I love this place. When I walk in they know exactly what I need and always help with a smile. Whoever had that bad comment must not have been very nice to begin with because they are always very friendly.
I literally said my vape wasn’t working and the cashier took a hit of it and tried to give it back to me. In a global pandemic. And then told me I can not have a refund. So disgusting and gross

Nice enough shop. Would give 5 stars if they weren’t consistently late to open. No one is ever there @ 8am. Change your hours if you can’t make it on time.
They always have the best prices on tobacco! They are always very courteous and have good customer service. I highly recommend them especially if you make your own cigarettes.

Right now during this pandemic I am pleased to see the mask song then very disappointed when I walk in and not one person is wearing a mask. I ask the guy is he has one and he blatantly says nope and smiles. This people is the reason this will prolong itself here. You are a problem in America today.

I highly recommend Smoke Zone the store is clean the people are nice great prices.the customers are primarily nice with the occasional nut case on Saturday night But that is to be expected i swear some people should wear a sign around their neck saying Im anti-social.She doesnt want to be personal she was very personal to me.I didnt know being social would make me lose my job.I thought you should be pleasant and socal on the job.Aparently my boss doesnt know the definition of social You are usually told to be social. The anti-social lady was only interested in getting a new torch.I do not appreciate being told not to be social.Im from Boston we are very social people.She really peaks my curiousity.I would like to know more about her.Lets get personal

Gotta come up with a new excuse?! )...then NEVER GAVE ME MY DISCOUNT! ***imo; borderline consumer fraud?*** Third time this has happened!?]The owner is a complete A-hole...!!! Yes, its close, convenient and fairly reasonable prices...but the whole piss poor attitude has got to go! So many times has he either been extremely baligerant and rude or just down right discourteous and unprofessional...!!! Too many to count?
