Store says it closes at 9pm. I showed up at 748 and it was closed even said 9pm on the door

The store hours state that this location is supposed to be open from 8am-9pm, but both doors were locked at 5pm. They either need to change their hours, or hire more employees.

Worst, dirtiest, severe clutter, can never go in there and attempt clean. Boxes and additional inventory stacked in hall. 1 or 2 staff are nice. So understaffed. District manager should be fired immediately. Send no more inventory. Until stuff there put away, serious cleaning. Been like this for ever. Or burn it down. Help out neighborhood.

Its getting ridiculous that they be are closing so early. Today I go at 328PM and they have a note on the door that says closing at 3: 00PM today. Either change your hours or get more employees.

I came in to buy balloons & at check out while handing me my change the cashier told me that she knew I was with some other lady and to never come back again. Um, excuse me?? I have better things to do than steal from a dollar store, and will definitely not ever be back here again. Other than that experience, the store looked pretty picked over (somebody must have beat me to it) and the floors needed a good cleaning, unorganized and stuff everywhere.

Only one cashier so I said in line for a while, but a very well stocked walmart

Employees were nic. especially when I got to the checkout and I realized that I had way more than 30 items. So most of th full cart had to be put back. They were extremely patient and compassionate towards me. As I am teaching myself to budet my money. As my parents never taught me this. I appreciate the staff being nice. Good supply in stock of everything. From dishes to crafts, to hygeine, to household items I needed. Good job I say to Dollar general

The whole store was a.mess with stuff laying all over the floor, shelves a mess,etc. Its very crowded but would be better if straightened up. Prices were considerably higher than Dollar Tree or 99Cent store

This store is so beyond poorly managed. The isles are crowded with multiple carts to stock, debris on the floor down every isle, detergent hanging off the riser shelf that could fall off and hit someone. The problem is theyre way to many different employees that work at this location instead of having the same people and actually hire some stockers and let the cashier be a cashier. Not having a cashier at the front at all times results in beer runs which Ive been told this has happened before. This store needs more employees cause its the scumiest store Ive ever walked in. I wish I could post pictures its unbelievable.

Just needs to be cleaner. They had messy shelves and some items on the ground.

Unfortunately i love dollar general..but this store os a big mess..stuuf all. Over the floor incoming boxes everywhere..looks trashed..was here 3 weeks ago same thing..said christmas would be out but no..atill putting out halloween😔😔

Its a great store. I go for specific items only in certain situations. I dont shop regularly in other words. They have easy wheelchair access. Lots of parking. Its easy to see from the road. The staff is very helpful and always friendly. Not to mention I can walk there from my home.

The staff is great and the prices are typically fair. However the location near me that I go to is HORRIBLE.There are always people outside strung out on drugs asking for money and cigarettes or fighting. The poor staff/store is always getting ripped off.

Little crazy 😱 😁 But, employees were awesome and Very helpful in trying to help me find something. They looked around the store and went through about 24 bins they had just received looking for it. We didnt find it but, they took my name and # and said they would give me a call when they check the truck out back tomorrow.. Only 4 ⭐s because a little bit unorganization craziness. But, they were working on it!

I really do enjoy going to this store. They stock regularly and the clerks dont bother you with asking to help you. Its pretty laid back. They have a good supply of dollar items. Also if youre not careful you can spend a lot of money in this little store. They have toys, clothing, house supplies and plenty of food items.

This Dollar General has pretty much anything and everything I could ever need when money is right and I need to get the basics. The store is kept fairly clean, there’s always such a wide variety of items that I find myself roaming for at least half an hour to an hour. The staff is generally very nice and you can find some awesome deals on name brand items.

The manager here is Knight is awesome the whole store is always clean and ready to go stock I appreciate this company everything is really dollar

Looks like a hurricane hit the store. Many empty shelves. Half of the gondolas in the back dont even have merchandise on them.

Ryan the cashier yelled at me for wanting to take a empty box. I got 2-3 empty boxes last week. This store is poorly managed and every isle is a wreak. Safety issue with stock carts down every damn isle.

