Clean, friendly, no sugar free option. Flavor selection decent. Thankfully it was actually open late as posted...you know Covid comes out late at night I guess 😅 since most businesses seem to keep Sunday hours 7 days a week now...🙄

I love the idea of this place and the outdoor floorplan. Its super clean and they have alot of yogurt choices that are all delicious. Free samples are available to pick the perfect flavor. Omg the topping choices are phenomenal so many different toppings all go great with FROZEN YOGURT!! Prices vary by weight of ur yogurt and toppings. The cashier was super friendly and he had good customer service skills. He also wore his face mask at all times.

First time here. We loved it. Staff is extremely friendly the location is in a great spot and the parking lot has ample space. The plaza is pet friendly and kid friendly as well. The yogurt selection is top notch. I love the mango. Will definitely come back again.

Nice clean little shop. Friendly staff on the more than one occasion Ive visited. Outdoor seating is available, but vacant at the noon hour in Phoenix when I visited on June 4th. Imagine that!I asked if they had a frequent visitor card like other fro yo places like this gave, but the associate told me none was available. I think the chain should rethink that idea and franchisees should be the ones poking corporate about the missing program.

The product is delicious, but the teens running the place...not so much.

Conveniently located next to many other food establishments. Extended hours in the night, and nice to go to after the sun goes down and it is not too hot outside. A few tables set up outside and inside to dine there. Great assortment of flavors and toppings. A little on the pricey side but its a nice treat and they have a point system which earns you free frozen yogurt!

Got a late night craving and their hours on Google show theyre open til 11. I called over and over and got a busy signal. I went by there and they were closed and an employee was mopping the floor. This is not the first time its happened either. Very disappointing.

They have kept the same flavors week after week for the last few months. Only change out 1 or 2 flavors everytime I go. It makes sense to keep vanilla and cheesecake flavors but salted caramel? And other odd flavors they keep for weeks. Bring back the berry flavors! The workers are super nice though. No complaints there.

Shout out to Michele, the manager, for making our recent catering order a HUGE success! She was super thoughtful in staying to explain flavors to our guests, ensure we had everything we needed, and setting up the table perfectly...all while being cheerful and engaging with our guests. All of the yogurts and toppings were fresh, too!

So overpriced. So sweet. So good!Diabetes-inducing treats were great, the red velvet and blueberry crumble ice cream sandwiches were to die for. The macaroon sandwich and the dipped white chocolate was amazing and the ice cream itself was so creamy and richly satisfying in the hot LA sun. Downside is the price, its expensive for what it is but its a worthwhile splurge every once in a while.

Good yogurt, but very little options and pretty pricey to be honest. The same amount Id get at Menchies for 5 dollars they charged me 12

This place is awesome. You have the option to have a healthy dessert with nonfat yogurt and top it off with healthy fruit toppings. Now if your not worried about splurging they also have so much yummy toppings that will feel like your in topping heaven.

So delicious! Flavors are very unique - definitely ask to taste them before deciding on which one. Line is pretty long, but worth the wait.

Visited today and was disappointed that they have allowed it to get so dirty! Frozen yogurt machines had so many sample cups just sitting in the dispenser filled with samples. Dirty and sticky counters. Topping area was clean, but there really needs to be some deep cleaning done here.

My favorite frozen yogurt spot in phoenix! I went there for the first time last week and Im hooked. Ellie was so helpful when I needed an opinion on which flavor and complimentary toppings to get! They also offer a few dairy free/vegan options!

I stop by here with my friends all the time. The yogurt is good and not pricey. There are many options to choose from including a couple sugar and dairy free. They recently added more toppings too. 😊

This places is usually always great, Im a regular customer here...I do have to say, that this times visit I was very disappointed. The place was messy. Dirty. Some of the yogurts were a bit runny. The dispensers were stained of melted dry frozen yogurt. They were out of yogurt dividers, the few that they had were dirty, as if they had been used and put back. I mentioned that to the only employee present. He completely dismissed my comment, since we was on the phone the entire time were were there. I will definitely not be visiting in a while. It is a shame since it was the closes location to me. Now I will have to make the drive all the way to Market Place for frozen yogurt.

Typical frozen yogurt place. The problem I have with Zoyo is the terrible flavors. Theres one to three good flavors at any any given time out 12-15 total.Then theres the whole reason I left this review. I guess they hired Tommy Lee from Motley Crue to work the register and I got to listen to him play the drums with plastic spoons the ENTIRE TIME I was in there. Then I got to listen to another jam session while I was eating outside. Definitely never coming back.

Hayley is by far the best rep in this plac friendly and always ready to help customers / And the yogurt and toppings are the best!

Wasnt neighborly at all for a neighborhood yogurt we came in 25 minutes before closing which is a little annoying but there wasnt a single smile to be seen and the staff was super unmotivated in every way imaginable wont be visiting again.
