The mango smoothie actually had chunks of mango, and it was so refreshing. That alone warrants 5 stars but the customer service was excellent and the menu extensive. We also ordered an iced milk tea (soy milk) with boba, a shot of Vietnamese coffee and half sugar. Delicious.No restrooms but you can use them in the attached Vietnamese restaurant.Parking can be hard to find during peak hours.

I really wanted to like this place but my classic milk tea no boba drink was super sweet. I forgot to ask if they would do 75% sweetness, instead it was like 125% sweetness! Sounds ghetto but I had to dilute it with water in order to drink it.Other than that, it’s connected to Pho Thanh. They offer smoothies, ice cream, slushees, and floats.I love that they offer three sizes, 16, 24, and 32 ounce. Too bad I couldn’t enjoy my drink.

Took my nephews to Milk Run since they love Boba, one of them got the Thai tea which was simply delicious and the other got the Nutella tea which I would not recommend as it is a bit bitter and bland. Also tried the cookie monster ice cream and it was ok not much flavor. Will definitely return.

Stopped in on my way home and was pleasantly surprised. Theyve got a pretty decent menu and offer a few different Boba tea flavors not available at other places and they offer them in three sizes which was a plus. My Boba tea was delicious and perfect for my drive home. They have ice cream and other items but I came here specifically for the Boba and was not disappointed. I will definitely stop here again next time Im in the area.

I love this place, the drinks are amazing. My son has a nut allergy and they are always so accommodating. Live the workers, they are so sweet. Fully recommend them in every way. Plus they are right next to pho.

Ive ordered from here twice. The drinks are nice and the boba is perfect all the way through but the price is Starbucks level. Drove out of the way to get to this particular Boba Shop and it was worth the drive. Wide variety of flavors, teas, and ice cream. My daughter and I were fascinated with the split cup feature where its possible to have two drinks in one cup! Pretty darn cool! We had Mango tea with strawberry poppers and Pineapple tea with mint on the other side. It was really tasty and we both enjoyed our choices. If you are this part of town and enjoy a nice Boba drink, check this place out!

This place is so good! Their ice cream is amazing and their boba milk teas are 10/10! The Thai Milk Tea with Honey Boba is my favorite drink here, and the coffee ice cream is a must! Long line of people but fast service and variety of items to choose from. I tried the matcha ice cream and the vanilla honey, very refreshing for a hot Arizona day and tasty as well. The MIC drop drink was also a great take on a classic Italian favorite, tiramisu but with black tea in the drink, boba optional. There is also a rewards program with phone number. Will be back soon!

As a general dessert and drink place, but most of their drink are too sweet, like I cant taste the flavors sweet. Theres only about 2 or 3 drinks on here that are like regular milk teas. Update: turns out all the drinks were changed to be much sweeter, all I could taste was sugar

I didn’t take any pics of the drinks, sorry. They have two sizes, regular and large. Get the large, they’re worth it. I got the Thai Milk tea with boba, husband got the lychee peach black tea drink, put daughter got a watermelon slushy. All three were delicious! Will be back and next time will take pics.

What a Gem!! I give it 5 stars for the Taro float and the sugarcane juice we got. They also make their own ice cream. We haven’t tried everything on their menu (hence the 4 stars) but we will be certainly be going back for more.Don’t miss this place - It’s delicious and worth the trip!!

From a really old place I went to here and there when I was little, stills preforms the best now. I love the main decor, in terms of aesthetic it’s amazing and suits well. Now food wise, the drinks were amazing too!Overall rating: 9/10

Best milk tea and boba in town plus the ice cream is fantastic. The staff is kind, quick and they are taking the pandemic seriously with safety and cleanliness. The only place I feel comfortable running in to pick up an order, though delivery thru DoorDash has always been reliable too.

I visit Phoenix at least once a month and have made it a mission to grab some boba during every trip. For the last 6 months, Ive gone out of my way to come to Milk Run because I know Ill get quality, fresh boba each and every time. They offer non-dairy milk options too, which is a plus as Im vegan. I highly recommend you come check out Milk Run. You may even leave with some ice cream in your other hand!

Delicious! I ordered the coconut special with honey boba, fyi the honey boba is not that sweet but it complements the drink very well. The place is clean and has plenty of seating space. Service was exceptional, super friendly. One of the regulars came in after I had ordered my drink and the younflg lady at taking orders knew exactly what this ladys order was!

You can order milk teas, ice teas, ice cream, and a pandaan (Asian green leaves flavoring for desserts) waffle dessert.I liked how they provide a split cup, so you can order two different flavors. The tapioca was cooked perfectly (soft and chewy), I ordered vietnamese coffee and taro milk tea, it tasted great perfectly sweetened (not too sweet)You can hang out here with friends, enjoy the drinks, and take pictures. You can also opt to order your drink in a glass milk jar (extra $1.50) that can be reused with a discount for your next order. So happy we found this place.

