly, effcient and timely! Thank you Michael for such a great experience!!
This place is a SCAM!!!! Very bad Customer service!!! They get you in saying they have the car in stock to get your information without actually having the car in stock. They never had the car I asked for but when I talk on the phone they said they did. Be aware and don’t waste your time . They don’t even deserve one star !!!
I was in the market to purchase a Lincoln back at the end of July. I contacted camelback Lincoln but didnt have the vehicle I was looking for so I went to Sanderson Lincoln.Ive asked Camelback Lincoln reps to STOP contacting me numerous times but here it is, December and I got a voicemail on the 7th and the 12th. STOP the predatory tactics! I purchased my vehicle almost 5 months ago elsewhere and I am NOT going to come back.My purchase at Sanderson was seamless and easy, no predatory sales tactics, listened to what I wanted and let me do my thing. NO PRESSURE! I was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted and gave my information all in less than an hour. They called me when my financing was in place and I went back, signed and off to work I went. That is how it should be, seamless with no haggling and STRESS FREE! So for the last time, please stop calling me.
Wish I would have read the reviews before walking in this place. Complete scam. I was unwilling to make a decision the night of test driving a vehicle and due to that the finance manager started getting very short and angry with me to the point that I had to walk out. They have no clue on customer service. Totally disrespectful. If you like hostage negotiations this place is for you.
Friendly staff, good selection.
I was pre-qualified for a loan but instead of leaving it at that they said they had to check it again which made no sense but I agreed no knowing they would send it out to 20 different companies each one pulled a report. Then they kept sending out my information after I left without making a deal. My credit monitoring shows they checked it without my permission today. This dealership is unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone ever!
Amazing people and facility. Service is top notch.
I drove over an hour to be told Damar is with someone else and I would need to come back to have my car appraised. I drove over an hour for an appointment I made the same day. What a waist of time. Poor service and rude sales team
Jacob in the service department 5 star service
The 2018 MKZ I purchased from Camelback Lincoln may be my favorite car ever. It is perfect for me! However, after experiencing the Camelback Lincoln service department on Friday, October 12, I will never return.First, the waiting area is quite outdated. This could be overlooked but it is also not being maintained. The coffee counter looked like it had been vandalized, the coffee machine looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long, long time, especially the clear bin the held the beans, and almost everything was out. Both powdered creamer and sugar were empty and no water bottles. Powdered creamer is awful, but the container being empty, the sugar being empty, and the fridge that probably is intended to hold bottled water being empty, tells me the customer coffee center is not being restocked or maintained properly. This is not acceptable for any dealership, much less Lincoln. My real beef was that I was charged over $100 to deodorize the AC on a brand new Lincoln in for its very first service. When I brought the car in I told the service writer there was a foul moldy odor coming from the AC, he told me it was a $109 service, and I did sign the service agreement, but I honestly did not expect to pay it. After all, this is a brand new Lincoln, barely weeks old, and the AC smells bad, so it should not be a customer responsibility, at least not the first time. My 2017 MKZ purchased from another Phoenix Lincoln dealer had the same issue and that dealer performed the same service without fee, so I was stunned that it was actually charged on this one. If a brand new Lincoln has foul smelling AC in the first few weeks on the road, that should not be the customer paying, and a different Phoenix dealer has no problem fixing it when they sell a new car.I told the cashier I did not want to pay for this service, but he insisted that I had agreed to the charge and Camelback had performed the service, so he refused to make any adjustment. I told him directly that I would pay the $109 but if I did, I would never return. I used those exact words -- I would not ever return if I had to pay that fee. He did not consult a manager, but decided on his own it was better for Camelback Lincoln to charge me and let a 50 year old with 30 more years of car buying ahead to walk out the door over $109 service. I do not believe it was unreasonable to expect not-moldy-smelling AC during the first two months of owning a new Lincoln, nor do I believe it is unreasonable to expect deodorizing to be complimentary when the foul smell starts so soon after taking delivery. There are other Lincoln dealers in the Valley, and they offer much better service after the sale than this one.
