I visited this morning. The latte was absolutely outstanding -- the espresso was perfect. This was one of the top ten lattes that I have ever had. The staff member was also friendly. The bakery items seemed really fresh, and the espresso chocolate muffin was delicious.This is a must-stop coffee shop in Phoenix.

Probably the best coffee spot in Phoenix. They just have a good set up and good vibes here. All the drinks and food are great, but what keeps us coming back are the people who work there. Such a good crew of humans! Also love inky bob the cat who lives here! Definitely worth a stop.

Songbird is the best coffee shop in town. My family and I have been going to songbird since they opened pretty much. We love the inviting atmosphere. Weve met so many amazing people and even been able to make life long friends at this place. Erin the owner is so sweet and kind, the employees are always warm and welcoming. Songbird is one of the best parts of our weekend! The coffee, hot chocolate, teas, and baked goods are all delicious. We tell all our friends and family to take a visit. We live no where near Songbird - but always make the drive. Songbird is the best!

Modern coffee at its best. A great coffee shop focused on serving you a great cup. My boyfriend and I just love this place. This is a place where everyone is social and nice. We also liked the staff members for they always make sure that you are welcomed and have great integrity in their way of making your cup of coffee. We had a great time here!

Great coffee and tea drinks. Big fan of the cold brew and the tea lemonade; their tea selection is solid and a has a good variety flavors. The the fact its a small little house really makes the place feel one of a kind, especially in downtown phoenix.

Songbird was delightful, and they have an impressive selection of teas to pick from that arent just Earl Grey. Their coffee was good, too, no burnt taste and had smooth flavor. The neighborhood cat, Inky Bob, was also a lovely little delight. Hes not allowed in the café, though, but hes awfully good at greeting people as they come up to the door.

If you want a coffee shop and baked cookies, this is the place to go! It provides free wifi, and also has a coffee shop research facility. The staff / waiters are also very hospitable and polite. The coffee was right on the spot and the food was outstanding. Its good value for money and a fun environment. I highly recommend this place!

I am quite particular about where I reside. This location was really soothing. When I first drank their coffee here, I was taken away by how nicely it mixed tastes. There are more fascinating novels accessible here if you enjoy reading while enjoying a cup of coffee.Everyone should visit here.

Perfect place for morning coffee or just to sit and work, because there is a lot of seating. The people working here are so wonderful & helpful. Their selection of teas is so large and they have a lot of other really yummy drinks. Definitely give it a try sometime

Had the chocolate infused iced coffee. Wow, lovely chocolate flavor. Im not into sweet drinks. This was perfect as it could be sweetened but didnt automatically come that way.

Great loose leaf tea! So many choices. Also a perfect outdoor patio area to bring your pet. Our bunny enjoyed spending time outside while we enjoyed our pastries and tea.I have also tried their coffee selection and the pour over is perfect. Very hip to be in downtown Phoenix and feel like you are on the edge of Portland. Definitely support this local tea/coffee house!

Went here twice on my short vacation. First off the house is adorable and the outside seating area has both shaded and sunny seats. It’s a great spot to sit and relax, hang out with friends, or get some work done. The inside seating has a handful of small tables and also a selection of classic books to read. The workers were friendly and the menu had lots of options for coffee and tea drinkers alike. They also have several milk options. I enjoyed both the matcha latte and the golden milk (turmeric and ginger drink) with oat milk. There were also a few cats quietly wondering around but interested in interaction.

Songbird always impresses me. My bf and I have gone a few times now and its always a good experience. The staff is fast, friendly and helpful. They have plenty of tables and chairs to enjoy the surrounding city. The food and drinks are amazing. Its a place Id recommend anyone to go to. Plus you get to say hi to Inky Bob, Songbirds black nub-tailed kitty.

I had a great entrance to arizona with that thank you lolYes you have to wear a mask, yes you have to respect other people. Stop leaving 1 star reviews because you are a jerk. Song Bird is a really neat coffee house with a whole lot of character. I think that it is a place that should be visited at least once. It is really cool how this old home has been renovated into a coffee shop featuring local artist artwork. Aside from its looks, they also serve up some great coffee and the staff is just as great.If youre looking for a place to get some joe and take a quick load off then the benches out front and the small seating area inside will be cozy and fun. But if youre looking to really hunker down and do some homework or maybe read a good book for a long while, you may seek out another coffee shop with more seating and cushy couches. But please dont let this minor detail deter you, it may just be my personal opinion. This is still a fantastic coffee shop, hence the 5/5.

