We had One Source do our entire custom new build home floors, tile and carpet in 2015. We had multiple issues with wood floor and carpet installation that required tear out and re-installations. By far the worst was the tile installation. There multiple bathrooms with uneven tile that required tear out and reinstallation. In our sons bathroom the transition from the carpet to the tile was so off that it had to be redone. There was a leak in his shower that was supposedly repaired. Now, because of incorrect installation of the waterproofing, the tiles have lifted and the entire shower needs to be redone. Our builder is eating the cost of the repair as One Source will not stand behind their work. Overall it has been a terrible experience and has required a company with true expertise to fix the mess that One Source left.

The installer Paublo was also incredible and worked so efficiently! I cant wait to work with the team at One Source again. They really made the entire process seamless.
