Service was great! We did a lot of shopping and this place hands down had the best service and price! I wish I could give them six stars!!
Ignore the fake reviews. Check it out for yourself. Good deals. Helpful staff. Quick and easy.
Not even 1 start should have but is the lowest . personnel men vender ever !! Didn’t even want to attend me at: 2930 N 32nd St, Phoenix, AZ 85018, Estados UnidosSo disappointed!!
Did not buy a carpet, but they have incredible customer service. I called to ask about rug padding for our area rug to stop our rug from becoming matted. I ended up becoming educated on the effects of dog hair on rugs, and how I can take care of the rug to allow it to stay clean and sturdy.
Knowledgeable sales men good selection great prices
Very nice people work there!
The owner is so great! He’s so real and knowledgeable about the business. He’s very no BS but he got the job done for a great price and quickly I do greatly appreciate him and all of Carpet Depot!
We only went there to look at carpet but the people there were very polite and knowledgeable.
Hello. I recently purchased a carpet remnant from Carpet Depot. My apartment was being updated and they were only putting carpeting in the bedrooms and vinyl flooring in the living room that looked like wood. I wanted carpeting in the living room so I had to find a carpet remnant after I measured the space. I looked all over town and this was the only carpet store that had a carpet that I really liked with color and thickness of the carpeting that fit my measurements. Also, very importantly, I had a small window of opportunity to have it delivered. Other stores would not assist to come at a certain time. Andy at Carpet Depot kindly agreed to bring it when I needed it, before the movers brought back my furniture to my apartment so it could be laid down on the floor. Dave the salesman was very nice assisting me as well and also gave me valuable information as to what to place under the carpet to hold it in place as it was not being installed directly on the floor as there was new vinyl flooring there. It all worked out well, the carpet color is beautiful, it is not moving but staying put on the floor and everything worked out fine because of their kind assistance helping me with their great carpeting, information on how to put it on the floor to hold it in place, and sending a driver over so that I could have the carpet come on time. He was also helpful which I also appreciate. Thank you Carpet Depot. If you are looking for a great carpet place where they have beautiful carpeting and they care about their customers this is a great place to go.
I was treated disrespectfully and laughed at when I asked Andy for proof of the FHA compliance certification of the carpet I bought in preparation for selling my home. The sales team is condescending. However, they did do the work on time and only charged me for the carpet they used in the house. I went to another carpet company in town that went to my home and over bid me by 20 square yards and they actually went to the home and measured. The experience with the sales personnel will be rough when you go to Carpet Depot. But the product was of sufficient quality and was acceptability installed. However, the person that installed the carpet used the toilet at my home and left fecal matter on the toilet bowl walls. Mind you I had just had the whole house cleaned and I had to clean the toilet myself because the house went up on the market that day after I did the final walk through. I will not purchase from them again. Buyers be advised.
The sales woman was so helpful, and we found carpet I that I really liked and was within my budget (for 3 rooms). The installers were fabulous – extremely neat, clean, experienced, hard-working and thoughtful. It looks beautiful!! My experience was very positive (I never did deal with the owners, so can’t speak to that).
Fantastic. They had a remnant that matched my sample and it was twice the size needed for less than half the price of other places. Very helpful salesman and great price!
So I have an issue with carpet depot. Ive never had such bad customer service from an owner of the business. I purchased 550.00 dollars of eternity vinyl planks from them. Unfortunately my installer screwed up the edges. So Im like great product great salesman Jim Ill buy another box for 63 bucks. Heres the problem now they want to charge me an additional 37.00 to get the product delivered to their store. I asked the owner why all he could say is Im not having my employee go down and pick up product from their supplier. What is he thinking. Why should I as a customer pay for product that he gets from his supplier. If anything that ahould have been done when I made my first order. Cistomer service and taking care of the customer is not the owners strong points. If he is willing to upcharge the customer he should hold imply that when ordering product. Total rip off do not go to carpet depot. Oh and the owner refused to give me his name stated he didnt have too. Very shady owner....stay clear.
They seem to have good prices but not able to follow through with the quote given.
I am not sure who Andy is but let me tell you... BEWARE!! I am a real estate agent within the area and purchased some carpet. SHAME ON ME! The 15$ a yard was “too cheap” he had told me and should have bought more expensive carpet. Let me mind you the carpet is only 7 months old... and the tacks are ALREADY coming up and poking feet (which are extremely sharp like nails). I had hammered down at least 20 tacks just about a week ago. After calling 3 different occasions and about a 2 week delay I FINALLY got someone to come out and take a look at what a terrible job they performed. Once the worker had come to the unit to see, all he did was hammer down a few more tacks for a couple minutes then left...Now luckily I have insurance because someone fell with a baby in hand because of being poked with the tacks coming out of the carpet. When someone tells you “it’s not my fault you bought cheap carpet” when the product comes from their own store is just ignorant. Not to mention their horrendous customer service you just want to cringe hearing them speak down to you after listening to them scream on the top of their lungs. I will most definitely take that mans advice and not purchase “such cheap carpet” from such a dump...which is all they’re good for. CHEAP CARPET = CHEAP RESULTS = CHEAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do yourself and your blood pressure a favor and skip this place.
