I BBC had an issue right after purchasing a Kia motors product from a Toyota dealership. That dealership told me they wouldn’t fix it, sad as it is I half way understand due to the manufacture defects/ warranties. I went to a Kia dealership in Scottsdale and they were rude and offered no real solutions or help. They had told me that it would be several hours to even have my new car looked at. I went to the Kia dealership on 22nd street and bell, Ken Garff Kia. My service adviser was awesome, promised me that he would have an answer for me in 2 hours. No more than 2 hours later he called and verified the issues that the Toyota dealership had told me. John, my service adviser then proceeded to get me a loaner car while mine was in the shop. I was under the impression they couldn’t do any kind of loaner vehicle due to the COVID pandemic. This dealership and the service team went above and beyond to get me back into the car I had purchased. After the new part came in John called me and told me what was going on when I should expect to be able to get my vehicle back. Sure enough the day projected to get me back into my car was met! They were awesome and handled the situation above what I expected. They’re awesome! Thank you again for all your help!
I had my car emission for tag renewal and was notified of 2 factory recalls. When calling the dealership to discuss the issue, I was notified of 4 not two to my surprise. We made an appointment to have all corrected and I was most impressed with the action and attentiveness I received when I arrived for the appointment. When I picked the car up, the advisor, Idriss Smith, took the time to go over each issue and explain what was done and why. I would absolutely recommend Ken Garff Kia Bell Road service department.
Todd and Paul were great, no pressure or nonsense salesmen that answered my questions and helped clarify terms and options. I got a higher amount for my trade in than expected. Finance was kind and friendly as well. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is it took more than 2 hours from start to finish.
Just bought a new Niro from here and had a great experience! Glenn was a great salesman and made me feel very comfortable. Steven in finance was also awesome and helped me get to a price I was comfortable with. I love my new car, especially the gas mileage!

I went in on a recall for HE CU unit the procedure took about an hour and 15 minutes to replace, the associate that helped me was very polite and kept me informed of the progress however when they returned to my very clean car that was washed. I found that my radio station had been changed it wasnt just my station it was changed from Sirius XM to a local radio station. The tech should not be messing with my radio
Very accommodating. Took my car in for a couple recall items and they called me back that my catalytic converter was bad and it was under warranty. They arranged for a rental until the part came in at no cost. Car was completed in the quoted timeframe and they even cleaned my car inside and out free of charge. Great service the way its supposed to be!!!
Great experience with Chuck at Ken Garff KIA. After visiting other locations closer to home (and feeling completely taken advantage of) I decided to go back to visit Chuck who sold me my first KIA. His sales tactics are fair and he is transparent with you. The team was friendly and had me in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours with a new Sorento. Chuck went above and beyond and he now has a customer for life.

This was the first time I tried to call what formally was Earnhardt for service. I called five different times never had anyone in service pick up the phone. All I wanted to schedule it was an oil change I suppose that means I need to look elsewhere for service on my 2021 Kia Sportage.
Just another car dealer.I drove up. Lot was empty maybe 7 cars and only 3-4 that I would look at.Salesman runs out all big smiles and no mask. I ask when next shipment is coming in. He says they sold 27 cars in the last 2 days. So I said will be back when there are more cars to look at. He says let me get you a card before you leave. He comes out with a post it note paper with the dealership name and his name and a phone number. AND some older guy, a mgr. to add his 2 cents. Bring out the big guns if salesman cant get customer to do something. OH HOW I LOVE THE WAY THEY SELL CARS...........
Motor blower went out.. took 3 weeks to get part. Paid rental for me, but rental was NO WHERE like my car.. but that’s on the rental company. You would imagine with the 900 they paid for a rental they would pay to improve delivery of parts….. or at least have them stocked..James was the person who took care of me through the process (forget what their position is called). He’s always a pleasure! Very responsive, polite, and kept me updated when I called every week.

Jason was excellent in customer care and upfront and clear about the charges and services rendered on my car. I had some concerns after seeing new owners of the dealership but everything was top notch.
After having issues at multiple other dealerships, we were able to put a deposit down on the car we wanted in the color we wanted and the trim we wanted and we waited for it to come in for approx 2 weeks. Once it arrived, they called us and asked for some Info over the phone to speed up the process so when I got there I did a test drive and went straight to financing. Dealerships now a days are hard to work with, but my husband and I had a great experience with Ken Garff.

Two only because our sales rep was really friendly and helpful. As a cash buyer definitely felt a shady financing up sell drive with price plus on used vehicles. Can’t you just give us the price when we ask? Bad vibe so we walked and got a way better car and deal on Carvana ( cool experiment with zero hassle) the next day.

