Internet is great and the coffee outstanding. The service is wonderful I just wonder why they close at 2 pm. Seems early but at least the internet stays on.

Im a former Starbucks employer and this is the third straight day. Ive been coming to the store because the store on 1st Avenue Washington is getting a total remodel is getting remodeled they have tendency not coming out cleaning tables and chairs and stuff like that what theyre supposed to do even if theyre busy or not even regardless of if youre busy or not youre supposed to have tables and chairs and the restrooms cleaned at all times.

Great location. Right in the middle of downtown and surrounded by corporate complex. Love the bagel bites.

Another great Starbucks, much larger seating capacity, than say one, which was located on Venice Beach, Cali.Also, service is quick and accurate, although, they seem to not fill cups to near rims, very poor culinary etiquettes, for major starred restaurants, as well as premier cafes.Of which, Starbucks, pride themselves of, i.e. names lattes, ventis, macchiatos and croissants. All intellectually sophisticated French and Italian terms/words.However, saving grace, this place does accept mobile orders.Much more than can be said, about the one located in the Renaissance Phoenix, at 1st St. and Adams. They completely fail in telling customers ahead of time, of their inaccuracies of time management.(Time is profitable, most especially when it comes to coffee.)Therefore, this place is highly recommended

I tasted your coffee last Friday afternoon and I was very so shocked because the taste was very delicious and I just want to order it again and again. Their staff was also very kind and professional. I can talk to them freely. What a nice service in the area! I will surely visit this coffee shop again and again!

Had a pink drink supporting and donating to help find a cure for breast cancer,which was healthy and yummy. Excellent as usual. Starbucks may seem pricey for your splurge, and yes, we could all make our coffee at home, but this company donates to Charity and does alot of positive things for our world...so keep in mind some of what you pay for a great cup of coffee goes to help others.

Poorly organized and often out of common items.

The guy who works there is a douche. Very rude, plain, doesn’t interact well with customers; the epitome of horrible customer service.

Visited this location today for the first time and let me just say I am not disappointed at all. The staff was so nice and patient. I loved how the barista actually bought my order to me because they weren’t to busy and that never happens. I’m so used to hearing my name called and walking up to get my order that this was a total shocker. The barista also put a smile on my hubby’s face because our drinks were perfect.

Starbucks is just Starbucks now. I mean, dont get me wrong. The staff is always great and they are nice and the place is clean. I know that Starbucks created the $7 cup of coffee but there are so many other places now that have better coffee than Starbucks and a bit cheaper too. IMO the nostalgia of Starbucks has worn off and the price of the specialty drinks is too high. That being said, its still a good place to chill and enjoy some caffeine with friends

This Starbucks is one of the more spacious ones Ive been to. A good amount of indoor and outdoor seating and the tables arent overly crowded together. Outside seating has a few outlets around if you plan to do some long term studying or phone-usage. Most of outside is covered by an overhead terrace from the conference center but the sun will creep in on parts throughout the day. (Oh yeah and its Arizona so expect it to be hot outside).

This place is a good environment, very peaceful and relaxing

I normally dont write reviews, but I had to make sure that Jessica got some recognition because I bet she always has a great attitude and personality. She took my order this morning and she was efficient and remembered my name. I always go to my local starbucks and no one has ever tried to be personal with me until now. I like it. Going on a first day where you meet the person at the Arizona center the Starbucks is a great place to just sit down and get to know them. You can always get your coffee or tea here and grab it and walk around downtown Phoenix or just sit on a bench around that park in the Arizona center.

THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today I had a meeting at this location and mobile ordered my drink beforehand. Once I arrived I picked up my drink and walked outside to hold my meeting. The meeting lasted four hours. After it was completed, I went inside to get a refill on my drink. I walk to the counter and ask for a refill. The man states refills are same day and same visit. I politely said yes sir I am aware I was here this entire time having a meeting. He looks at me and states WHAT COULD YOU HAVE BEEN MEETING ABOUT FOR FOUR HOURS? I said, wow Ill just take my drink and I left. I hope this wasnt an issue of me being black and conducting a meeting for four hours. However his demeanor and attitude shifted towards the next guests, so I dont know how to feel about my experience. I do know I will NEVER go to this location again.

This is the largest Starbucks in downtown Phoenix and i feel the coolest. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Great patio area to kick back and take in the atmosphere.

This cafe is really good. Its nice and cozy. I always go here for my morning hot coffee. I know most of the staff they all seem nice.

