I bought slabs and when Keith’s team saw a potential problem instead of just cutting the slabs I purchased they raised their concern to us and we were able to find different slabs. Keith and his team were awesome! They communicated and followed through very well with everything! Keith worked with us when we couldnt find a slab we wanted at the first showroom, and recommended a few other places. Once we found the perfect slabs he got us on a wait list for them ASAP and followed up with the showroom to get the slabs the moment they became available. After install there was a small issue with the countertop and his team fixed it the very next day. Everyone on his team was professional and demonstrated that they know their job well. Throughout the entire process Keith was just a text away. I was not looking forward to the process of getting new counters, but Serranos Surfaces made it so easy. Overall I am impressed with the price, the communication, and the quality of the counters. I trust Serranos Surfaces and would recommend them to anyone.

We found Serranos Surfaces on Offerup and could not be more happy with our experience. Keith and his Team are excellent communicators and was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable at helping us choose the perfect stone for our countertops. One of things that I noticed was that the backsplashes in the bathrooms and laundry room were well thought out, because the veining on the countertops continued up the backsplash. Also, by request we made our island edge thicker to stand out and anchor the kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Serranos Surfaces!

Keith and his team were phenomenal. We bought our countertops at a place that did not deliver and we couldnt transport them. Keith went and picked them up for us and then stored them for 4 months for us without complaint. (That was not our original plan - our other contractors were awful). When it came time to install, I got in touch with Keith and he was there within a couple of days, right on time. He came and got all of the exact measurements, setup an install time, and his crew did an amazing job. They were quick, precise, professional, and produced an amazing final product. Keith and his crew were great.My husband and I previously had two of my kitchens remodeled and We knew exactly what ww wanted in my new home. We wanted a huge kitchen island that can accommodate our family gatherings.My husband is a realtor, so we looked at over 100 houses before we found one with a kitchen that can be remodeled to our needs.I have contacted two of my previous contracted with pictures of what we wanted and both told me that the biggest island they can do is 108”.That’s when I started looking around and found Serranos Surfaces.I contacted Keith and sent him multiple designs. We made an appointment with Keith, to come give an estimate to remove old granite and replace with new quartz kitchen countertops. He was so friendly, helpful, funny and courteous. Keith’s estimate to do the work was much better than all others. Every time I had a question, I would either text or call Keith and he was willing to help right away. We decided to go ahead and choose our quartz slabs at MSI through Keith. The process was very simple and smooth. We even had enough quartz from our 2 slabs, so decided to add a new counter to a 2nd bath. Javier and two others came to do the demo and install, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB. We are VERY pleased and HAPPY having our work done by Serrano’s Surfaces. Had Quartz kitchen countertop fabricated and installed. Let me preface this with, I was a little skeptical because I found them on OfferUp - Keith Antonio Serrano came to my home and was very professional, asked what we were looking for and took measurements. He was prompt courteous. I picked out the quartz my wife was interested in and got a very competitive quote. We had a few things going on so I requested a date a few weeks later - they had no problem meeting the date.Install day came and they showed up at the tail end of the scheduled time frame - installation went great. They corrected a fabrication problem within a couple hours and had the tops completed.
