Nice atmosphere. This would be a lovely place to meet up with friends or spend your afternoon catching up on work. There are two different patios and the inside is thoroughly air conditioned. My quesadilla was very big, while I’d say the flavors were average. Not bad, not incredible. My iced coffee with caramel was very nice. Overall, Sips is totally worth popping by with friends if you need a chic cafe to hang out at for a little while.

My favorite go-to place for working away from home or for meeting up with friends. The coffee and tea are great and staff are always awesome! Love the chill laid back vibe!

Super cool and trendy place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the little speak-easy downstairs was full up from all of the people who made reservations, so I didnt get to experience it. But overall it was cool place to hang out for a drink or two.

Passed by this place a few times and finally went in the dive thru. Glad I did. The espresso here is outstanding, smooth and bold. Great service, with a uncomplicated menu. Love the fact that they have beer 🍻 so thats a niche. Got a punch card so will no doubt get some use out of that since i make a weekly pastry run down the street. Glad I finally checked it out.

If you like a breakfast burrito to only have scrambled eggs, despite what the menu says, for $12 then this is your spot.

My girlfriend and I really loved coffee, so we decided to try this coffee shop nearby. Surprisingly, the coffee here really tastes great, and the staffs are very terrific. Everything was all perfect, and we decided to come back here again someday. Truly an excellent coffee shop that has the best coffee! Strongly recommended!

I absolutely love this place, the atmosphere is always bustling and the cold brew is top notch. None of the coffee ever tastes burnt or bitter and service is always quick. Sitting on the patio is always nice but the inside is always clean and has plenty of seating.

I really wanted to like this place because it has a cool setup and it’s conveniently located. But I wouldn’t recommend it as a spot to get work done, especially in warmer weather. I was there today and it must have been at least 85 degrees in there - not comfortable at all. I looked around and several people were fanning themselves, clearly uncomfortable. I’ve been there 3 times this summer and it’s always been hot, so I don’t think it can be chalked up to something going on with their AC. I’ve also had flies buzzing around my head each time I’ve went there, and they really blast their music. It might be a good spot when it cools down and if you’re just looking for a spot to hangout, but not a place I personally could be productive.

Came across one of their adds on Instagram advertising a Churrochata drink. It looked amazing in the photo. My brother and I drove 30 minutes to get to the nearest Sip location only to be told they no longer make it. Why advertise it then? Instead, we were offered horchata cold brew in its place because it is just as good... it wasnt. Im in no way writing this for others to not try it. Im just here to save others the drive and disappointment in case they go looking for the same drink I was looking for.

I have spent so many afternoons at Sip that the staff now recognizes me. The patio is absolutely delightful when the weather is nice, but I also like the indoor look and feel. Food is yummy and great for when I feel peckish a few hours into studying. I love their lattes, too. By about 4, I switch to a cider, but they have many craft beers for beer-lovers! WiFi is great, outlets on the patio, and dog-friendly. A gem for a student like me!

What a great place!!!!! Accidentally stumbled upon it tonight & feel like it was the best find!!! They were about to close & the bartender Nikki was AMAZING! She took care of us, had great suggestions for restaurants and bars in the area. We live up in Cave Creek so that was really helpful.We had 7 in our party and everyone loved the selections. You can’t go wrong here!!!!

This is always a favorite spot whether its grabbing a beer with my Dad, hanging out with friends or grabbing a coffee and getting some work done. The environment is perfect for whatever you need.Big tables, great staff, indoor and outdoor seating.

This place does not honor reservations. Even if they were made over a week in advance and confirm the night before. Complete unprofessional. Dont let the paid reviews fool you this place is a horror to deal with and will ruin your evening.

A flight of beer and coffee... yes, please👍🏼. My two small complaints: I couldn’t order the Sip Flight (Bloody Mary, mimosa, beer, & nitro) b/c it wasn’t the weekend and I wish there were some domestic beers to choose from (I realize i’m alone in that last request🤣🤣🤣). Regardless, love the place & will absolutely be back again & again when in town👍🏼❤️👍🏼).

