Purchased Leg Avenue 2pc cat accessory kit 3 hours ago, opened it and put it on and the ear smooth fell off. They are put on with the cheapest of glue.I’ll take this review down after Halloween because I love the store, this is a review of the Leg Avenue product for Halloween.

Stopped in on a whim after another lingerie store was quite lack luster. This place is absolutely packed with some of the best pieces Ive seen. Their heel selection was mind blowing with gorgeous heels I never see in stores. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the store itself was impeccably clean, well organized, and had a spectacular selection of things. My new favorite lingerie and toy store!

The store its self is only half as amazing as Queen VICTORIA!!! She is so knowledgeable about her products and she actually cares!!!! Weekdays before 5 go see her but dont cut into my QV time lol. Prices are the best Ive seen too.

I walked into groove after not being in the store for quite some time the manager Victoria greeted me like an old friend I’ve noticed over the time that I’ve gotten to know her she treats everyone with respect and kindness for customer service skills are awesome things you cannot learn in school the way she handles customers I’ve seen nothing like it I wish other groove locations had a Victoria working for them

The staff was unnecessarily trailing me throughout the store. I was unable to really focus on the variety of choice there was to look at, because I was distracted by the amount of questions and help I received. Leaving rather flustered and unsatisfied. Was hoping to pick up a fun gift for my friend and I to try for v day. Id love to spend my money here but since your employees dont trust your customers. I cant.

I was very uncomfortable at first but this sweet lady (Teirra) had so much knowledge on the exact items I was interested in. It was extremely busy but she didn’t get overwhelmed and helped me understand the benefits and features of multiple products, to the point I felt extremely comfortable with my purchases. Thank you so much for everything and can’t wait til Valentine’s Day to see the happy look on my wife’s face!

Edit/Update! Change from 1 star to 3 starsBought 4 outfits and two didnt work. They were hanging items according to their receipt can be returned within 14 days. They wouldnt take the items, because they couldnt have watched be tried them on. The one item had no way I could try it on with the straps. The other item wouldnt go past my knees even it was so small. Im not how they claim it couldve touched any where private with those issues. The items at the store run very small and can be an issue for a lot of people. The person I first talked to walked away and another person came and even admitted that yes the associates arent trained right to handle customers with trying on but the customers are the ones to suffer. Proper signage and recipets are responsibility of the business owners on returns. The lady told me I could only come in on one day at one time to talk to the manager. I even talked last night with the person that Im traveling here. I dont have the time or availability for that. The lady also wanted me to leave the items and receipt there. That is very sketchy. The receipt contains personal information that is suppose to confidential and is proof of purchase. Leaving the items as well results in issues and seems sketchy. Would never recommend this store to anyone. Leaving last night I thought I might shop online when I leave, but I would never spend another penny at this store.The manager personally called me and remedy the situation wwith an exchange. I would recommend going to the one in Gilbert where she works!

Patsy is the best. She always helps me find what I need and doesnt rush me into something I wont like. Shes super friendly and extremely helpful. Its hard as a plus size woman to find nice lingerie, but its not a problem with the help of Patsy!

Horrible experience. DO NOT buy your heels here. I bought a pair of pleasers for $90 wore them 4 nights and then the glue on the shoe came undone and it fell apart. Anyone who wears pleasers knows that this is not normal! Obviously a factory defect, so I brought them back and tried to exchange them for the same pair that doesn’t have a defect. They absolutely refused to help me any any way shape or form and were extremely rude about it even though I stayed calm and friendly. I talked to multiple levels of managers, store manager, and even had the owner of the company involved. They just kept telling me to buy a new pair from them. What a money hungry rip off. Little do they know they LOST money because my girlfriends and I who previously spent hundred of dollars a year here will never return to a company who can’t ensure they are selling quality products

I was surprised shopping at Groove. The employee who helped me was Corona. I am really shy and she made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. I walked away with an unintended purchase and have come back several times. If you are nervous going into an adult store like I was try this place...you will be pleasantly surprised!

Deceptive Sales - Buyer beware of deceptive sales prices here. I was drawn in by their Holiday Sales only to realize that they were not sales at all. The Unbound Twiggy Bracelet that was marked down from $49 to $19 is the same price that it was last month in the store as the regular price of $19. ☹ I noticed several other items that were on this huge discount but are the same price as they were before this “sale”. Very disappointing that you would treat your repeat customers like this. Thanks, but no thanks. You just lost a customer!

So I go to the store because the website says open till 7pm I get there and the lady workin there tells me that the store is close. That’s BS i drove a few miles just to get there and then she tells me that I have to go online to buy what I need. I don’t even know why they say is open waste of time and gas.
