The owner is very professional. I told him the store always smells so clean. I remember going there when the store was kinda empty. Now it looks amazing. Shelves stocked, variety of different items to buy, the staff is nice. Most of all, I never see a crowd standing outside the store (which is awesome considering 83rd Street, and being near the dispensary) but I just love how clean it smells and the floors are always clean, despite all the traffic... Good job!!

I was on vacation visiting your fine state and happened to stumble upon your shop. The young man working there was extremely helpful. I’m a bit older and I do smoke to help with my illness, I find it difficult understanding how things work. The young man, Jose was able to give me information and was knowledgeable and very kind. He recommended items for me and showed me exactly how the two pipes I bought worked even told me I needed screens which I had zero clue about. He was very kind and made an older person such as myself not feel so lost!!!

Sold me a rig for 45$ with a nice rig with 15 holes for good air only to find out only two of them worked and the others where not even opened at all. As if they needed to be filed open. Could not get any air flow in my rig. Kept getting clogged after every dab. I asked to swap out for a different one and they said all sales final. I been shopping here before these people took over and I miss the old smoke shop. Never ever coming back here again. Lost a loyal customer forsure!