This is a local great spot for a coffee and a bit to eat. If you are going through the drive through- the wait might be longer for food- so think about that if you are in a super rush. However, it is worth it! Nice sized portions (I usually share a burrito). It is a cute past garage. I used to get my oil changed there! I like it better for coffee. : )

I wanted to let the SIP fam know how much I appreciate their staff and what they do for the community! I’ve been a local supporter and throughout my experience they always seem to have the friendliest staff. They are known for supporting other local businesses by hosting events or always having my favorite pastries from local shops! Their signature drinks often change to match each season- which have been creative and always something new to try :) I will continue to support SIP as they never seem to disappoint with their customer service, and food and drinks they offer! This place is great for a late weekday or weekend drink, beer or coffee.They have an awesome beer menu and make a mean Old Fashioned.And, if youre looking for a place to get some work done (even into the late night realm) they are a fantastic place to do so with ample seating and wifi.The awesome tiki-themed speakeasy-esque bar Undertow is located inside, as well.Staff are always helpful, attentive, and friendly and bonus points for always clean bathrooms!

I generally liked this place. I got a vegan chai latte (just ask for almond milk), did some work, and left when I was done. I really liked all of the music they played (not sure how so many of those songs were on my playlists!). The staff were friendly enough, but it seemed like maybe they were in a bad mood or something. Maybe they had a bad day.

Today was our first trip to Sip Coffee & Beer and we loved it! Originally we went to the Scottsdale location but realized it has a limited menu so we drove to the Arcadia location. The service was super friendly, food was amazing, and the drinks were great. Dog friendly patio and the gluten free bread options too!

I was super excited to try this place, but was very disappointed with the shockingly horrible customer service. The barista was condescending and clearly did not want to be there.. The drinks tasted super watered down and looked like they were thrown together. I wish I could go back 30 mins in time when I didnt waste my money and time on watered down coffee. Even Dunkin tastes better than this.

We used the drive thru option at the sip on indian school and 36th. We had to wait 40 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a burrito, and when we got them the burrito was hardly cooked. We understand if people are understaffed but we werent warned about the long wait times. The food was bland and the cold brew tasted old and musky. I used to love this place, but now I cant stand it.

A nice place to have coffee and a sandwich. At this coffee shop, you will see a smile on all crew faces. I always coming here to have my coffee and chill out with my friends. Also, I noticed that many people ordered the pavlova cake that looked delicious. I will surely return to this coffee shop and highly recommend it as an official stop on a visit.

So many goods about this place.1. Great adaptive re-use of an old car-centric property. (Automotive garage)2. The underground tiki bar with the entrance in the middle of the space is SOO COOL. I have yet to explore but I will.3. The bar/coffee with healthy and light eats idea is a great one. It fits many lifestyles and allows for the business to have a variety of hours and clientele.My experience was, like many, centered around a business meeting. I met a gentlemen there who on the surface seems to have completely different ideals and political goals then myself. After chatting For a bit, I found him and I to have many similar goals and politically we align on many things. The sip staff was very astute and was aware of when to enter the convo. I had a power shake (on the menu) and my comarade had a featured IPA.All in all: great service, wonderful atmosphere for conversation and business, good food choices and good for day or night. I’ll be back.

Usually not one to right a negative review but I ordered a breakfast burrito via DoorDash and the food here is usually delicious. Today there was an extra surprise in the form of a rubbery plastic piece of something.

Great place! Drive through coffee shop, $5 Bloody Mary and mimosa brunch specials, food, craft beer, dog friendly patio, plus tiki bar in the basement. What more can you ask for? Wish we have one of these in Los Angeles

Kinda sad I couldn’t experience this place…Might try again idk if I want to anymore since it’s not close. Went after work and they’re basically out of everything so it was a 40 minute drive for literally nothing.If you want business, post you don’t have anything besides alcohol after a certain time or close early.

Coffee is only ok and $5 for 12 oz iced latte is expensive. The place is pretty loud, not great for a conversation or for work. Id come back but only if there was a reason.

I stopped in to pick up a gift card for a friend and left a Sip fan. The barkeep and the owner were warm and friendly and know their beer. The suggestion they made was perfection. A sixth star would be appropriate. Bravo!

Love this spot! Great selection of beer on tap, including a few sours (btw the cherry sour is 👌👌👌)! Great space, love the patio and I cant wait to come back for the tiki bar downstairs!

Had the blt, made traditional but in their vision, had some jam in it which turned out to be a very welcome surprise. They have live music and cant go wrong with the drinks. This place is a great place to work in a relaxed environment. Very laid back, but still helpful, staff working. The bartender recommended a beer for me that I really liked, and I appreciated it quite a bit. Big fan of this place and will be coming back more!

