Explosion Sportswear does screenprinting for us exclusively. Their customer service ranks at the top of the scale. Excellent service, wonderful work very professional.

They stored 2 years of credit card data in their system and didnt secure it properly. Their system got hacked and our credit card information stolen. Half of our club members had fraudulent transactions on their account over the course of 6 hours. The worst part is Explosion hasnt sent any notification to users, or even blogged or posted anything on their site - we figured it out on our own and had to contact them before finding out they had a breech.

These guys just get it.