A great place to buy carpet.the owners are wonderful to do business with. Their carpets are priced really reasonable, and excellent quality. I will never go anywhere else. Would recommend Carpet Depot to everyone I know. Try them you will have a great experience!!!
These guys are great. Lots to choose from. Very knowledgable and the pricing can’t be beat.
This place was actually a lot of fun to visit. I needed to carpet my 12 by 12 foot living room. They had multiple carpet remnants available in the size that I needed. Great prices too. I guarantee that you will save a lot of money here compared to buying an area rug for the same size in a retail store like Target or Walmart. I didnt have the edges finished but Im sure they probably have some type of option available if you wanted to finish the edges of your carpet remnant. Otherwise I just threw it down on the tile floor and it looks great!
Bought a remnant and the staff were friendly, helpful, and the price was on point! Definitely recommend.
I went in to Carpet Depot today to try & find an inexpensive carpet remnant for my garage. Ive been caring for a feral cat this past summer & with the cold weather coming on i finally earned her trust enough to sleep in my garage at night. While its better than being outside the concrete floors in the garage still made it cold.Id been looking for a remnant carpet to insulate the floor & warming up the room.Today I went into Carpet Depot on N. 32nd St to see what they might have. I spoke to Guy & explained what I needed & why. He understood right away & took me to look at what he had in stock. I needed about a 7 x 10 ft & he found a nice, thick one at 6 x 10. When I asked the price he replied, No charge. We like to help our neighbors. Merry xmas! I was overwhelmed w/ his generosity. Lets remember to shop locally this holiday season & support our community. My sincerest thanks, Guy,Annie & Marushka!!
Very helpful gentleman in there.Got a nice piece of carpet-At a really good price.Ill definately shop there again.
Salesman Andy boasts has been in the business for 30 years or so. But he still doesnt know the business. Sold us carpeting that we could not put padding under nor could it have been stretched to apply to the tacking. It was glue down carpet. Installer calls the day of installation and says this carpeting cannot be installed in a residential home. Meanwhile we have moved everything out of the room including a grandfather clock in prep for the installation. We call the owner of the store, he doesnt want to hear it just wants us to come back in and pick something else. We picked another store. You should too.
Completely rude when I walked in asked a question, to be immediately met with laughter and mockery. Terrible service especially when NO other customers were in the place and for someone to not even listen to what I was asking for. A place that will never receive my business or my recommendation! Waste of time and hopefully they will understand how they realize how disrespectful they truly were!
Fair pricing, wide selection, arrived and installed on schedule with no surprises.
We had a great experience with Carpet Depot! We had tried a couple of more well-known and nicer places, but we ended up working with Ed and Abe at the Carpet Depot on 32nd St. and Thomas, and I am SO GLAD we did!! The showroom is not dressy or glamorous at all, and the lighting is terrible (its basically a warehouse), but they were kind enough to let us take their carpet display boards home for 24 hours to help us make the decision using our own lighting, furniture, etc., which we did a total of 3 times. To top it off, our carpet came much sooner than expected, and it was exactly what we ordered, cut and bound perfectly (we had a 10 x 12 piece of carpet bound for a large area rug), and delivered within hours of returning their call. We could not be happier with our shopping experience!
Great deals on carpet no matter how small or big an order
Huge selection and you can’t beat these prices
I appreciated the quality service giving me a quote and felt the prices were reasonable.
I had 2 great experiences at Carpet Depot over the last few months. I had to carpet both my own and a rental house. I first worked with Dave and the second time I worked with Ed, but everyone that I spoke to was pretty knowledgeable. I was able to se all of the carpets, pick one right there, and it was installed 2 days later. I dont know much baout flooring but they were able to help me understand how it all worked. I would use carpet depot again. It was quick, cheap, and as easy as possible.
The men working here were very rude and their prices are very high. Ended up going to carpet closeouts and they were fantastic.
Called to get a cost on carpet. The guy who answered appeared rushed and told me he had other customers to get to and hung up. If my money isnt good enough for you, then I will take my business elsewhere
Great product, better prices
I just wish they have a smaller carpet to sell
Andy seems manipulative...
Call Carpet world instead, got whole house for cost of 1 room here