What can I say about Dollar General? That is, when Im dealing with a real Dollar General, and this was a real Dollar General. You know? Dont you hate it when you go into the stores that say Dollar Store out front, but they dont have a single item on the shelf to costs a dollar its all. Like $7 or eight dollars, and theres not really a dollar item anywhere? It ought to be a crime.*If you like my reviews give me a thumbs up*

Its amazing the deals that you can find in the Dollar General. Things that you just cant pick up anywhere else. some of the prices are very low and theyre the same thing you can buy and all the other stores for about 20 or 25% more. I think smart people would enjoy the discounts that they get at Dollar General especially the Dollar General at Union Hills and 19th Avenue

Its always dirty and disorganized and chaotic in there. But its usually open in an emergency.

They are always been nice and courteous. The store may be a bit messy but the store team members spend a lot of time fixing in. The public can be animals at times in the toy isles 😂

This Dollar General is a joke! On Google Maps it says they close at 10... I walk in with my family and the RUDE cashier says we close in 20 minutes just in a very nasty way. From personally working customer service jobs my whole life I can think of many other ways to address that situation.. It comes down to the fact Dollar General needs to update their store times and work better at training their employees on customer service skills.

This was nice store. Merchandise was nice and neat. I found what I wanted. The employees were nice. I will shop there again.

Great amount of items & inventory. Seemed store had too many chiefs though. And also the shopping carts are nowhere to be found & way too small. Management would x2 its gross by just increasing the cart size & get bigger carts.

I needed to buy a lighter for my dad so he could turn the stoves on because they don’t really work and they said I couldn’t buy it because I had to be 21 and up but I bought a lighter for a candle what’s the difference I just needed to get one for my dad😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😠😠😠😠😠😡😠😡😡😡😠

Not the cleanest store in the world but the nicest staff ever. If more people would watch there kids in a bussiness it would be much easier for this store to keep up. I witnessed today an entire family go through that store and when they were done going down an aisle have of it was left on the floor.

I like the Dollar General because you can get really good prices there on name-brand product and youre not shocked for anything

Found this store to deliver exactly what I anticipated. Somewhat of an adventure but overall think its simply a discount store that delivers to expectations.

Off brands most of the time but good quality drinks. The lines are pretty long but good place to go if your in no hurry.

Great customer service and most of all the staff is always willing to help and answer any questions you have. Great selection of household goods and merchandise and most of all wonderful prices install toys Christmas decorations keep up the good job Dollar General

Not much to say, I mean its a Dollar General. They do have a nice variety of items and you can get a bunch of things for just a dollar. I like some of the other stuff that is more than a dollar but still pretty cheap. Usually find some nice souvenir stuff there too.

During this crazy time Dollar General impressed me. Their shelves were pretty well stocked and the employees were so friendly.

I use the place for single items because I know I can get in there and out of there faster than a circle k; the place is never crowded. The prices are not cheaper than Walmart very disappointing

This store is always so bad I tried to avoid it if I can but I needed to stop today and pick up something. It is most definitely the dirtiest and unorganized store Ive been to. Could not walk down the aisles with my shopping cart merchandise in the aisles horrible

The store is not very easy to maneuver but its clean and tidy. Plenty of workers avaliable at all times and they check to see if they can help. The cashier was funny and worked with me with the $100+ worth i was buying. Got surprised several things were diacounted when they were not marked!

Kat is the manager here. She is 100% awesome! She has such an upbeat attitude and is very interactive with the customers.

This place is ALWAYS so so dirty and run down. There are boxes and inventory everywhere. Its difficult to get around. I wouldnt go in here again if I didnt have to.

Floors are always dirty and the aisles are hard to move in and out of because stuffs just thrown on shelves and not really taken care of. Most items in boxes come with damaged packaging..

Clean store with helpful staff.

Staff was courteous and I always go in for like one thing and end up leaving with like 20 because there are just so many handy little household items and fun things to purchase. I will be returning for more.

ALL hoses sold here have a warning saying not do not drink from hose and to wash hands after you touch hose because it has chemicals that will give you cancer.ARE YOU KIDDING ME???What type of company sells only hoses that will kill.you if you touch or drink from it???THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA

This was the nastiest, junkiest most disorganized Dollar General I have EVER been in. I actually think something bit me while I was in line. Thoroughly disappointed and wont ever be going back. And from the two ladies standing behind me, its always like this. They should be ashamed.
