This is the best place in town for a huge selection of indoor and outdoor fabric, beautiful trims, anything related to furniture, I even saw a huge selection of chair legs in different styles. They re-stuffed two of my high end sofas and did a beautiful job. The reupholstering of my patio sectional cushions was amazing!! Their designer Jesus is so helpful with an outstanding eye for color and design. He promised a good turnaround time and they were quick redoing 20 or so cushions and pillows. I was afraid I was going to have to trash my rattan sectional because I thought it would be too expensive to reupholster. What a happy surprise to find some fun, cheerful turquoise fabric for seat cushions and pillows and turquoise/white swirly fabric for the back cushions. Completely popped a really, really boring patio set!! Next up I want them to reupholster two of my favorite comfy chairs that have very dated fabric. I am also going to schedule an in home design consultation for drapes for my new house. Love this place!!

Best place ever to buy fabrics for upholstery, drapes, and do much more. Its super clean, organized, theyre very friendly, knowledgeable and treat you with the highest regard. Its huge and their selections are too. Easy parking. Highly recommend The Fabric Depot.

Nice selection of fabric. But please note Google times are incorrect. They close at 4:00 pm. Rushed over to get there before 5:00 pm and all closed up.

I have contacted this company 3 times in the last year and set an appointment for a designer to come and measure for custom curtains. Three times the appointment was missed by their designer for various reasons. I called to confirm the latest appointment and they told me that the designer has been out the whole week and may not come back. Nobody called me. I scheduled my whole day around this appointment and had to wait 2.5 weeks. When I got a little upset by this news because they have wasted my time 3 times now, the person in turn got upset with me. They are too busy and not professional. I will go further and say they do not care.

Purchased upholstery fabric and the sales person recommended I get the spray adhesive for attaching to foam cushion. Sadly the material was too bulky and could see how this would never work and would have to attach to wood and use staple gun. Though I bought based on their expertise they would not take back the $8 can of adhesive. I agree with other reviews, the place is awkward entering, the front end of the store is not friendly, practically ignores customers, can be sassy at times checking out and possesses no customer service skills. The young lady simply walked away from me and when I asked for a manager she called from across the store they were not available. Its unfortunate since they have an amazing selection of fabric and the folks in the back really seem to want your business.

The team is very polite and supportive. Theres a lot of cloth and other things to look at. I found some cool prints for the man cave and the bohemian bed.

We found this spot on google and thought today would be a great day to check it out. We heard they had a great selection of fabrics and we were looking to redo our home. The store was super easy to find and there was ample amounts of parking.As we entered the store no one said hello or anything. It was very quiet and seemed a bit off. We continued to walk around and check out the selection. The place smelled of old lady perfume... As we were wandering around the store the customers shopping seemed distraught about us shopping there. I felt threatened. Shortly into shopping and picking out about $500 in fabric we were approached and were harassed about our medical condition. The staff was rude and this was our first experience at the fabric depot. We will not be returning. 1 out of 5 stars.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Lots of fabric and more to go through. Found some fun prints for the bohemian room and the man cave. I spotted macrame cord too.

They like to follow you around the store and demand you wear a mask when there is no longer a state wide mandate. When you state that you have a medical condition they want to harass you. By the way asking someone there condition is a hepa violation. I’ll give my business to someone who’s not a brainwashed communist

Wish I could give negative stars. Had damage at home and needed matching material. Ordered on 12-22, stated would take 3 to 5 weeks. Kept following up, 2 weeks ago they said was shipped, just waiting on it. Today we get a call fabric is discontinued. So they lied to us. Customer service is terrible STAY AWAY.

I love this place! It has everything.. the team, to answer questions... the extra stuff to make your project look anxious... and the fabric! So many great colors to choose from! I love coming here for my many projects!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! Communication and attitude is horrible. Ordered and paid for product that wasnt available which wasnt their fault. The problem is their attitude and communication. Be sure to stay away from Jesus in particular-doesnt followup or follow through with communication. Their internal organization cant find your order or confirm you paid and then they are rude and have an attitude that you are at fault.If i hadnt followup they had no idea that a refund was in order. The right hand doesnt have any idea what the left hand is doing and doesnt care. Dont know how anyone would want to do business with this organization.

We had a great experience at Fabric Depot. We needed a canvas cover to protect a large commercial dart board. Joseph at Fabric Depot was able to quickly design a cover and helped us select the perfect fabric that ended up being half the amount a boat cover company quoted us. It was done in 4 days and looks great. This is the place to go for anything involving fabrics. Thanks Joseph for a fantastic job!

Looks like a super nice place however it says it closes at 4:00 online google online. Just FYI there is a warehouse that houses boat carpet that closes at 3:00. Really disappointed I was turned away and that and nobody wanted to make a sale today. Amazon wins this boat project.

I am sorry theres no customer service, you walk in there is no greeting or offer to help, I black and I also speak spanish, I feel weird each time I go, today I went there again and there was an elderly woman that needed him to help her put furniture in her car he totally ignored her, its 105 and she asked me. I always ignore how I get treated, Ive learned to go get what ineed and help myself and leave but to see her not getting any help in really made me cry and I dont even know why it affected me so badly. Business grow because we spend money and help them stay open, but they do not care about people at all

This place has alot of items that you may not find at other fabric stores. To include the accessories needed. Being that said, they could use improvement in customer service. Its not horrible but, it seems like they judge you by the way you dress. If you got bling, they will hold youre hand while you shop. It does not bother me, I like to be left alone unless i have a question and when i do i will pester until i get help, (LOL) .

Love our new flooring. Although it was back ordered Angelo kept us updated. Once it arrived it was installed the next day. The installers were meticulous and did a great job. We couldnt be happier.

I was short on some viynl for a project I was working on. I found it here at this store however the price was double of other places. I asked a staff member and his response was not very professional Quote~ We get that all the time.I ended up leaving and attempting to call as a Manager wasnt available at the time. When I spoke to the Manager I asked if it was possible to match the other seller with their price or come closer at least. Their response was Quote ~ It is what its is!What the heck! Only reason I went here was they were open Saturdays and found they had pretty reasonable supply of upholstery needs, however that was my last visit! I never going back after that service. Very poor.

Whats not to like? If you need fabric or upholstery hardware, this place has everything! Fair prices and a great staff dont hurt much either. They do custom upholstery work as well, definitely going to be taking advantage of that soon.

Wonderful place to find a myriad of fabric choices for your home. Fully reupsolstered a custom sofa and chairs. Worksmanship top notch! But best of all is the customer service. Nothing short of 5 stars. Excellent communication, via email and phone. Responsive to questions, and concerns. For me, the best is always how a business recovers from a mistake. They were amazing! So many choices! Wandered around for a couple of hours looking for fabric to make a pouf. Word of advice ... bring along some inspiration photos to guide your selection process.
