Don’t buy from this company! The owner agreed to take back some tile that was over ordered for a job. He agreed to do this knowing full well the circumstances of the job. When the job was done and it came time to return, he has amnesia and refuses to honor his agreement. In fact when questioned, he got belligerent and hung up on me. I’ve done thousands of dollars of business with this company over the years and the owner was more than happy sever ties over a couple hundred bucks (a little over 200 sq ft of tile). I try real hard to give my business to small local businesses which Phoenix Flooring most certainly is. When you come across one that is willing to behave this way, is disappointing on so many levels.

They helped me out every step of the way with my flooring. I brought home samples that they provided for free and this made my decision of so much easier. The trim moulding was very inexpensive as well with the carpet and vinyl plank I purchased.

I came by the store to see a color of flooring I had seen online. I was greeted and helped right away and the customer service was great. They showed me so many great options and didn’t charge for samples. Super friendly, the best price and nice family owned business!

They provided samples to help us make our selection (tile and baseboard), got the product to us on time, had the best prices around and were friendly and efficient throughout the process. We went back to get some baseboard corners because the experience was so pleasant. Great family owned firm that deserves your business. You wont regret choosing them!

I bought $6300 in flooring and 700 linear feet of baseboard and door casing. When I finished the project, I returned three boxes of flooring planks. One of the boxes was ripped on the flap but was unopened and the planks were not damaged. I was told that the box was unsellable and they would not return that box . I was shocked that they would beat me up over one box of flooring. I will do business elsewhere and look for better customer service.

Really good service, good selection overall. They carry a decent portion of MSIs products. The lighting in the store isnt ideal and its difficult to see colors accurately. A few of the items on the wall dont have samples so you cant get a great idea of what it looks like .

Took a chance on a place we had never done business before and the experience was painless. The folks here were no nonsense and up front and we got a good deal on some new flooring. They also recommended an installer, which we took a chance on as well. His name is Francisco Zarate and he did an impeccable job installing the floor and a very fair price. My mother needed some vinyl sheet for her mobile home out in Mesa. Since she is still a bit old school with looking up stores through the yellow page book. I went ahead and searched online for flooring stores. Not a lot of companies in the valley carry vinyl sheet and the ones that did were outdated looking.Any-who long story short I found Phoenix Flooring Outlet.They encouraged me first to take the samples to my mother first and they didnt pressure me to buy anything. A week later after going back and forth with my mother :-/ She made her decision and I bought her new vinyl sheet flooring.Flooring turned out wonderful for her and the 4 dogs she has. Don’t trust this place I ordered vinyl from their shop room and they gave me something else it was the same color but completely different size ! I called him he hung up the phone

So I decided to take the big plunge and invest in flooring for my home. I googled a few flooring stores and finally found one worth driving to. I stopped by Phoenix Flooring Outlet and they were was easy to work with. Oscar offered great suggestions for our house that would fit our needs. We picked everything out ( tile and carpet). We could of not have made a better decision, going with PFO!