This Kia dealer is the best, they did exactly what was requested, John our service advisor called and informed us of a few other repairs that was needed, which we knew were due, he quoted us a price which we approved. When we went to pick up our vehicle the price was lower than expected, the car was ready, had been washed, and John was very polite and honest. Thank you for great service.

My experience this morning was excellent. John, my service advisor, got my car serviced and I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours and my car had been washed and buffed and looking good. John explained to me what all had been done and what I should expect on the next visit. Couldnt ask for a better service advisor. Thank you John!!
Man what a great experience here! I came in with a trade in and wanted to grab a Kia Optima! We had John as our salesman and it was such a pleasure to work him! There was no hassle and we were in and out within a hour and a half! No back and forth stuff like other dealerships! Once we were done with John we went to the finance department and had Christian as our finance guy! Another easy process and no pressure! Mark my words once we get another Kia we are going back here because they made the process so easy! I have been to other dealerships that haven’t treated me to well because of tattoos and stuff but i felt welcomed here and they treated my wife and i so good! If you are in the market for a new car i would highly recommend this dealership!!
I was VERY pleased to find out that my extended warranty covered 3 major fixes to my Kia Soul - motor mounts, a/c compressor, and bushings (for just $100 fee). What a relief! The service center was very helpful and courteous, and just a pleasure to deal with.
I had excellent experience at Ken Garff Kia! I will be recommending them to everyone I meet and will always take my Kia Sorento there for any service I need. My engine malfunctioned and wouldn’t work but thanks to Jason White he was able to get it taken care so easily and got me into a rental quickly. I appreciate everyone there so much! I should off read some off the bad reviews before buying. Looking at some of the reviews Im not the first one this has happen too.. Msrp was one price. But when i went into finance they change my Msrp on my contract by $2000.00. They dont clearly add it to youre contract like most dealers do. They change the Msrp and dont give you the sticker price that comes with the car so you wont catch it. When i caught the error a couple days later. I contacted the sale manager and he said i already gave you a military discount do you want the car or not. After waiting for the car this long and needing the car. I still drove off the lot and across to quick trip because they didnt even fill it up with gas like they promised.
Right now, with the supply chain at a virtual stop, you do not want to visit this dealer. They are adding from $2,000.00 to $8,000.00 to the sticker price of all new vehicles, and by new I mean 21s. They are price gouging and even though I was a cash customer they still added $2,000.00 to the MSRP.Well, I bought the Kia Sorrento but I will not ever go back to this dealership for any reason whatsoever!Shame on Ken Garff, whomever he is!
If I could I would give 0 stars. If you take the time to read all their reviews(on yelp) you will quickly find that their team and sales manager like to argue with customers. They wont take ownership on their misleading sales practices, poor customer service, and lack of care for the customers they help. I feel that its my part to help others and save them the stress, drama, and horrible experience.I refuse to engage/reply to any of their team on here to entertain their poor habits. I was really thankful that they were able to work on my car the same day. I called different locations but they were booked for two or more weeks! Everything was great! It was took a little too long...too long but I was satisfied with the service. I would go back even tho it is far from my place.
Check engine light was on, so I made an appointment to come in. Was pretty sure I just needed an oil change. They confirmed the light was a “History log”, and that all they needed to do was change my oil and do a couple quick Recalls (they said it should all take about 15m). Took 2.5 hours total. The person who helped me was extremely courteous and nice, but I still feel they should do a much better job communicating timelines (I would have left and come back if I knew an Oil change took 2.5h).

Customer service at this dealership left much to be desired. They did not provide me with a ride (not a rental, just a ride) while they worked on my car and gave me bad updates which caused me to take multiple ride shares unneedfully to and from the dealership. I always had to call to get an update also as they pretty much never reached out to me. An appointment that was supposed to take 1 to 3 hours ended up taking 3 days, as they ordered the wrong parts. The repairs were also very expensive, this I kind of expected but in conjunction with the rest of the issues I feel it was pertinent to point it out. If you have another option to take your car somewhere else and its decent, I would do so.
First time taking my car for an oil change at Ken Garff Kia since it changed from Earnhardt Kia. Earnhardt had always been great with my car for many years. My first time at Ken Garff, I got my car back with 2 foot long cracks in the windshield. They said I brought it in that way, but there is no way I would be driving my car with those kinda cracks in the windshield. My oil change ended up costing me $400 cuz I had to replace the windshield. Not impressed at all.
Our salesman, Stephen Dyer did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable about the car and presented to us by showing the features and the benefits to us. He worked very hard to see that the transaction was flawless.Our finance manager, Christian, had a great personality and shared the same professionalism as Stephen. Clearly the Earnhardt family promotes this high caliper of people in there organization. I would definitely buy another car from Earnhardt Kia, and plan to share with others our great experience!

