NOT GOING WELL...The cabinets were installed in Nov 20 and it took effort to get them to measure for granite, finally done Dec 18. Installation date was Jan 13 21 but 3 men arrived with 2 slabs and could not get it in my doorway with the wheels they had, told there were low profile ones they would bring with more men. Heard nothing. I called Jeff at 7 am and he said he would call me back, did not. I called at 11:15 and he said by noon he would have info. He did not call so I called at 1:16 and receptionist said Jeff is gone for the day! I was upset and told her I wanted to complain to the owner and she put me on hold and Jeff comes on...he has to order wheels, does not know when they will arrive next week. I was told they had the wheels just have to find which installers truck they were on! Why would they send their man to measure my huge island and not measure the doorways to get it inside?!?! POOR SERVICETIDAY THEY WERE INSTALLED AND LOOKS GREAT...THANK YOU!

They installed a cracked basin in our guest bathroom and insisted the crack was cosmetic. We trusted the so called professionals. 2.5 years later the crack finally revealed itself as leaky and guess what: now its out of warranty! They want me to pay them to replace the whole two-basin/countertop after less than 3 years! Just despicable.

We love our new counter tops! They were exactly what we wanted. The installation crew was one of the best weve ever worked with. They were very professional and knowledgeable!

I highly recommend you look for a different company and one that will stand behind their product and workmanship.Marlan does NOT stand behind their product quality. Workmanship is shoddy and they are full of excuses.

Marlam has been in and out of my house for past 2 years. They are the most unprofessional, most unreliable company and workmanship that I have ever seen. They have so much turn over and such poor quality and entirely piss poor attitude. Story changes all the time I would never recommend them to ANYONE. NEVER USE MARLAM FOR ANY LINE OF BUSINESS.
