By FAR one of the best employers Ive ever worked for! When the program I was originally hired for decided to end the contract, internal assistance ensued. TTEC worked very diligently to make sure all of the people on the program were placed in other programs. We had to qualify for the programs by applying but were offered preference when being interviewed for all open positions. I had a very vigorous training to prepare me for the new program, including a couple different levels of nesting to prepare me for the final place in the most profitable and expansive program within the TTEC World. I am very happy to say I have found my home with TTEC and hope to be with them for the test of my working life.

Only been here once due to covid-19 but I love the company I work for and Ive been here for 3 months and I think its a great place to work and the benefits are great! Havent gotten the office experience yet but I hope in the future I will get to enjoy the perks of the office!
I work for FedEx and the managers, employees and clients we speak with are absolutely wonderful. I wish we were paid more but I see myself here for the long haul because it truly is a great company! I recommend them! Plus theyre very understanding about schedules and personal lives and children.

Very disrespectful, the Google AdWords reps are the worst!Raffi Meneshian calls me twice every morning and is incredibly disrespectful contacting my clients. He is harassing me, my marketing agency, and now my clients.The people working here are the worst. This experience with Raffi has made it clear TeleTech is a terrible company with no one managing these people who are actively hurting small businesses.

Typical call center environment. Agents are just a body in a chair. The pay is great, answering emails for Hyundai for $12 an hour plus benefits. We lost one day of work without pay so the entire call center could be sprayed for bed bugs. Gross. Then they tried to lie about the bed bugs. My boss was cool, but it will steal your soul.
I am happy to say I just received an offer of employment with Revana. And will be working on an account that I am proud to be a part of. For me, the process has been professional and timely. I thank them for the opportunity.
This place is a joke. I worked there doing sales and you would not believe everything I saw. From people being told they cannot go to the bathroom because they hadnt produced any sales, to management letting people go to avoid paying commissions. Work here at your own risk, youve been warned.
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! They have no morals and do not care about their employees. My husband went through extensive training to become licensed. After a month and a half they laid off all their new hires. Yep, right before Christmas!What a great company! Because they have a high volume of calls through the month of November, they staff up. They do not tell you up front it is a very shortlived seasonal position. And tiptoe around only to let you go without warning.He was great at his job! The people he spoke to loved him and he many enrollments, doing his job better than most.Stay away from this company, especially during the months of September thru December. They do not pay for training. You get a bonus when you finally make it through stressful studying and dedication.
I was hired to provide customer service for Hyundai customers. Well it not really customer service, its redirecting while recording verbatim what was said so that in case the customer calls a lawyer there is no liability. You see, when you have a problem with your Hyundai, your supposed to take it to a dealership. Hyundai Corporation has nothing to do with their vehicles after they have sold them to the dealers. They are only responsible for their warranty. Its a good warranty but its just a warranty and can be voided easily, unless you have a recall which the government requires the company to handle, whether they are in Korea or not. This is how all car companies work. As a customer service employee you are really there to just record what was said and advise them to go to the dealership where they got the car and see if they can help you out. $12 dollars and hour for rigorously typing out anything that was said by the customer, showing them how to use the website to find the answers and telling them to go to a dealer. Now of course you can help them hook their phone up to the car to power some fancy functions but if the car isnt working properly it is not your problem and the customer should, again, go to the dealership, where theyll spend large amounts of money just addressing their concern. $12/hour is feeble pay at best for the stress associated with this field. And after a couple years you might get promoted to a $13/hour position. Youre better off taking a telephone sales position that pays $10/hour plus commission and doing less work for more pay. Especially since at $12/hourly with an opportunity for a $300 bonus per month that is all taxed you will only bring home about $1200 for the month for full time work after Uncle Sam and Health Insurance have eaten your check. This place is ten times more work for not enough pay and if you dont believe me, just go there and find out. This job is for teenagers who need some spending money and college kids who have FASFA funding their expenses, and people who feel they must work but dont care about making any real money. You cannot live on this pay alone when you have real expenses...especially if you have other mouths to feed and you are the sole breadwinner. Its telemarketing without any of the fun, commissions or bonuses and twice the stress of any position I have ever had...even door-to-door vacuum sales.
I dont have the name for the lady that works in suite 100 but she is a closet racist. Just how she handled my application process was off. Then she said there are no open positions and i should go check the tempe location. Isnt it YOUR job to help people get employment? Shes an older lady with short hair and glasses. I think she has a problem with African Americans.

If you want to get treated like an old piece of trash that gets thrown to the curb then this is the place for you. I have never felt so used working here. I had a supervisor that had no clue and it appears everyone here is thrown into their position so there is no real direction or mission, just pure chaos.
Wasted my time for 2 straight days, on a job I was more than over qualified for. Than didnt even update me for a week. Dont waste your time.

Save yourself the trouble, this company is highly unprofessional. Upper management allows supervisors to sexually assault employees then proceed to sweep it under the rug, allows managers to sell hard drugs on the production floor to its employees and allows managers to steal money from its employees and act like its not happening. Definitely wouldnt recommend working for them.

Place is terrible, trainings a joke nothing ever works. Deffinately a third party not paid enough job. Management sucks, no opportunities to advance. Place is ghetto and there is roaches in the ice machine they try to hide.
