This shop! Ive always had a great customer experience there. Its very clean and the employees are super friendly and helpful! When they didnt have whatever I was looking for, theyve been super receptive to suggestions and even made calls to their suppliers on my behalf. 10/10 would recommend!

WORST. SMOKE. SHOP. EVER. They sold me the wrong coil for my device. After going back to correct this, the guy who sold it to me tells me to update my device. After going back home and attempting to update the device with no success I reached out to the manufacturers customer support. They quickly got back to me and said this device cant be updated... I go back a third time and the same guy does not admit his mistake and proceeds to say this was my responsibility and that he will only exchange one coil since I had primed the other one already. Worst customer service I ever had and had to eat the cost of one coil. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen and I will never return to this one. On top of this the guy proceeded to follow me out of the store after I told him I wouldnt be back. Very unprofessional.

Ridiculous prices! They tried to charge me $14 for one puff bar and everyone else sells them 3 for $20. Everyone go to zerona’s they have more variety of juice, devices, and supplies for much cheaper. The also have a split store, one side is a smoke shop and the other is a vape shop! I but 3 to 5 puff bars a week and have never had to pay $14 for ONE

Ive lived in this area for a while and didnt realize they sold cigars here. I believe it was Rick that greeted me and we talked cigars. I bought 2 cigars and had one the same day. Taste and burn were perfect, price good as well.

I was a regular before moving and this is the best shop if youre near happy valley rd. Always good deals and they actually remember their customers. Before moving states, Evan I believe was his name, gave me an awesome going away deal.
