Im new to boba so I cant really rate it comparatively, but thats not their fault. I ordered a green tea, almond milk, very sweet, Matcha/Chai flavor with honey boba (not blended). Id definitely order it again, and get the larger one 💚🍃🍵I love that they have convenient and accessible parking. The atmosphere inside is trendy/industrial. Very open, lots of seating options. Which was great to see given that I have a disability. Although the surrounding area is a bit crowded (which is expected downtown), Id surely return.

Great bubble tea and pretty popular. There was a bit of a queue seeing as the sun was out but was very refreshing.

Greeted with a smile, ordering was easy (so many options), and they quickly made my order. Good size drink for the price, will be my new stop for my drive home drink. Parking is a little tight, but easy to get too. Will be back to explore more favor combinations.

Very yummy milk tea. Theres tons of flavors, and I appreciate that they have multiple non-dairy milk options.

The taste of of the boba is right on point.. and jess the (L) is huge.. never see this large size before..this could be the biggest i ever saw.. and the price is not too expensive..👍

Im always out looking for every boba spot I can find and Im glad I found this spot. Very simple menu and choice od green or black tea. Very clean and friendly staff. Great hang out spot with friends or alone. Oh and I got a free small bag of popcorn!!

The taste of the Thai tea was very bland compared to others Ive tried. They were cleaning up the patio while my friends and I were talking so wet left, thinking was past their business hours....they still had 30 minutes to go. A new customer arrived while we were leaving but thought they had closed as well.

Great bubble tea and good prices for the large sizes offered. I got the black tea with vanilla and caramel which was amazing and my husband got green tea with mango and strawberry. We will definitely be back soon!

Edit : Sadly I have to knock off a few stars for the poor experience I had the last Saturday. Not sure if the raised drink prices but my drink went from $3 and change with the 20%discount during happy hour to over an $8 drink. I even confirmed on my bank statement what I paid last time only wish I had the receipt itself. I will give them one more chance but only during the week when I had a great experience before.Original review : I love boba and especially popping Boba! Great place! Delicious options and variety of flavors! They have parking, their prices are so affordable, youll definitely have a great time here and last but not least their customer service is outstanding theyre so courteous and really try to make your experience the best, I say they exceeded my expectations. :)

Kind of confusing ordering here. But the staff is nice enough. I had a green apple shaved ice and it was pretty good!

I had an okay smoothie idk if it was real fruit, but they have egg rolls and corn dogs, im not a fan of boba so no comment on that

This is by far my FAVORITE Boba Tea shop!! I have tried other shops and they were ok, but this gem is amazing! The cashier is super nice and very patient with you. It’s busy depending what time you visit but still make your drink super speedy. My favorite is Mango 🥭 smoothie with mango popping boba ughh sooo good!! Give em a try and you won’t be disappointed!

I had the most amazing milk tea made with hibiscus and lavender!! The Boba also had a great texture and were made just right, not too squishy and not a super hard center either.I got mine iced, my sister got hers blended.

They have a large variety of flavors. Every drink comes with a free bag of popcorn. The service is fast. You can earn points and get money off. They also offer happy hour and student discounts. You can also mix flavors if you like. Ive come back multiple times and will continue to do so in the future.

My husband and I have tried several boba places and we BOTH agree they make the best tea in town! Im never dissatisfied it is always so tasty and gratifying. I recommend this place for sure.

I always pass this place in the evening and it looks so inviting and fresh because the glass doors are open and all the neons are on. We had three different Bobas and all were good . Ill be seeing you again soon!

Love this place. I love their smoothies and iced teas. You could create something quite special and original because the variety in their flavors is astonishing. My favorite has to be their iced mocha! With every order they give out little bags of popcorn which is the cutest thing. They also have a few fried food items like corn dogs and I think egg rolls? Which are fine, you know food is food, but their drinks, smoothies, and shaved ice are excellent!

This place is amazing! It really focused on making its boba well. The flavors are delicious and delicate but sweet if you want it to be ( you can choose a level of sweetness). The staff was kind and the atmosphere is amazing. She even gave us some free popcorn! I cant recommend this place enough and I look forward to going again!

I came from East Phoenix and at8:50 my tea n sweets was closed website is not updated they did have a paper on the door but dose not help me when I look it up!! And take my time to rush over there. An find out they are closed!.

I came across this place on google map, six months ago. I just got a chance to come in for the first time. I just love this place! Very friendly, great ice tea. I will be back.

Pictures show drinks can come with honey boba but when you order online there’s no options for it only fruity flavors of boba. Weird . Disappointing.

Nice place to hang out, great bubbles tea. I feel like the menu is a little overwhelming, especially when it comes to adding additional toppings, I didnt expect to see it under the ice cream toppings. Small gripes. Great place.

Super rude! First and last time Will NEVER spend my money there again. Walked in to find no one at the register when the girl finally walks out she doesn’t even acknowledge us. After pouring liquid into bottles she turns around and ask us what we want. When asked a question she responded with a rude tone.

I love coming here. Staff is super friendly and patient and the drinks AND food are amazing. Super affordable and a friendly and upbeat environment. Will definitely be coming here frequently.

The tea here was good, the price point is good. To be great though, you really have to differentiate yourself. They have not done this here. Customer service is sub par. I ordered the mushrooms on their menu and they never managed to materialize after finishing half my drink. I went to kindly ask about them, standing in line behind 2 people who had their drinks made as they were tended to. Finally back at the front of the line I asked about the mushrooms and the csr went to ask the person assisting in the front and back only for the assistant to sat it would be 2 more minutes. At that point I had waited over 10 minutes for something that fries up in 45 seconds. I asked for my cash back and was told to wait a moment for the mushrooms which I no longer wanted.

Descent prices. Great ambience. Nice staff. Free little popcorn bags are a great touch. They have natural flavoring which is nice. Been 3 times and happily going back!

I absolutely adore this boba place, they give you a free bag of popcorn with every drink which is such a nice little touch. The drinks are also really good in comparison to other places Ive been. They also even have happy hours on weekdays! If only I lived closer I would be here almost everyday!

Great tasting milk tea. The location is well kept and trendy. The complimentary popcorn oddly goes really well with the milk tea, too. They also offer milk alternatives which is great if youre vegan.

So many options and flavors!! You can make so many combinations. You can choose the sweetness which is great because most places make them too sweet for my taste. Drink1: My fiance got Coconut milk and flavor-Love it! Drink2: I chose almond milk and flavor. It is so savory. Lightly Sweetened is the Perfect sweetness level for me. Ive been craving Boba tea for ages and this place really satisfied. Go here. You will not regret it!!

The drink is pretty good, almost perfect boba and beverages ratios, but slightly different from original Taiwanese taste. Roomy and relaxing style, provided with board games which make it a great place to hangout with friends. Restroom is tidy and clean with indicate the general cleanliness of the store. Would definitely recommend

Ive tried different Taro Teas I get mines like a frapp with extra boba when I tried it here it was perfect. Not too sweet and it was creamy. Im addicted to this place they have great tasty things. People are always polite as well..

Best matcha milk tea. It’s gets packed but their Large is aActual LARGE, unlike the other places milk teas were the large looks a aMedium. Comes with a complementary popcorn bag.