Waited 5 hours for my vehicle to be looked at. Was never given an update during that time. I used to take my vehicle here when it was owned by Earnhardt, customer service was great. The new ownership is obviously a factor and I would recommend choosing another Kia service dealer.
I went in after having found out I needed a new positive battery terminal. My vehicle is a 2007 so they no longer make the same one anymore, I was not financially in a position to pay $500-600 dollars for a new one. My service advisor had the mechanic come out and check to see if he could bo anything with the old one, he assessed and said he would repair the old one to make it work. Thanks to these 2 gentleman I came out $78.50 and one happy customer. Just go to show you not all dealerships are about ripping the customer off.

I took my new 2021 kia to get my first oil change and later that day I went to go to the store only to find a puddle of oil under my car.I called them and they said to bring it back for a Hot Case the following Saturday.After finding the puddle getting bigger I decided to investigate and found the oil drain bolt was barely on!I will never take my car there for any reason!Get some real mechanics that know what theyre doing!
Had my car serviced there originally to check to see why my backup camera was black but turns out my car had two recalls for a system update so they scheduled me all together at 7:30 and got out at 1pm my representative was great about picking my car up but my car was sitting in the parking lot for sometime and didn’t even know it was done I had to almost demand my keys back to leave and turns out I didn’t even have a backup camera so originally a 1-2 wait on a computer update took 5 1/2 hours hope I don’t have to go back any time soon.

Service was decent I gave three stars because I took my vehicle in to get an oil change at this location about 2 months ago or so and was told that I needed an alignment. I was quoted a price and told that the price would be a one time charge and that they would do my alignments no charge from then on. So I saved the money to do the alignment with my oil change just to find out (from the same tech as before) that they were not going to hold to what they said about the no charge alignments. And this was AFTER I PAYED!! I left very disappointed
The work done was quickly, and hopefully good quality. But after leaving, I noted the window sticker gave a 5000 mile/6 month oil change interval. KIA, in their owners manual, TO COMPLY WITH THEIR WARRANTY, recommends a 7500 mile/12 month interval. I called and pointed this out to the service adviser. He didnt know what the Kia recommendations were. And he tried making other invalid lame excuses. I will rely on Kias knowledge of their car rather than some sketchy half-baked service person. What this does is double the oil change service business the dealership does. AND it costs the vehicle owner twice as much. READ THE OWNERS MANUAL AND KNOW THE RECOMMENDED INTERVALS. Dont fall for the scam from this dealership. I wont be back. I like the car bought elsewhere. Note that Garff is a new owner of this dealership and the vast majority of reviews are likely from the former owner Earnhardt.

I have always been 100% satisfied until now. The service and people could not be better. Problem? Cost. $75 for an oil change is ridicules. They used to issue coupons to return customers but they tell me no more coupons. Simple .. no coupon .. no customer
A traumatizing experience is putting this mildly.They cancelled the sale contract and had sold my trade-in before getting my credit approved by the bank. They wanted me to lie and make up fake companies to convince the bank to approve my credit.So they left me and my family with no job, no car and with just $1,500 in our pocket for the trade-in.I wish no one has to go through this same experience. People beware of the shady business practices this dealership engages in. I hope KIA would realize it and do something about it.
Really good experience! I needed quite a bit of maintenance work on my Sorento and my service rep. Jason was great! I threw him a curve with some additional work that needed to be done. He took it all in stride, communicated really well with me throughout the process, and got me out the door when I needed to be. I highly recommend Ken Garf Kia for all things Kia!

The staff was rude & assumptive from the beginning. From there the experience felt like a sales pitch rather than an effort to take care of the recall. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half, but it took four hours. Never had a call or any communication to explain why. 0/10 would recommend taking a vehicle here.

We had an excellent experience with Earnhardt Kias service department. We were on a 2800 mile road trip, over 1000 miles away from home, when our check engine light came on, on our 2022 Kia, only purchased (in Texas) about 2 months prior. I called three Phoenix-area dealerships, and Earnhardt was the only one that was willing to help us out and make a special exception to get us in with a service tech in less than 24 hours.Our service advisor, James, and the technician (I failed to catch his name), took great care of us. We had a 7 am appointment at the dealership and were back on the road less than 3 hours later!

