I was a excited to get my girlfriend a ring and propose to her in 2014 and she loved the ring. Now in 2021 she lost the diamond in the ring but no worries we had insured it but needed all the information about the ring. Burland was great on helping me with this and I definitely took up lots of their time and now today I got the ring back with the new diamond.I can’t say enough good things about this company and if you want a great experience this is the place to go.

Update: Its from 1969, but clearly age wasnt an issue for the other jeweler. Also, I did bring it to your attention twice, once when you messed up my ring size so you had to resize the already thin band just to mention it again when I picked up the ring the second time. You guys literally told me there was nothing to do hence I never went back. Quality is not what you guys are about. You guys cant even size a ring correctly. You even told my husband the wrong ring size when he was looking at bands. This place is just looking for any penny they can get there hands on. Just avoidOriginal post: The quality here is horrible. I brought in my grandmothers wedding and engagement rings to be sized up. Paid 170 for them to resize them, only for the engagement (which I had done first) to be too big, and so they fix their mistake. On both bands, especially the engagement ring, they were extremely thin. They didnt seem too sympathic, and was told thats all they could do for it. I was also charged for them to fix the prongs on the diamond. That was in March and April of 2021, fast forward to August 2021 and the engagement band has split in the middle part where it was resealed on the thin part of the band. Two weeks ago I dropped off the engagement ring with another jewelers near t-bird and Tatum, and they were just amazing. They immediately told me that unless they give it a new half back itll just keep breaking on me. They also checked and fixed any issues with it outside of the band all for 175. Dont bother with Burland jeweler, go elsewhere.

Wow great service! I needed a ring repaired and re sized and also had a old Rolex that had been sitting for quite some time. It was a sentimental piece (I guess most jewelry is) that I wanted repairs on for some time but was quoted previously by another jeweler a lot of money. The jeweler here told me it was under $100 and didnt even need everything I was previously told.I have to applaud any place that offers savings and doesnt take advantage of a guest or situation. Not every jeweler would be this honest and would prefer to make a quick buck. Not Burland, I felt as if I was one of there long standing best customers and this was my first time ever there. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place.Their prices are amazing and they had a beautiful selection of pieces that I would love to have. Definitely found a local jeweler that I can trust and feel great about buying from for myself and my loved ones for years to come. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.Thank you Burland for doing the right thing and making me feel so warm and welcomed. Looking forward to picking up some new pieces.

Larger, higher quality diamond at 30% less than I would have paid at one of the chain stores.We couldnt be happier!

My friends referred us to Gem because they purchased their engagement ring with Gem a few years ago. Our experience with Gem was fantastic from beginning to end. He was very transparent and has a wealth of knowledge in the diamond industry. We were both impressed by the level of customer service and his attention to detail. the setting, and Gem was extremely patient with us and he made us feel very comfortable.This is the only place you should visit when shopping for diamonds and I would love to come back for jewelries in the future!

Checked out jewelry store around the corner to get the bail soldered, cuz it was pinching my skin, cost $68! So I went to Burland and they said it was already soldered, but can smooth the bit out $20! Also I have a Kuuipo ring with plumeria and waves that can not be sized up due to all the design, but Burland stretched it out 1/2 size, the details were still great; I have not worn this ring for 8 years. They are professional, great work, and most importantly-honest! Thank you:)

There was an issue with one of the rings I ordered but was told that I can return them so no problem.

This place doesnt have five stars for no reason.I came in today just inquiring about some possible fixes, and also had a watch battery to change. Mark was extremely helpful, personable, and kind. I talked about how much I had paid for a service at a different jeweler after an overall bad encounter with them, and he informed me that they charge 1/4 of the price there. I couldnt believe it and he was in shock too!I decided to think about the jewelry fixes and when he came back after changing my battery, he told me its on the house! He said he felt bad that the other jeweler had overcharged me so this was free today.Mark honestly made my day. I had a great experience even before he did that, but its this kind of customer service (and first interaction!) that makes you stick to one company for the long run. Needless to say, I will come here for all my jewelry fixes.

I recently went to Burland to buy a replacement wedding ring and was delighted with both my final ring and the experience I had with the folks that work there. Mark was wonderful in helping me pick stones for my ring, and Betty and the rest of the staff were so nice, kind and always helpful. I brought my children in the store with me a couple of times to look at settings and stones, and the staff were happy to entertain them and keep them occupied while I made decisions.I have a beautiful wedding ring and had a tremendous experience shopping for it. I would work encourage anyone looking for jewelry to check out Burland. If they dont have something in-store that makes you swoon, theyll make it for you. I went to 6 places before landing here. The gentleman whom helped me pick an engagement ring was both informative and personable. He (after a short time) was able to find exactly what I was looking for. It was both on point with the design but the price as well. She said yes by the way!! Very easy and pleasant experience with this family owned shop. If you have the money on hand and do not need financing (as they do not offer financing), this is the place to go.

Very impressive and truly people of great integrity and craftsmanship.I took in a mens diamond filled ring that was passed down to me by my late grandfather for an appraisal of the diamonds and quality/value of the ring as a whole. The original paperwork had been lost or discarded by family prior to my receiving the ring, so I was never certain as to what it was I had. After doing some research online I had decided to take the ring to a few jewelers to have an evaluation done. Burland Jewelry Center was my first stop, and needless to say was the ONLY place I had to take it to. Its true what others say: They do not have 5 star ratings for nothing!The owner sat with me and took the ring for closer examination to provide me the info I was looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very honest throughout his evaluation. He not only provided me information on the diamonds that are in the ring, but an overall synopsis of the ring and its quality and both insurance and replacement values, free of charge! I was impressed and almost felt bad for not having to pay anything for his time.Being a former hobby jeweler myself, having studied metalsmything in both high-school and college, I have a good and versatile base of knowledge of the craft and knew instantly that he was not giving me false information or attempting to overcompensate for lack of knowledge. This guy is a true professional! Hands down.Additionally I had taken in a ring that I had made some 26 years ago during my schooling that the band had recently gotten crushed/bent out of shape. I had explained to him that I no longer have my jewelry studio equipment and did not have a ring mandrel or mallet in which to reshape the ring with and asked if he could do it. Instead, he retrieved a ring mandrel from behind the counter and offered a suggestion to avoid the use of a mallet (though he offered the tool to me as well) and let me fix my own ring!! I was beyond happy with this as it has been a piece I have treasured over the years and was afraid it was permanently damaged.I was able to sit at the counter and repair the ring to near new condition and was able to wear it out of the store. Unbelievable service and expertise coming out of this place! Everyone in the store was very nice and knowledgeable. I gave them my budget and they showed me everything I could afford. Never tried to talk me into something more expensive even worked with me when the ring I wanted for my wife was a little out of my budget. This will be my jeweler as long as they are in business. I live in Chandler and have no problem passing 10 chain stores to get here.

The Burland family are super amicable, loving, and have a wonderful sense of humor every time I visit. They helped me find for my girl friend the perfect starter silver ring and nice sterling silver earings to pair with it! Their atmosphere is very relaxed with no pressure and they have a wide selection of rings, diamonds, watches, and their ability to customize the perfect gift is pretty awesome with their state of the art x-ray analysis machine that also helped me appraise my estate jewelry I brought in.

I ve been a customer of Burland for about 3 years. I have gotten a few rings repaired here. They polished my rings up (two so far) and I forgot how good they look! The patches are seamless.
