AWFUL. I was waiting at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes, even called Hello? twice. Then pulled up to the window, waited another 5 minutes. The young woman who was running the drivethru lane was yelling at somebody inside the store, and then she put on her headset. The one other person behind me must have gotten lucky after she put her headset on. Instead of taking my order, she asked me to drive around to the menu again. I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes (with no line behind me). She said sorry can you just drive around again? I left. In short, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hope whoever was supposed to open this morning is OK. Waited in the drive-through but after a couple minutes no one had took in my order. Out of curiosity I drove up to the front to find that the store is completely closed even though on Google it says it’s open and there’s no sign saying they’re closed for a special reason. I even called the number and they where supposed to be open at 6am. Online orders are even open. Hopefully Krispy Kreme you check on your staff!

Delicious as always. Although they have Limited inventory. Get there early if theres something particular you want.

Ive ordered from this store a couple of times before and not had any issues.This was the first time Ive ordered any special/limited time donuts, and while not exactly a life-altering event, I was a bit disappointed when my order was canceled because they didnt have the new Smore donuts. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue; I dont buy donuts often enough to know if its just this particular store or if its a chain-wide issue.

The donuts were okay, but since it was the end of the day, things were far less than fresh.Freshness is the reason I seek out Krispy Kreme. Evidently the donuts are only fresh if you have the right timing.This has been happening more and more lately. Krispy Kreme seems to be just another donut shop these days, unless you make a point of ensuring that they have fresh donuts before going there.

The lady was extremely rude and short. I ordered the two dozen doughnuts for the 13.99 special and when I got to the window she said $27. When I told her I was doing the special she insisted I was wrong till I showed her a screenshot of the deal. Her response was “oh well we only give the deal to people who can prove it” plus I never got the coffee I ordered but I was too upset to care.I will not be returning this location

Kids love the donuts... when they have them. No matter what time of day we go, theyre always out of the basics. Drive through is convenient but last time we went they filled our box with the wrong donuts. We ended up giving them to the homeless guy that always stands on that corner. I imagine he gets a lot of donuts.

Got my free glazed donut by showing my vax card! How to describe that sinking your teeth into the airy, pillowy soft, yet doughy 1st bite? And the glaze breaks up into little sweet bits that stick to your lips, you lick them off while slowly chewing the bite of dough. And the rush of serotonin in the brain because of the sugar. Followed by hot, robust coffee swallow. The entire past year, with all its trauma, left me. For a few moments, sitting in the car, my mind, my heart, my body was in heaven.

Because it was there! And I treated my neighbor for helping me with an errand! Love the glazed and the lemon filled!

No greeting, No smiling, No cleaning, No rules for taking care of the customers, No gloves on during this pandemic ( especially the TALL guy whom he work in the afternoon!!!), No hand sanataizing before serving the customer and after using the cash machine ! Every time I visit, they are either out of donuts or having some customer service problem. Today it was a staffing issue and, while I was informed, I have no hope that any of the stores will improve to the point where I can get donuts more than twice a year. Maybe new ownership would help.

Arrived at seven, it wasnt crowded. The service here is friendly. The place has a good atmosphere. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.

Krispy Kreme has changed over the years and loved donuts are discontinued. Not saying they are not good, but they are smaller and way too sugary. Bosa donuts off Indian School Rd is rated the best in Phoenix for a reason. The donuts are cheaper and much larger.The KK donut rage is outdated.

Whenever any Krispy Kreme location offers a free donuts to..... special they never have even close to enough. Today was supposed to be free donuts to seniors (graduation). They were out by 10:00 a.m. - probably even earlier than that. I see a recent review with the same thing for healthcare workers. Maybe they should try giving out coupons for free donuts instead of trying to have enough actual donuts. It’s very disappointing to have something special like this offered only to arrive and find there are no donuts available.

I remember when I was younger going to Krispy Kreme was the best day ever. Always have loved them. This location however is absolutely terrible. Every time I come here they have only a few doughnuts left. I came at 8:00 am because I was craving a chocolate doughnut and they didn’t have any so I asked about glazed and they said no. This has happened on multiple occasions. Go to Bosa if you really want a doughnut. This is a horrible location.

The donuts taste great, but They usually have a poor selection, and always run out of donuts in the morning. They need to hire more people and make donuts during the day too.

Went in around 4:30 on a Saturday and we were the only ones there. Ordered a dozen glazed and the 2 employees that were working were very polite and helpful. They even let my 6 yr old son pick 6 free donuts to take home since they were about to change them out. The donuts were delicious and staff was amazing. Wish I could remember the names of the 2 girls working. You guys rock!! Thanks again!

I love their donuts so I always look for their buy a dozen, and get a dozen for a dollar deal. The only problem is no matter what time I go up there, they are out of donuts. For three years.in a row, no matter what time I go up there they are out. Why dont they order more now that they know they are going to run out. Its not rocket science.

Their donuts are the best. Beats dunkin donuts any day. I usually prefer the glazed when they are hot and fresh but even if I come later in the day they are still soft and taste amazing. The jelly filled is actually filled with jelly unlike other donut shops that barely fill them.

Doughnuts were good. Not fresh. The employees were in the back except when we ordered. One customer walked out because no one was at the counter. I tried calling out and no one came out so she left. There were also none of the originals out. I hope they do better.

I went to this location yesterday morning and a young lady with curly hair (i couldn’t make out her name) gave me the WORST attitude and customer service i could receive. I never have a had a problem with this location. Management needs to choose their employees more careful than this because they have lost a customer.

Great for feeding large groups easily. I always use Krispy Kreme when planning breakfasts for work. They make it so easy and all the sugary donuts are delicious. Cake batter is my personal fave.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts hands down but I got the app which allows you to add funds and use ur phone for a hassle free check out. Well I added funds which was the stupidest idea cuz some reason any location I go to they cant seem to figure out how to use it to pay for my order its the most frustrating thing ever Ive talked to customer support and lets just say its a hassle,

Mmmmmmm. Nothing better than a warm Krispy Kreme donut. The soft delicious dough covered with that sweet delectable glaze. Each bite is a taste of heaven. Then the sweet surprise at the end is liking the glaze off your fingers, or someone elses fingers. If they let you.

These people are doing the best they can with what they have to work with, and I can assure you, it aint much.

Who doesnt love a Krispy Kreme donut? They have expanded the flavors but the original is the best. They do a good job with having your order ready to go if you call ahead, especially for bringing a big order to the office.

Only donut shop I can eat at. Best fresh glazed donuts I have ever had in my life. Watching the machine make that circle of heaven than having it glazed with pure happiness is just an amazing sight and the taste is no less exhilarating; )

I have ALWAYS Loved Krispy Kreme doughnuts. If I could eat them 3xs a week without gaining weight I would. 😃 The Staff is wonderful, always friendly and with a smile. The doughnuts are always fresh. The customers are very friendly as well which is a joy. However, I Still miss the warm rollers. There is nothing better than having a nice fresh warm Krispy Kreme doughnut melt in your mouth. You must give them a try. 😉