Great tea and boba! Mine is the Sea Salt Jasmine Tea

The Vietnamese Sea Salt coffee with honey boba added is one of my favorite coffees or boba drinks I’ve ever had! It’s so rich, creamy, and delicious. It can get busy here, but the wait times aren’t usually too bad. The parking lot right on the corner always filled up, but there’s more parking in the back with easy access to Milk Run.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the ice cream, so creamy!!! Pandan waffle is also really good, not overly sweet. They have coconut chocolate and coconut vanilla which are their vegan flavors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I love that they make all their ice creams in house! My favorite is the black sesame ice cream. It’s so rich, creamy and flavorful! My go-to here is always Taro Float or the Thai Tea float! It’s never too sweet which is perfect! It’s even more perfect coming here for dessert after getting some pho next door at Pho Thanh!

One of the worst places I ever been till the fat lady with the black hair with the real fake eyebrows she had such of an attitude. And she’s wearing glasses she had an attitude like never before I’m asking her if she does free samples she’s pretending like she can’t hear us she gave me all the wrong things. I ask mint ice cream she gave me Orange ice cream. And they were allowing people with no mask to walk in People coughing and sneezing everywhere with no mask very very very very unprofessional it had a bad atmosphere

Great boba and ice cream shop that is also crazy affordable considering the servings. Very large seating area if you want to sit down and enjoy your goodies (it melts fast). Love that they offer taro and black sesame in their flavor offerings!

Great place for Boba, smoothies and the like! When we got there, there was a short line, my party was still deciding what they wanted. I know my Boba and all Asian drinks and tea, so I knew what I wanted. After helping everyone make a decision, we get in the line, and boom, the place then gets super crowded with all walks of life! Lots of people wanting to try Boba drinks! It was pretty insane! The employees were quiet, and not personable, but they were pretty busy. They have games to play, and cute walls for Selfies! ...Everyone enjoyed their drinks and then we were off to get our grub on! Oh, and they are conjoined with Pho Thanh! They were not in the mood for Pho, but that place is one of the best! Ive frequented this place since the mid 90s! Its delish!

EDIT:I hate writing bad reviews but I’m so disappointed recently. They haven’t gotten my order right in the past 3+ times I’ve gone. The most recent time instead of mango bits I got mango popping boba? Another time I got some random nasty coffee tasting tea instead of the milk tea I asked for so it was undrinkable and it was a delivery order so I couldn’t get it remade. They used to be really nice and get my order right every time. Not sure what changed. Boba is decent when they get it right.ORIGINAL:5 stars Great boba and milk tea! Best boba shop around! My go-to is the Vietnamese Coffee (either iced coffee or milkshake) with crystal boba. My friends go-to is the Matcha Float with boba. We order through the app/website, so its ready when we arrive and racks up the loyalty points.

I first tried Boba 2 weeks ago and it was at this place. It was so good and all of the staff there were so friendly. As someone who didnt really know what I was ordering they explained what somethings were and which type of Boba I could try. I love this spot for Boba. I frequent different spots around the area but Milk Run has the most option for teas, coffees, floats, ice creams and the like. My only complaint is that usually I like my drinks much less sweet than they are made, and even when I make a point to ask for very very little sweetener they are always overly sweet.

I had community and economic development project a few years back on the camelback corridor. The only gem in this area was PhoThanh and the super authentic Vietnamese grocer. When Milk Run opened next door I was pleasantly surprised. This shop brought up the whole corner.During my time there they made it very easy to stop in every other day and sometimes daily. My fave is the black milk tea w/ boba but I started branching out to their asian themed ice creams. (Thai tea, Vietnamese coffee, taro, great tea, etc.) the fruit bobas and the double sided cups allow for optimum flavor sampling.The owners are young entrepreneurs and the whole store is an Instagram opportunity with its many backgrounds.I love this place and use it for meetings on the corridor.

We really liked how the flavors blended together. We ordered the classic float tea and a float tea with vietnamese coffee ice cream. We also liked that the options were different than most other ice cream places. Id say this is a unique place to get a different sort of dessert.

Drinks are okay, however staff is consistently rude. I know some of the employees and they refused to shut down despite possible COVID infections.

Milk Run has the most delicious ice cream and boba! Ive tried several boba places in Phoenix, and Milk Run is what I call home. The staff is very friendly and make it a point to provide service that is a bit more personalized. I love this place! On the flip side, Milk Run will also be the cause of your boba addiction that leads to weight gain!

I 💖Milk Run! I dont get to come nearly as much as I would like so its always a special treat. Its not a very large shop, tucked away in the corner of a small shopping center with a tiny parking lot. The inside is clean, well lit and has cute decor perfect for IG pics. It is well worth the struggle to find parking during busy hours though. They have a nice selection of teas, smoothies, ice cream and other desserts plus really good boba! The tea and fruit smoothies always taste fresh. Their ice cream is a perfect texture to make a float or top a waffle, a little too dense for my liking to just eat straight though. My personal favorite is a Durian smoothie with their fabulous orbs of chewy boba, its not often you can find a place that will actually use Durian but Milk Run does and it tastes delicious!

I got a passion fruit green tea with honey boba, the boba was good and soft but the drink itself was absolutely horrible, the syrup wasn’t properly mixed in my drink and there was so much it that it ruined the entire experience. The front counter lady was friendly and the atmosphere of the business was top notch