Dishonest DealershipI have purchased over 25 cars in my life time and never have I felt the blatant dishonesty from a dealership than Ken Garff KiA.I went in on a advertised price on a car, after testing driving the vehicle and ready to buy this car for the advertised Price, they said there is additional cost, which increase the price by $4000.00. They claim that it is in the fine print on the ad. But I could not find it any where on the online ad and they could not show that to me online either. they produced two printed out flyers with the disclaimer on the second sheet with their company policy claiming they always do a dealership add on and they claim its a Ken Garff Policy on every used car they sell. I feel they baited me to come down to the dealership and when I was ready to buy at their advertised price, they jacked up the price. They wasted my time. That is a bad business practice. I will never do business with a Ken Garff Dealership.

Had the worst experience. The sales guy greeted us right outside the dealership in scorching heat. Discussed the details about the car, price range and wanted to test drive. The sales guy went in and came back with a supervisor and told me I cannot test drive because it is not within my range (I told them my budget). He didn’t wanted to “waste” the salesperson’s time for this. I also had a car trade-in.Probably they felt that the water bottle I requested was also a waste of money for them because they “knew” I am not going to buy a car. So much for good customer service.I shouldn’t have “wasted” my time.

Went to this dealership to have my vehicle services. Firstly, I called them weeks ahead to get an appointment, nothing was available. When one was I went in to get a simple oil change and was told they needed to keep my vehicle all day because they were having employee issues. This dealership was previously owned by another company and was bought out. The service writer was rude and condescending. I did not appreciate his tone nor his demeanor. Never going back there again. Id rather drive out of my way than go back.

The customer service and the level of expertise I received from Earnhardt Kia on Bell Rd and 21st was hands down the best Kia Dealer experience I have had !! From the customer service agents, to the service advisor and all the way up to the service manager we’re all awesome experiences and I would like to mention, I was a little distraught over this engine issue(very worried). Here is what happened.I own a 2016 Kia Sorento. I had my vehicle towed in for engine failure, it basically just died on the highway and was leaking without any prior issues at all. Initially I was devastated to here that the engine was bad and that Kia would not warranty the engine due to an ECU update not being done that I was not really aware of. I had previously worked as a fleet director for a large automotive company and used to be very in-tune with recalls, TSB’s and other warranty / recall information. As a retired person I don’t really seek out this type of information on a daily basis but definitely make sure that if I have any issues with my vehicles they are taken care right away. I never received any information by mail from Kia as to the ECU update or any recalls as to the engine being potentially bad that I am aware of?? At this point, I felt a sinking feeling that I now owe on a car that that potentially would need some major engine work and will say as a retired disabled combat veteran it was a big deal for me financially. I spoke to the Service Manager, this gentleman was awesome, once he heard what was going on, he immediately took control and assured me that it would be taken care of through warranty and even offered me a free rental car. To say the least, this was awesome news and I feel gratefulto receive a high level of expert service and customer support from this dealer. I will only use Earnhardt Kia for my vehicle service needs and future vehicle purchases.

Took over 2 hours for a simple oil change. advisor tried to blame me as I had purchased service when I bought the car. he had two hours to contact them to verify. I had even asked about it when I scheduled service. truly not the same level of customer service as earnhardt. service manager was conveniently not available when I asked to speak to him. was told hed call me... will go to another kia dealer instead.
The employees at this dealership were incredible, especially Cynthia who was set on getting me the absolute best price possible. I cannot thank everyone here enough for the time and effort they out into setting me up with a brand new car!
I’ve been buying cars from Earnhardt Kia for years & so has many of my friends & family members! This dealership is the best around! With James, check in was quick, I was kept informed and specific issues were addressed.
I was greeted on time by the Service Manager assigned to my vehicle. He explained the process to me, being polite and friendly. He said the expected wait time was a little less than the anticipate time and he would contact me when the car was ready. When I came back, he saw me and greeted me. The car was looking like new and everything was back in its place.. Best Service Ever.
No wait time until my service person was able to check my car in. Escorted me to their customer lounge which I could choose choice of beverages PLUS a cell phone charging area. They kept me apprised of what was going on with my service and my wait was approximtely 1 hour for oil change, tire rotation and filling of car fluids. Very helpful and polite in handling this service call. Would recommend them to everyone I know as several of my friends already have Kia cars and are pleased with them.
My experience at Kia was exceptional. I went in for some recommended maintenance and they found other problems that needed fixing, got me a rental car and were done the next day. Very efficient.

Took my brand new Kia Forte GT into Earnhardt Kia for its first service/oil change. Jason White greeted me immediately and took care of me and my car in a very timely, thorough and friendly manner. Will 100% be taking my car back here to get it serviced. And would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Ask for Jason at the Earnhardt Kia on Bell Rd. He did an amazing job!