Such a great little stop before going to see a ballet. They have multiple selections of chai tea, spicy or sweet. The spicy has some kick! Very tasty. The tea selection is huge and wonderful. Wish they had tea pots. The outdoor seating is perfect this time of year. Cant wait to go back.

Such a gem of a coffee shop. Really great vibe, loved the front porch swing. Coffee was great, pastries were outstanding. The Strawberry lemon Gallette, brown butter coffee cake and lavender lemon cake were awesome!

Love the charm of this location. Who doesnt like to feel as if they are at the neighbors house for coffee? Unfortunately, the inside isnt open but the outside seating still allows for great conversations and meetings. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. They have one of the largest selections of teas. Despite the variety of options, within walking distance, Songbird offers a feeling of being home and relaxed.

Highly Recommended! This shop was truly worth it even if it were expensive. The coffee and the foods they served were absolutely delicious and OK. Besides, the ambiance was very good to relax. It was clean, fragrant, and satisfying to visit again and again. Even the waiter that served my order at that time was very pleasant and decent. I really like everything in this shop. Worth it!

This tiny hole in the wall is a sweet spot to get a coffee or a tea. The tea menu is fairly large, and the coffee is fresh, not too dark or burned, and there are lots of options including plant-based milks and flavors.

The coffee was delicious. There is a coffee spot just up the street and Songbird is way better. It taste clean and fresh with no weird aftertaste. I also had the breakfast sandwich with bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. That also was very tasty. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend!

This was the first cafe I visited on my trip to Phoenix and Im very happy with that decision! The barista was so kind and personable. The space is cute and cozy. Coffee wasnt anything fancy but the ambience and vibes of the place/people are truly why you should visit. Plenty of places to plug in and great wifi!

Songbird offered a great outdoor atmosphere that was very dog friendly, even have an outdoor shop kitty who eyed us from a few feet. Which Koit just loved and I adored the metal tree art and swing.However, the staff I came in contact with was very unprofessional, my barista/cashier was consistently looking at his phone while I asked questions about the shop and I mostly got mumbled responses.I decided to get an iced almond milk mocha.Sadly, I found this mocha was just OK and I hope that I just happened to come in contact with a new employee who wasn’t comfortable with the shop yet.

What a beautiful and pleasant day to appreciate this outstanding coffee shop that I visited earlier. I was astonished by their service and place. It was all tidy and clean. Perhaps, I was touched by the beautiful and handsome crews that showed the curved in their lips as they served me well. For me, everything was perfect. From the good taste of their coffees to the sweetness of their pastries, all that I could say was Wow. I’ll be back soon!

This coffee and tea shop is definitely worth the drive from anywhere in Maricopa county! Seriously guys and gals. Never felt so at home in a coffee shop. This is true coffee and tea dining at its finest. Beautiful employees. Outstanding tea selection. Just about every kind of chair, couch, bench, and bar you can think of. What pulled me in was the yellow swing bench. What captivated me inside was the mood was relax come get a coffee your home.

On top of having really great coffee, Songbird has some of the best baked goods Ive had at a cafe. The scones (whether savory or sweet) are absolutely amazing!The atmosphere is very pleasant as well. Not cramped, but still comfortably intimate. They have many plants (most of which I believe can be bought) decorating the interior. The outside has a wonderful porch swing and tables on the lawn. All around lovely place!

Ordered a matcha tea with almond milk. Very tasty! They also have treats from treehouse bakery which are vegan and sometimes gluten free. Stop by, the house its located in is very cozy and they have a lot of other choices of drinks including a CBD oolong!

I love this place! The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a personal cup discount and a free drink for every ten drinks you buy. Its a nice small space perfect for doing work, reading, or meeting with friends. Also, a cat name inky bob hangs around and hes always a pleasure to see.

This is a charming coffeeshop located in a converted home. I was greeted warmly by the barista, who recommended and customized a delicious sweet and spicy iced dirty Chai. I also ordered a white chocolate raspberry muffin, and it was incredible.