Fast service, cleaned regularly, and polite staff. Not enough seating. But nice that most tables are near outlets.

This is the best Starbucks downtown. There are quite a few right around the ASU Downtown campus and this one makes the best drinks, doesnt run out of stuff as much, and has the nicest employees. Plus nice outside seating during the week the weather is nice. 😆

Decent service, but often overcrowded. I ask for ice with my canned drink and they often put it in the queue with everyone else, which takes way too much time when its a 3 second request. Really nice staff!

Most of the people that work here are nice enough, but this location definitely doesnt plan for the amount of customers they get. If you plan on going to this location, order ahead or dont be in a hurry because you will wait for longer than normal.

I like this Starbucks. Of course, I like almost every Starbucks Ive been in. But this one is nice, and the staff Ive dealt with here is generally friendly and helpful. This is a busy store, and it can get a little out of sorts in the morning, but its never too bad. Id definitely go back.

Came in on a Sunday morning, it was empty for about 30 minutes and then got fairly busy and the employees were great. Make sure to get your parking validated for a free two hours worth $6.

Great coffee, great service, prices not great or good but we pay premium prices to feed our addiction to this awesome coffee. Great ambiance to meet. Quiet place to meet or study. Free wifi access.

I’d rate this place zero stars if I could. The lady who took my order was super rude and let my drink sit on the counter 5 minutes before finishing it (There we’re inly 2 other people in there so it shouldn’t have taken that long.) and when she called me to pick up my drink she threw my straw on the counter. Definitely not coming here again.

Julio is a great barista! Very patient, happy, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the help with choosing a drink when I am not sure what I want to try. Some of the other baristas are not as interested in going the extra mile for customer service (theyre nice, just not great), so I always appreciate seeing Julio working.

When you get dirty looks for walking in while employee was mopping thats 3 stars. When you over hear the guy say to a less fortunate person to pick a side so he can mop, it goes to one. The counter help was 5 stars tho

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. Nice, knowledge people that can make a morning plesent. Wheelchair accessible including gender neutral bathroom. This is a hang out for ASU students. Construction, which is supposed to end in late winter, makes the shop hard to find. Validated parking is provided.

This location is always pretty busy when I come, but they keep the line moving at a steady pace and there is usually some seating if you want to stay and enjoy your drink and/or food. Seating is in the shade and they have misters going during the summer so it stays relatively cool, even in the heat.

I think the only good thing about this Starbucks is the nice guy who always on a good attitude and very polite. Other than that the staff is so negative you can feel their negativity with their snotty stares and eye rolling.

Im attendeending a volleyball tournament this weekend (6/29), a Starbucks staff member (Afro Amer Male), informs our party that they are not taking food or pastry orders due to the wait??? Never heard of a business declining to make sales. Also they appear to be understaffed. Heres a suggestion: Monitor events and staff accordingly... its real simple fuktards!!!

One of the more frustrating Starbucks. The manager greeted me twice but kept sweeping while I waited for one of three people to take my order. The girl that finally did ring asked for my name, put a completely different name on the cup and didnt care when I told her it was wrong.

I come to this Starbucks because I work down town. If al the starbucks that I frequent, this one is the worst. They literally never make my drinks right. No matter how specific I am, even when I order on the app. I dont mind the long wait times because I know theyre busy but I do have a problem with them never making my drinks right. I dont have this problem at any other Starbucks except this one. I wont be coming here anymore

Have nothing but to say but the best things about this location. I work next door and have frequented this location for the past two years. Its a busy location due to its proximity to ASU downtown and nearby businesses with clientele from the Arizona Republic, Chase corporate, etc. It can get crazy busy especially with the morning rush, but from my experience the staff always handles it with grace and rapid service, especially when the counters surface area is literally covered in cup orders.Negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt given some of the inflated egos of the people that work nearby and come to this location (your entitlement is showing. Show a little bit of kindness and you might get a free drink on the house). My complex drink order has never been made incorrectly and the staff is always cordial to me and my coworkers, to the point theyve learned our names and favorite drinks.Shout out to Jesica, Mark, Julio and the rest of the team for making my mornings pleasant with great conversation and rapid service. Ill miss yall when I move to SF!

Severely understaffed. Didnt follow the drink order and took over 20 minutes to make a grande javachip frappe. Later customers received their orders much before ours was made because of a series of mix-ups. We had to take a refund on one of our drinks and leave.