Was really excited to try this place! But was disappointed with the staff, asked for recommendations on a coffee and the gentleman was short and rude. Great place for so many reasons! If you have a date and you dont know where to go? Bring them here. They have good coffee, great beer, friendly staff, good food, live music, and great regulars. If you want to get some work done, the patio/indoor seating is perfect for that. The aesthetics to this place are very inviting. Plus on the weekend there is a sweet little cocktail lounge downstairs. Im a traveler so I like to try and find cool local places to get work done and usually I would try new spots out each day, but this place has turned me into a regular for the short amount of time Ill be in the area.

Cool place with good coffee!

Have only been here 3 xs since they opened. Not because I dont like the place but simply because its not close to where I live. They have fantastic customer service. Every latte is perfect and their breakfast burritos are excellent. A little pricey but well worth it.

Coffee is really good and they don’t saturate their specialty drinks with sugar/syrups like a lot coffee shops do. The food is also delicious and reasonably priced, love the drive-thru concept they have as well! Great for quick breakfast or just to sit and have coffee or a beer!

Always a great spot for wonderful customer service.My first and only complaint ever was that I had ordered a bacon breakfast english muffin sandwich and received a sausage breakfast sandwich which unfortunately went uneaten..maybe it was a sign lol..so next time I will just stick to the protein shakes I love from there!

I’m not generally one to share my experience but after 2 Out of 2 bad visits, I think it’s necessary to share.The Good:- Good specialty coffees- Fast Service- They let us taste test their CBD nitro- Offers milk alternativesThe Bad- Rude/Inconsiderate service on both trips in the drive thru (different people each time)- Ordered an $8 Chi Tea Latte with 2 shots of espresso and they didn’t add the espresso.- Although the service is fast, they make you feel rushed and unwelcome- I would not recommend ordering custom drinks.Not the worst, but there’s definitely better options.

So happy I came across this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the food was out fast and of course, DELICIOUS! I loved their little coffee station, they had everything you needed to make great coffee! If Im ever in Arizona again, I will be stopping by again!

Converted auto shop into a coffee/beer house with rotating taps, indoor and outdoor seating. A great staff with various drink and food options to choose from. On the weekends they have live music and have a bar underneath the shop called Hideaway that seats only a dozen or so people. The drinks are strong but priced high, but still an okay experience.

You guys are awesome, one request- could you open back up for evening hours, even if we have to socially distance, masks and spaced out tables, limiting capacity - Would be so nice to have a relaxing place to get a drink/coffee and complete evening work - instead of being locked up in my apartment.

This is a great concept business! Putting a coffee bar, beer garden, and more into this old oil change garage works wonderfully. While youre there get the CBD Nitro! Highly recommended!

The building is very nice and its impressive what they did to convert the location. I actually once had my oil changed at this location when it was a Jiffy Lube. Got a coffee and muffin and it was very good however very pricey. The service was top notch so that is a plus but I am disappointed that their coffee is provided by Cartel Coffee Lab. Honestly Id rather go to Cartel only because its less pricey. Although the location is nice I am not willing to pay extra for architectural ingenuity. But I reiterate that the muffin was good and the coffee is as well. I am willing to go again and try some of the other food next time.

This place is cool, friendly service, excellent coffee... I recommend that you get the latte. Of course theyll do some artistic design on it. You can hang out back on the deck or inside. DOWNSTAIRS is a wicked cool bar...its a hidden gem. Good service and plenty of exotic drinks.... or just cold beer. Get there early because it always seems crowded. Fun place to hang out with friends.

Sip is an old mechanic shop converted into a coffee spot/bar. I went there for coffee and got their version of the Cuban with no regrets. The vibe of the place was very inviting and the employees were extremely friendly and prompt with their service. My wife and I expected to be in and out, but ended up relaxing there for nearly an hour! The place was so inviting and had a great atmosphere. Cant wait to go back and check out the bar!

This location repurposed its space perfectly. The coffee is top notch. Service is fast friendly and knows what they are doing around a coffee station. Often have live music and perfect evenings on the back patio in the spring and fall. Been here late at night, mid week rush hour, and weekend mornings - quality and service is consistent.

Our absolute favorite place to get cold brew! The staff is very friendly and personable. Evening drinks and brunch is fantastic as well. We come here multiple times a month and always recommend it.

Still a great spot. Menu changed up a bit, better furniture, a little bit slower service and food. Had a good time, food was great, everyone friendly. Will keep.going when were in that part of town.