They told me they had the deal done and that I just had to wait for the GMs approval the next morning. They told me Id get a call first thing in the morning either way. Waited until a couple hours after they opened heard nothing. Started calling and trying to get a straight answer on whether or not I was getting the car or not. Got the run around all day until literally a half hour before they closed I finally called again. I didnt get a single call from them even though I was told multiple times I would besides and accidental call where they guy asked for someone else then asked me if I ended up getting the car i wanted. Wouldnt want to go through it again and wouldnt wish it upon anyone else.
: - ) great store, great people. super happy
Started my search online. Found a car advertised that I liked, contacted the Internet sales manager and went down to see him in person. He said he would get me numbers. the next day i did not hear from him and then he finally returned my call and said they cant lease 2018 new cars as the 2019 new cars are already out. (the first lie)I didnt believe him so i called another dealership. They informed me that was wrong but the car i was looking at had a recall and they could lease the car but not make delivery until car was repaired. Called back Camelback Lincoln and talked to Sean, Assistant Sales Mgr, he confirmed yes they can lease and deliver car when repaired. I told them to work up numbers. Please keep in mind, the deal on the internet was $305/mth and the only terms i was changing was going from 10miles a year to 15k miles a year. A sales rep I had not been working with but under the direction of the Asst. Sale MGR came back to me with a monthly payment of $900+/mnth. I could not believe they had the audacity to present that to me. He said the $305 was for financing (second lie) Everyone know monthly payments are higher with financing compared to leasing. Suffice it to say i got up and left disgustedToday I decided to call Herb, the General Manager of the Store. Kind of assumed the mentality i had experienced spreaded from the top down. Thought he would at least honor the $305 deal. He didnt. He said they cant lease the car until they can make delivery....and that the sales people werent lying...interesting. I asked if you cant lease you had no problem coming up with a $900 lease figure on Saturday.......I also informed him that i had been working with his staff for over a week and the ad was still up. Herb informed me that the ad was done by corporate and out of his control. Hmmmm, the two cars advertised were exactly the two cars they had on their lot and he then mentioned he would have the ad taken down immediately. He also offered to explain how the payment went from 300 to 900. I said why? You said you cant lease the car until it was repaired and he mentioned with 100% confidence that the $300 program would not be there in a month when the car is repaired. If you are one that enjoys the stereotypical car dealership game, then Camelback Lincoln is your place. For me, I prefer the more honest and ethical approach. #camelbacklincoln,
Great service, honest and respectful truly helpful and full of insight. Suggest this establishment for new and used vehicles.
Purchased an accessory product for my car and was disappointed with the lack of product knowledge and reluctance of the service & parts department to offer any help or to assist in returning the part after finding out it wasnt compatible with my car! A TOTAL waste of time & pathetic customer service, what a joke!
They listened to me with great respect and solved my problem. They are my heroes!
Shaddy dealership with horrible sales department, no such thing as internet sales here. Everyone gets regular sales department and have to fight for the right price. Its all about ### not the sales price. Complete bs.
Nothing but the run around. After haggling with them for two days we got a deal done. Four days later they called and said they couldn’t do the deal as structured. This dealership is a waste of time.
Very friendly service department.
Had a terrible experience with this place. Dishonest people 😕
Do not trust these sales people. They add overpriced things and claim they are already on the car so they are unable to remove the cost from the purchase price. Lies!!!!
Dont go there...I went there 2 week ago they agreed on a price and then refused. What manager said was”I decide the price not the sales agent” and just refused for the price which they just agreed with.
Friendly, Helpful, Comfortable, Quick, Easy:)

Worst place to get a car. Customer service is the worse. They gave us a car with a bad battery and took the floor mats when I went to pick up the car. Take your business elsewhere
